    @VodafoneUK the mast in Ynysybwl has been out of service since Friday and apparenty you can't tell anyone when it will be reinstated. This really isn't acceptable, especially for people who rely on their telephone line for communication with essential services and family 😡

    @VodafoneUK is it now your policy not to answer customer service calls? I've tried multiple times with long hold times each time. Crap service is why I moved my business account. Guess I'll be moving the rest of my family ones now instead of upgrading
