    So disappointed with @Vodafoneuk. Tried to upgrade last Monday in Store. Nine working days ago, now I'm told another 10 days what a joke. Why agree the upgrade if you have no stock. No way to treat a customer of over 10 years 🙄😞😠😱🤡

    @VodafoneUK my phone is restricted and told me to call customer service... I called, and it just repeats what it’s been saying when I try ring other numbers. It also didn’t send me my normal text to say my bill was due and tried to pay it on the day and said I have nothing to pay

    @VodafoneUK One of the WORST companies I’ve ever encountered. Shockingly bad customer service. They are excellent at surprising you at just how bad they can be. Exceptional at creating active NEGATIVE good will with customers. Would gladly pay money to see them go bankrupt.

    @VodafoneUK you're continuing to fail me miserably. You've transferred my number to my son's new phone, so I'm now working on WiFi only (no Voda connection). Promised it would be fixed within 15 mins - it's not. Plus, still no Stadia promo fulfillment. Not great really is it?

    @VodafoneUK I have been a very loyal customer & would expect to be treated well. I haven't used the new phone due to their not bring enough memory that I have from my S10+. Upon checking on the SIM card, there is nowhere for this to go. I feel this has been mis-sold to me!

    I bought a neo watch from @VodafoneUK for my daughter. Easy to buy, but a poor customer experience now that there are problems. She is currently unable to use it because Vodafone can't find the account which they are already taking payments from. I recommend you all steer clear.

    Classic #BoxingDay consumer rant: Need a new phone. @EE won't offer me any good deals, despite having been with them 13 bloomin years! Try to switch to @VodafoneUK and find myself in a perpetual #virtualchat trying to fix order issues.Might just use #smokesignals instead in 2022!
