Absolutely disgusting level of service!!! Please advise as we’re in a tier 2 verging tier 3 county!!

We have been without broadband @openreach for 10 days and counting. We have spoken to people from India and Egypt. I do hope you are paying them well. UK should be as good as them.

Hysterically the landline in preference to one of the mobiles. Anyway the messaging service doesn't work - press 1 to hear the message just repeats it and cuts off.
