And you get the o2 priority with some really good deals, and early release tickets for concerns, sports etc. I’ve never had a single extra charge. And their customer service is really good too.

Called them every month for the last 4 months for one of there incompetent staff to set up a direct debit they haven’t!! Iv been with them for over 8 years and this year you have been awful!! Constant delays, you have to hedge your bets at which train to get . Be great if there was a way of having uptodate info to run between platforms!
