    @VodafoneUK my phone is restricted and told me to call customer service... I called, and it just repeats what it’s been saying when I try ring other numbers. It also didn’t send me my normal text to say my bill was due and tried to pay it on the day and said I have nothing to pay

    So disappointed with @Vodafoneuk. Tried to upgrade last Monday in Store. Nine working days ago, now I'm told another 10 days what a joke. Why agree the upgrade if you have no stock. No way to treat a customer of over 10 years 🙄😞😠😱🤡

    @VodafoneUK I moved house. One engineer visited on 28th June. He accidentally cut off our TV line and left the landline wire hanging outside, not connected to our house. Another engineer was booked to fix these all, but the engineer failed to turn up. Help!

    @VodafoneUK been using service for more than 40 years, phoned last week to get an upgrade and no phones turn up! Ring today and a problem with sorting the credit because at some point vodaphone have changed our account to a soletrader. Terrible service wouldn’t use them again!!
