    2 hrs I’ve spent asking Vodaphone why I wasn’t informed I was about to run out of data before being charged an additional £117 and no one can help. And my data is still blocked on the other line. Calls backs promised and that never happen. It’s an appalling service! @VodafoneUK

    @Steven_2365 @VodafoneUK I had the opposite experience.. just for balance, used them for 4 months... including travelling to turkey, had no problems whatsoever even tethering my phone so others could use the free data.. asked a couple questions, got the answers couple days later, no problems here
