@MartinSLewis @itvMLshow @VodafoneUK After it was activated, I rang and asked about the £5 a day loss of service credit that I was told on the phone. I was out of broadband for 16 days, all in all, which meant we went through a mountain of data for homework etc. I was then told…3/

@MRJames55156600 @VodafoneUK I'm exactly the same. I actually think I'm still within my 14 days. Will be phoning tomorrow to cancel.

  • lilmissymoo90 Lauren Blair♥ (@lilmissymoo90) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@VodafoneUK any reason my signals never over 2 bars recently I’ve had people saying they haven’t been able to get hold of me ect

  • stevenburns89 Steven Burns (@stevenburns89) reported from Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

@MartinSLewis @itvMLshow @VodafoneUK That the maximum they could do was £40. I know it still something but it’s the principal of the matter. Was told something, got something completely different. It’s also very intermittent quality of broadband. After several years as customer I told them… 4/

  • edel077 Edel Lambon (@edel077) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@VodafoneUK I appreciate that but when I phoned and called into the store no one was able to help so not sure what phoning again will achieve

  • Teefo1999 gjm (@Teefo1999) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

I wish these @VodafoneUK promoted @LewisHamilton tweets would get ******** off my Twitter feed. #noneed

  • StarshapedPaul Paul Campbell (@StarshapedPaul) reported from Kells, Northern Ireland

@DarranMcC @VodafoneUK Might not be any connection with your issue but I know there is a new 17.5m tower with planning approval at the filling station just down from the church. It will be used by VF and O2 for 4G don't know if it's built yet.

  • BeardedCandles Bearded Candlemakers (@BeardedCandles) reported from Castlereagh, Northern Ireland

@vodafone @VodafoneUK can someone please get in touch. I am still being charged for a new phone that never arrived months ago and have had the worst customer service since. Genuinely unreal.

  • GeorgeCowan Britishgamerni 🇬🇧🏳️‍🌈 (@GeorgeCowan) reported from Castlereagh, Northern Ireland

@VodafoneUK I don’t actually have a specific postcode as it was around the town centre of Newtownards, I’m now in dundonald outside Belfast and my speeds are now 100 mbps, seems your issue is specific to Newtownards your masts must have very poor traffic capacity in Newtownards

  • StarshapedPaul Paul Campbell (@StarshapedPaul) reported from Kells, Northern Ireland

@BBCBreakfast @NinaWarhurst @scottpetty @VodafoneUK O2 and VF already share and 3 and EE already share so it's a poor analogy

  • nuala_hoop Nuala McAdams (@nuala_hoop) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@VodafoneUK After a week of calls to vodafone advisors and another 4 hours solid today my issue is still not resolved! Really poor customer service and cannot get anyone to help with my issue over moving address. Now possibly left with no internet upon moving...

  • edel077 Edel Lambon (@edel077) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@VodafoneUK I have phoned several times and called into your store and no one seems to be aware of this issue! What will ringing achieve? Can it be done over the phone? Thanks

  • GeorgeCowan Britishgamerni 🇬🇧🏳️‍🌈 (@GeorgeCowan) reported from Whitehead, Northern Ireland

@Jewkneeor @O2 @VodafoneUK Honestly terrible service here I think it’ll be EE or 3 from the look of it when I go to change provider at the end of my contract

  • markomac311 Mark (@markomac311) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@DisneyParis_EN this type of phone bill isn't acceptable after spending thousands to actually go on holiday. a premium rate number should have staff on hand to answer phones. absolutely gob smacked at this bill even without the phantom 4 hour call that never happened @VodafoneUK

  • mahaff1977 NM (@mahaff1977) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@VodafoneUK your coverage in and around #RoyalBelfastChildrensHospitalforSickChildren is really bad. At best it’s one bar before the signal continually dies.

  • adrianmcl Adrian Mc laughlin (@adrianmcl) reported from Randalstown, Northern Ireland

Wasn’t a good idea changing broadband provider today!! @VodafoneUK telling me @skytv need to fix something and then they tell me @OpenreachHelp are the problem.

  • adrianmcl Adrian Mc laughlin (@adrianmcl) reported from Randalstown, Northern Ireland

@VodafoneUK Thanks Ben I’m on with chat support now

  • PaulieBelfast PaulBelfast ☘️🇮🇪🇺🇦🌻🏳️‍🌈 (@PaulieBelfast) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@VodafoneUK any idea when I’ll be able to login? I need to pay off my phone contract entirely, and cancel the awful Pro II broadband that just was delivered today. What’s the logistics of that?

Vodafone Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • WhitcombeTweets Michael W (@WhitcombeTweets) reported

.@VodafoneUK not sure why your complaints number is going through to technical support, but its adding to the complaint. Also however the calls are being routed to the call center is causing echo and breaks in the call which is very frustrating.

  • StillMartyn Martyn Still (@StillMartyn) reported

@VodafoneUK just gave a zero score for this feedback…. Couldn’t help me with my son going to Australia for a year whilst still having to pay his monthly data plan. Very disappointed and unhappy. Could have paused the contract but no!!!

  • GiveItUpDumdums James (@GiveItUpDumdums) reported

@VodafoneUK I have a pay as you go account but I live outside of UK. I got an email which I get 10£ for 40gb for 18 mths. I visit the UK once a month on average and would like to convert to this account and bill to my credit card but do not have local UK address. Help!

  • 7cttin cons (@7cttin) reported

@VodafoneUK But Vodafone team says they have no record of that even though my wife told them that she has an email confirmation. Is absolutely horrible how she’s been lied right into her face.

  • 9306eb Lizzy Berry (@9306eb) reported

@VodafoneUK how can I cancel a sim only contract If I keep getting kicked out of live chat and cannot get to speak to anybody?

  • kenyanpigfarmer Flavian Obiero 🇰🇪 (@kenyanpigfarmer) reported

How @O2 are still in business I don't know! Called about fraud. 1st time they hang up on me after saying they'll transfer me over. 2nd time, after 20 odd mins waiting, it went to voicemail. Try be more like @VodafoneUK please! #CustomerService

  • StormChaser22 🇺🇦 Thomas 🇺🇦 (@StormChaser22) reported

@VodafoneUK It's shame your service is shocking! Even in major cities. Constant dropped calls, giving me the run around for months, claiming my phone is faulty despite the manufacturer saying there was nothing wrong with it aside from a slightly worn 🔋, and you STILL said it's faulty!

  • iamkaylion El Jefe (@iamkaylion) reported

@VodafoneUK I should check post code before leaving my house?, If your network is bad there, then I should not go, right?? Welldone

  • markybains Mark Greenslade (@markybains) reported

Hi @VodafoneUK I am struggling to get an update with an activation date for my new order fibre broadband. Can you help?

  • bakedcamembert bakedcamembert (@bakedcamembert) reported

@VodafoneUK Your advisor refused to call me. Was told Vodafone doesn’t have the ability to make calls, which I know is a lie. So why is your customer service so hit and miss. You’d think a communications company *might* have the facility to pick up the phone…
