@VodafoneUK has upgraded my Contract to MORE expensive billing from Nov 20 when I first contacted them over 1 Month ago that I wish to cancel contract expiring on 5 Dec 20. Been contacting them for ca 2 Weeks to confirm Cancellation. Anyone with similar FRAUDULENT Experience?©

@EbonyPaul07 @VodafoneUK They're all ******* idiots, me and my partner have been trying to sort a query for about 6 hours today so far. Phone lines cut off twice after being on hold for 90-120 minutes each time and chat advisors keep saying they can't help and we need to phone 191. It's a joke.

I think I'll be leaving @VodafoneUK. My partner has been treated horribly by their brainless staff. Currently phoning them and been on hold for 1 hour so far. This customer service is among the worst ever. Do they only have like 2 people working each day? Disgraceful.
