    @DisneyParis_EN this type of phone bill isn't acceptable after spending thousands to actually go on holiday. a premium rate number should have staff on hand to answer phones. absolutely gob smacked at this bill even without the phantom 4 hour call that never happened @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK I don’t actually have a specific postcode as it was around the town centre of Newtownards, I’m now in dundonald outside Belfast and my speeds are now 100 mbps, seems your issue is specific to Newtownards your masts must have very poor traffic capacity in Newtownards

    @DarranMcC @VodafoneUK Might not be any connection with your issue but I know there is a new 17.5m tower with planning approval at the filling station just down from the church. It will be used by VF and O2 for 4G don't know if it's built yet.

    @VodafoneUK I’d like to ‘feel the connection’ but we switched from a perfectly working SSE broadband to Vodafone last Monday and we still have NO BROADBAND!!! This is appalling. Worst mistake of my life. Absolute shambles. How are we meant to work from home????

    @VodafoneUK It’s connected via Ethernet, every wire in this house works, there is no issues with my wires or my hub nor my phone line connection, this is definitely an issue with the green box connection, and needs a engineer to look at it.

    Hey @VodafoneUK on the 19th March you messaged me to say my local aerial was fixed, I did say at the time it hadnt improved and it still hasnt - whats the point in your unlimited network speed if your infrastructure isnt working? Its still very erratic

    @MoneySavingExp Hey MSE, I joined @VodafoneUK broadband via your site. Are you aware how dreadful they are! No broadband, telephone switched off, no date to fix & appalling customer service when you can eventually get through. How do I escalate this??
