Me: "If I cancel my contract can I transfer my number to a new provider?" Vodafone advisor: "No, if you cancel your contract with us you need to forfeit your number". Nice to catch @VodafoneUK's employees in a bit fat lie right there 👍🏼 Shambolic customer service.

Got excited that I would get a free @CostaCoffee today being a @VodafoneUK customer #FeelGoodFriday until I read the T&Cs and see I can’t get a hot chocolate or even a tea as I am not a coffee drinker 🙄 #FeelBadFriday 😖

@VodafoneUK spent a total of 12 hours 13 minutes on the phone to you the last 2 weeks, no internet since our move on the 2nd, three engineer visits not show up = 3 days off work. Absolutely disgusting level of service!!! Please advise as we’re in a tier 2 verging tier 3 county!!

@VodafoneUK hello I am wondering if you can help I tried to change over to the eSim, the old sim stopped working after 5 secs and I have had no more information, I can’t call due to the sim being disconnected, and tobi sucks. Every time I try to log in it also asks for the OTPC.

@VodafoneUK Family members/mates have no issues contacting me at all through phone call/text and if I missed a call would show up as missed call or voice mail but never received any. I contacted companys back and just say keep ringing even tell them my mobile number again
