@VodafoneUK Again, Vodafone are terrible service provider or I just end up talking to the less experience staff! Haven’t been able to call out since 15th of September bills are always paid on time and the company wants to credited me £5 for not being able to use my phone tidy. What a joke!

@cliffscab @EE @VodafoneUK offered me 1 month off & then pay it all off the following month. That’s helpful ain’t it. After 10 years. And @bbc miss 1 direct debit after 20 years & they cancel licence & inform me I’m now breaking the law.
@VodafoneUK I'll just get the same answer I've had for the past few weeks "it should be fixed by 2nd June" - TBH I have no faith in Vodafone any more, the only reason I'm still with Vodafone is that I'm tied in with your contract - it'd be nice to find a link to make a formal complaint

@VodafoneUK customer service is the worst ive ever had. Ive met toby more than any of your actual human caller. Ive heard whatever hold songs you have at least 50 tikes each. Ive had my bill double for no reason. I cant leave my contract until August even tho its a 1mnth contract

@VodafoneUK takG up the issue of a man in his 80's who was on "No tarriff" and when enquired why he was spending so much found a £25 top up went in 1 day. Now where is the compassion and care when CS were told they just said " It is the Cust resp to check." NOT GOOD ENOUGH!
