@VodafoneUK the mast in Ynysybwl has been out of service since Friday and apparenty you can't tell anyone when it will be reinstated. This really isn't acceptable, especially for people who rely on their telephone line for communication with essential services and family 😡

@DJAshBash @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK I am also on Vodafone. And I would agree they now have overall a formidable network But they have less bandwith 5G than Three..50mHz as opposed to 140mHz so when Three eventually launch 5G 5G it'll be interesting how it all pans out.

@jellymalin @VodafoneUK They should transfer you straight through to the team and they will do it directly over the phone with you. Maybe even the team leader/ manager of the direct billing team could take the line out of contract and pass you through retentions who will cancel the line for you

A couple hours later he calls again and it’s ‘unknown’. Restarted my phone, toggled called ID in settings off and on but still the same. All callers unknown

@VodafoneUK hi I am having same issue anybody who calls me who’s not on Vodafone says unknown caller if your on Vodafone and you call another vodafone number it works and shows the contact. Need this sorting asap for work please as loosing jobs and calls
