    @VodafoneUK Over three hours on web chat and still no resolution! Constantly being passed to different departments! This is ridiculous and very ooor customer service

    @MartinSLewis @itvMLshow @VodafoneUK That the maximum they could do was £40. I know it still something but it’s the principal of the matter. Was told something, got something completely different. It’s also very intermittent quality of broadband. After several years as customer I told them… 4/

    @VodafoneUK After a week of calls to vodafone advisors and another 4 hours solid today my issue is still not resolved! Really poor customer service and cannot get anyone to help with my issue over moving address. Now possibly left with no internet upon moving...

    @MartinSLewis @itvMLshow @VodafoneUK After it was activated, I rang and asked about the £5 a day loss of service credit that I was told on the phone. I was out of broadband for 16 days, all in all, which meant we went through a mountain of data for homework etc. I was then told…3/

    @DisneyParis_EN this type of phone bill isn't acceptable after spending thousands to actually go on holiday. a premium rate number should have staff on hand to answer phones. absolutely gob smacked at this bill even without the phantom 4 hour call that never happened @VodafoneUK

    @DarranMcC @VodafoneUK Might not be any connection with your issue but I know there is a new 17.5m tower with planning approval at the filling station just down from the church. It will be used by VF and O2 for 4G don't know if it's built yet.

    @VodafoneUK we still haven’t received the router promised to us on 8th Dec and it’s causing major issues trying to work full time online connecting via mobile hotspot. Not to mention costing us a fortune! Can you give us an update please? We’ve been on hold for over an hour today

    @VodafoneUK Do not take a contract out with this company! Phone line not working for 3 weeks and now being told it will be at least another week 🙄 4 weeks without a phone line! Ridiculous! Terrible customer service!

    @VodafoneUK I keep having broadband connectivity issues, each time I end up spending an hour or more on online chats with your staff, some good, others not. In the end nothing is resolved & I’m convinced the real issue is the ancient Openreach infrastructure in my area.

    @ruthberry_ Beyond a joke! @VodafoneUK I was on the online chat to them for 2.75 hours this morning and got nowhere. My partner just spent 1.75 hours on the phone to them and the guy who he was speaking to just hung up! We have been hung up on 5 times in the course of this complaint.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks, I managed to get it done eventually, but 40 minutes on the phone, plus 2 previous calls, plus live chat (so well over an hour) shouldn’t have been needed - none of it was “on hold” - just poor process and lack of clue and a stupid IVR system.
