When will "technical problems" on Big Bundles be sorted pl @VodafoneUK ? Been 4 days now and credit balance being hit with £1 a day deduction - £30 for a month is the MOST expensive PAYG :(

@VodafoneUK Still isn’t working - won’t allow change from 1 at £1/day to a bundle because it says already on a bundle :( try to cancel bundle and says technical issues …meanwhile credit balance being robbed of £1 a day

@VodafoneUK I've been trying to speak to your agents to upgrade for over an hour. Twice it just disconnected me, both times I was close to getting it signed off. I can't seem to log into My Vodafone to do it either. Bad customer service.

Been trying to sort out change of ownership on a mobile contract now that my Dad’s dementia means he can’t communicate. Been trying online every few months for a year. This time I’ve come into a @VodafoneUK affiliated store and we’re 55 minutes into a call. Appalling service.

@VodafoneUK Why is the mobile data so unreliable at LA212 8DW? We have taken out a mobile 4G because it is a rural area, but the service is patchy and unreliable. It is a holiday cottage and we need WiFi for our tenants. We were mis-sold this as a solution. Please fix it!
