  • StarshapedPaul Paul Campbell (@StarshapedPaul) reported from Kells, Northern Ireland

@DarranMcC @VodafoneUK Might not be any connection with your issue but I know there is a new 17.5m tower with planning approval at the filling station just down from the church. It will be used by VF and O2 for 4G don't know if it's built yet.

  • paulsell Paul S Ell (@paulsell) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@VodafoneUK has overcharged me on 10 of 12 broadband bills. Customer Service agree it’s their fault & owe me £98.50 in calls which should have been covered by an £8pm inclusive pack randomly repeatedly cancelled by them. Refund refused & £16 offered after 4 hours on phone. Avoid!

  • stevenburns89 Steven Burns (@stevenburns89) reported from Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

@MartinSLewis @itvMLshow @VodafoneUK After it was activated, I rang and asked about the £5 a day loss of service credit that I was told on the phone. I was out of broadband for 16 days, all in all, which meant we went through a mountain of data for homework etc. I was then told…3/

  • adrianmcl Adrian Mc laughlin (@adrianmcl) reported from Randalstown, Northern Ireland

Wasn’t a good idea changing broadband provider today!! @VodafoneUK telling me @skytv need to fix something and then they tell me @OpenreachHelp are the problem.

  • markomac311 Mark (@markomac311) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@DisneyParis_EN this type of phone bill isn't acceptable after spending thousands to actually go on holiday. a premium rate number should have staff on hand to answer phones. absolutely gob smacked at this bill even without the phantom 4 hour call that never happened @VodafoneUK

  • nuala_hoop Nuala McAdams (@nuala_hoop) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@VodafoneUK After a week of calls to vodafone advisors and another 4 hours solid today my issue is still not resolved! Really poor customer service and cannot get anyone to help with my issue over moving address. Now possibly left with no internet upon moving...

  • aaronmacn Aaron (@aaronmacn) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

  • GeorgeCowan Britishgamerni 🇬🇧🏳️‍🌈 (@GeorgeCowan) reported from Castlereagh, Northern Ireland

@VodafoneUK I don’t actually have a specific postcode as it was around the town centre of Newtownards, I’m now in dundonald outside Belfast and my speeds are now 100 mbps, seems your issue is specific to Newtownards your masts must have very poor traffic capacity in Newtownards

  • BeardedCandles Bearded Candlemakers (@BeardedCandles) reported from Castlereagh, Northern Ireland

@vodafone @VodafoneUK can someone please get in touch. I am still being charged for a new phone that never arrived months ago and have had the worst customer service since. Genuinely unreal.

  • stevenburns89 Steven Burns (@stevenburns89) reported from Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

@MartinSLewis @itvMLshow @VodafoneUK That the maximum they could do was £40. I know it still something but it’s the principal of the matter. Was told something, got something completely different. It’s also very intermittent quality of broadband. After several years as customer I told them… 4/

Trying to get a new PAC code. Sounds like a simple task, but not for @VodafoneUK. For them, I have to spend 45min on a chat, and be referred among 4 different teams that 'can help me to get a new PAC code'. Planned practices or just hilarious? 🤔

Hello @o2 Me again. I have no service at all at Penygillam, Launceston. Even though I'm sitting by a window.Your map says there's 4G coverage here. I'm really unhappy that I've been missold a network that doesn't deliver. How do I end my contract please? @vodafoneuk is fine.

  • ClarkieThomson Clarkie (@ClarkieThomson) reported

Everyone should phone their network, be it @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK etc and object to them allowing the government to use their towers to transmit this alert. Also @apple are the ones that are allowing your phone to be frozen if you do not react to the alert.
