    @ThreeUK help please can't get into app or website as number saying not 3 mobile despite it being one. Topped up credit but it's not registered so internet cut off. Using mobile WiFi device so all texts going to device I can't access without internet access.

Then 3rd chat attempt would only look it if I sent a comparison website link, instead of the link taken directly from your very own website
