Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

@VodafoneUK Honestly it was awful that no one could help me after speaking to 4 different t people thet they didnt believe me of a text I had off vodaphone with an offer that they wouldnt match and it was off bloody Vodafone🤔told to to goto store and its bloody covid going on..

@VodafoneUK It saddens me as a customer to say how appalling your customer service is. I waited an hour on the phone to context to your technical support team as my 5G internet was not working for at least 5 hours today for no apparent reason. Disgusting service!!!!!

Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs
