    @keaf05 @VodafoneUK Mum had a nasty shock today to find over £300 had been taken from her account. No sign of it on any of the bills when buying the phone as all fees had been waived. Service from a call centre in Manila truly awful kept going round in circles not understanding anything!

    Appalling customer service from @VodafoneUK. Over 1 hour 30 mins waiting on the phone for nothing to be resolved. All over a charge that had been waived when buying the phone to now be told it has to be paid #scammers

    @BBCWatchdog you should have included @VodafoneUK in the broadband test. Clean sweep at the bottom of every category. The worst I’ve ever had and they won’t let me leave after several complaints #watchdog

    Hats off to @SkyHelpTeam. New customer only 6 days and very impressed. Just spent 40 mins chatting with a Scott about football and how I’ve been doing. Shame @VodafoneUK couldn’t offer decent Customer service against the 12 years I was with them!

    @virginmedia To be honest we cant be bothered. It shouldn’t be this difficult to get the information we require. As I said she’ll take her business elsewhere and hopefully she’ll receive better service from @VodafoneUK instead!

    @piersmorgan what is your opinion on mobile phone companies ie @VodafoneUK raising their prices in these unfamiliar times caused by this horrible desease. Surly they they should have a serious look at themselves and rethink this decision

    @VodafoneUK Apple Watch less than 1 week old. Battery draining fast and having to recharge twice daily. Online chat complete tosh told I had to phone 191 to arrange my own return. Fabulous service #vodafoneuk

    Hey @VodafoneUK I just put thru a SIM only renewal and got a web order number but logging in to the app it’s still showing the old plan details and saying I can upgrade! Should I do it again or is your system just slow and I should check it out later?

    @VodafoneUK Hi ordered a S21 Ultra 5G 10 days ago with advised delivery of 1-2 Weeks assured it would be within that time. Still no phone and received a msg saying next update in another 10 days. Disappointed.why mislead customers?? Cust services can't help.

    2 @VodafoneUK in a rural area and pay £50 for the same contract by to have - at most - 2 bars of 4G if I’m lucky every 400m. You keep saying that you’re the service provider for rural Britain but you’re not. You’re an absolute joke.
