@VodafoneUK I have rang you on 4 separate ocassions now as you owe me a refund of £486. Every time someone assured me I will get a refund within 3 working days, this was a month ago and still no refund! I’ve logged a formal complaint with OFCOM and the FCA! EE here I come

@andrewchinery @albip46 @VodafoneUK @CityFibre As an interim the Vodafone support person I dealt with, as we have mobile phone contracts as well, suggested tethering/hotspotting through my mobile and added extra data allowance to facilitate that. #workaround

@theBrokerList It's always down. And 4G runs at a pathetic 1mbps. I wouldn't recommend @VodafoneUK to anybody. And CS have told me there's no issues, even though people all over London report the same.

Hey @VodafoneUK I cancelled a contract months ago and am continuing to get billed and charged despite numerous calls and chats with customer service. I have now cancelled direct debit (which you told me not to do) but haven’t been reimbursed for months of a service IM NOT USING
