    @VodafoneUK has upgraded my Contract to MORE expensive billing from Nov 20 when I first contacted them over 1 Month ago that I wish to cancel contract expiring on 5 Dec 20. Been contacting them for ca 2 Weeks to confirm Cancellation. Anyone with similar FRAUDULENT Experience?©

    @VodafoneUK my experience with you since December has been very poor. Hopeless you put wrong no. on pay as you go and then charged me for the outstanding contract period of the number you cut of in error. Numerous calls and now you have cut my three lines off.

    Im on the phone to a resolution officer at @VodafoneUK Turns out I was sold an invalid SIM card when I signed my contract. Why the **** did none of your agents spot this??? Do I recommend vodafone Absolutely NO WAY

    @VodafoneUK most shocking service provider not helpful in any way! Called them every month for the last 4 months for one of there incompetent staff to set up a direct debit they haven’t!! Iv been with them for over 8 years and this year you have been awful!! Don’t ever use them!

    @VodafoneUK OMG Everytime I call its like I’m a hoax caller or time waster!I have 3 lines,been a customer for over 20 yrs & am treated with sheer&utter contempt,I don’t call with an attitude or rudeness & all regarding paying my bill 2wks late as I have been past yr since Covid😤

    @virginmedia Not sure if it is one issue that can’t fix fir four or five weeks or every week a new one. The issue is we relying on @VodafoneUK to work from home

    @VodafoneUK have the worst customer service agents, a manager is never available as they finish at 4 and don’t listen to your concern and none of them ever write notes so I have to give them my story every time. I would urge anyone not to go with vodafone

    Glad to say broadband is fixed! Too much rain it seems. now having issues with VPN blocking which I didn't have before but apparently Vodafone is notorious for. Good to have BB again but doesn't excuse neither @VodafoneUK and @OpenreachHelp having service status pages

    Just been told it can take up to 3 days to sort out my service disruption, only to then be told it would be done in a few hours, then told later it could be 3 days. Make your mind up @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK - NOT GOOD ENOUGH!

    @VodafoneUK No but trying to deal with your tech team is usually a pain in the arse. Other providers have a service status so you know of any local outages. Regarding the failed speed, all you've done is give me 15% off. Might need to check my rights and go back to @virginmedia

    I have had a very unfortunate experience with @VodafoneUK today after many many years of being a loyal customer. I had been mis sold and as a customer have not been treated fairly. It is with a heavy heart that I must terminate my contract. Extremely disappointed.
