    @VodafoneUK Honestly it was awful that no one could help me after speaking to 4 different t people thet they didnt believe me of a text I had off vodaphone with an offer that they wouldnt match and it was off bloody Vodafone🤔told to to goto store and its bloody covid going on..

    Great customer service from @VodafoneUK sorting out my Ukrainian 🇺🇦guests free sim that was not working. Popped into the Pontypridd shop and sorted in minutes well done 👏.

    @VodafoneUK It’s not moved across and won’t be as you sent the router to my old address, despite informing you three times I don’t live there and was promised a new one was sent to arrive before my engineer today. This didn’t happen and my old provider has already taken down my service 😡😡

    I have a Samsung Galaxy A6 that the camera is broken. I have another A6 from a friend thsts new. Im with @VodafoneUK . Anyone know how i can transfer everything from old A6 to new A6 please?

    Abysmal customer service by @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup. After waiting 6 weeks to move from my current broadband provider to Vodafone and 9 hours of online chat and telephone calls, I now have no service on changeover day. Not the best start for a new customer. Was it worth it?

    @VodafoneUK - how do I contact you to notify you of fraud? Keep getting a suspicious email saying I’ve an overdue balance but I am not a customer - try to call you but without an account or voda mobile number I am in a circle of automated death and wasting time - thanks

    Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

    @vodafonein1 @VodafoneUK If you can't provide the proper service then why don't you sell your company. Its 4th day in a row I have very interrupted data internet service in Patna, Bihar. I'm having this number when it used to be Hutch. Do you want me to port it now?

    @VodafoneUK it makes me sad that I’ve been with Vodafone for 4 years and you can get offered a better contract by going through a comparison website than what they offer for an upgrade with a customer 👎🏻

    @VodafoneUK Another case, if vodafone has an issue not being able to take take money out of my account. Who is fault is it? There is money sitting in my account but no, there is always something wrong with Vodafone. Why charge extra if you can't take the ******* payment [1/2]

    @VodafoneUK please HELP! Can not contact you via phone as I dial 03333040191 and go through prompts I'm then told to use online Voxi. When I login to my account it tells me to call.
