    @VodafoneUK your agents promise, but don’t deliver! I have just cancelled my contract after 3 weeks trying to upgrade my phone (never arrived)I was assured this month my account would be credited instead I have been charged nearly double including additional non requested data

    @RobBruceK @ThreeUK @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK No awful. Just spent 5 days with no data/calls due ti Insufficient bandwidth. My family and friends who were with O2/BT/Vodaphone had no problems. Worst ever. So regret leaving previous provider last month. Their coverage checker is inaccurate too

    @VodafoneUK SO I've been on the phone for hours and hours waiting to fix the technical problem with my number transfer. Its been 10 days I've been without my number working, my business is based on bookings and I've lost two weeks of pay! My experience so far has been a NIGHTMARE

    @VodafoneUK That suggests you owe me money you’ve been never told me about in that case. I can only be in credit if you’ve at some point taken more money from me than I owed. Not to mention an apparent breach of the GDPR rules in keeping my personal data without reason. I will DM you.

    @TwopTwips @VodafoneUK Change the DNS server to either - Google 8.8.4.4 8.8.8.8 Or Open DNS 208.67.222.222 208.67.220.220 This sorted the issue for me. Their default DNS is *****.

    @VitalSwansea @VodafoneUK Thing is I’m with virgin I ordered this for mam’s house because it was a good price for the speed. It’s only been activated two weeks ago and it’s barely made it above 10mb. It would help if their customer service wasn’t the worst thing in life

    So all in all crappy start to my switch to @VodafoneUK ... hope the phrase "start as you mean to go on" isnt applicable here.. seriously disappointed by their service so far 👍👍 seems all they care about it getting your money

    @VodafoneUK absolute scam!! avoud at all costs!! convinced us to sign up for 63mbp but speed was never above 48 (if even) and now they say we can’t cancel because it didn’t drop below 44mbp (minimum limit)... beware of their trick!!!!

    The cheek of #Vodafone @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup to have reactivated my broadband account 2 weeks after I asked to cancel it. So Companies are allowed to act on their own accord to reactivate people's accounts?. An hour of my life on hold to cancel the reactivation #SCAM

    @O2 Thanks I’ll be in touch - I have initially 4 accounts to migrate. @VodafoneUK it confuses me that you think treating customer poorly will not lead to customers leaving - customer experience is key!
