@VodafoneUK It's only the next village over. I've just ordered a SIM for my mobile number two. I'll register my postcode & might do for that one as it's so close for when & if U do get the village covered. I know that maps are never really that accurate!

  • rodneyberman
Rodney Berman (@rodneyberman) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@VodafoneUK That suggests you owe me money you’ve been never told me about in that case. I can only be in credit if you’ve at some point taken more money from me than I owed. Not to mention an apparent breach of the GDPR rules in keeping my personal data without reason. I will DM you.

  • TomOffTheRecord
Tom Griffin (@TomOffTheRecord) reported from Cardiff, Wales

Always a good tactic @VodafoneUK - customer calls to complain so you put them on hold and leave them there 👍🏻

  • owaintaylorshaw
OTS (@owaintaylorshaw) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@VodafoneUK so thank you for telling me on the phone that you would prefer to lose a customer of 20 years than sort out the faulty phone you sent me (and it’s only an iphone6, not one of the fancy ones)!! I wonder how much money I’ve given you over 20years...

  • kelliethorne
Kellie Thorne (@kelliethorne) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@VodafoneUK can you please tell me why, when I live in the middle of a city (Cardiff), I have to stand in my garden to get a signal?! So frustrating.

  • WelshBish

@vodafone @VodafoneUK You will be able to track the devices that are being handed out to illegal migrants that are using your network. Facilitating these illegal migrants makes you an accessory to people trafficking. You paying customers are funding this, are they made aware?

  • vanillaweb

Never give @VodafoneUK your business. I moved to Lebara who offer better value on the same network. Not my beef. My beef is that when chasing money they owed me at the end of the contract, their CA told me they don’t pay money back unless they are chased! Shocking behaviour.😡😡

  • Stephen40141780
    Stephen B (@Stephen40141780) reported

@VodafoneUK I’m a Vodafone customer with multiple contracts. Reports say Vodafone provided 2,500 SIMs with 6 months’ free data to Care4Calais, supporting migrants/asylum seekers. Is this true? If so, I’ll move my business and all my family’s Vodafone contracts. Please answer.

  • garynetchells

What is it with the infrastructure of mobile networks in the UK when you can get a signal - at all on a train?! Why is that? Why in 2026 with a digital generation can I not access an email on a train? It’s ridiculous @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE
