@DarranMcC @VodafoneUK Might not be any connection with your issue but I know there is a new 17.5m tower with planning approval at the filling station just down from the church. It will be used by VF and O2 for 4G don't know if it's built yet.

@VodafoneUK I don’t actually have a specific postcode as it was around the town centre of Newtownards, I’m now in dundonald outside Belfast and my speeds are now 100 mbps, seems your issue is specific to Newtownards your masts must have very poor traffic capacity in Newtownards

How @O2 are still in business I don't know! Called about fraud. 1st time they hang up on me after saying they'll transfer me over. 2nd time, after 20 odd mins waiting, it went to voicemail. Try be more like @VodafoneUK please! #CustomerService
