Called them every month for the last 4 months for one of there incompetent staff to set up a direct debit they haven’t!! Iv been with them for over 8 years and this year you have been awful!! Specialist Care Manager, Vodafone Limited, The Connection, Newbury, Berkshire, RG14 2FN. Ask for a complaint reference number and keep records of all contact. Then write to all three credit agencies outlining the details and reference the complaint number. They really are shady bastards.
