  @CPMumma79 @SFAactive You’ve probably checked it all so apologies if this isn’t helpful but I’m on a contract with 3 that’s £13 a month with occasional other charges (this month £1.30). 30g data and unlimited texts and calls.   @ThreeUK help please can't get into app or website as number saying not 3 mobile despite it being one. Topped up credit but it's not registered so internet cut off. Using mobile WiFi device so all texts going to device I can't access without internet access.

  @loupepper @ThreeUK Binned Huawei years ago because of this issue, their "flagship" models seem to lose interest with @Huawei very quickly, culminating in immediate dropping of updates etc.

  I generally think that @ThreeUK has become one of the worst networks recently, most of the time the data doesn’t work on my plan, that there offers are bad and most of all there is hardly any signal, actually annoys me when they don’t sort it out
