    @VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot This was my experience. I tried to get broad band installed. You never delivered box, nor kept any of 3 set up meetings. I cancelled, having not received any service. Your answer was debt collection and to turn off my mobile phone.

    @GeorgeMonbiot I nearly didnt get a mortgage for a debt on a telephone account i didnt have with Vodafone - took 4 months of constant back and forth to finally sort Talking to @VodafoneUK customer services is a waste of time - go for the Chief Exec offices

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I particularly like the way they turn around and put the responsibility back on you to jump through various hoops, bots, systems, press-7-for-purgatory, etc. Correspond by letter, it’s the only way to contact them that doesn’t waste your time. And never sign a contract with them
