    @DisneyParis_EN this type of phone bill isn't acceptable after spending thousands to actually go on holiday. a premium rate number should have staff on hand to answer phones. absolutely gob smacked at this bill even without the phantom 4 hour call that never happened @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK has overcharged me on 10 of 12 broadband bills. Customer Service agree it’s their fault & owe me £98.50 in calls which should have been covered by an £8pm inclusive pack randomly repeatedly cancelled by them. Refund refused & £16 offered after 4 hours on phone. Avoid!

    @VodafoneUK love how your telling customers #VodafoneBroadband is working however on all devices I connect to all say no connection, call to query this and it’s gonna take over 3 hours!! You may get the finger out and fix it!!

    Order MPD2-01870648 placed 1 week ago, told only yesterday @VodafoneUK have declined credit check & order cancelled. @MPD_Online phonelines blocked and no way to email!! Visit vodafone store who say I'm already a customer and a 2nd line is no problem. Awful Service @MPD_Online!!!

    @BlacksTTer @VodafoneUK It's been explained to me. Spoke to Nathan online support who was very helpful. My contract is up soon. The price goes up after it ends so I'll upgrade or goto pay as you go. If it didn't I'd been pissed as I was told it wouldn't go up for the duration of the contract
