Well that’s me done with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport not only is the network 💩 round the westend & town but they have taken payments from me today, said they hadn’t & that my cards are being declined. The language barrier is unreal & turns out there’s nothing wrong with my cards 🙀

Hey @ThreeUK I do not pay you for possible network coverage at my home neither do I pay you for probably call coverage. I definitely pay you for coverage and you DEFINITELY take Payment.

  • phil_pundit
Ojekunle Ibrahim Timilehin (@phil_pundit) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@ThreeUK ever since one of your agent informed me that if I don't upgrade my phone to a 5G enabled device, I won't be able to use your network anymore, I have stopped enjoying your service. I'm not getting your services for free, you are stressing me further to get a new phone

  • Harry_Krom
Theocharis Kromydas (@Harry_Krom) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport Hi. I have been sent a mew sim. I have activated two days ago and now that I have replaced it it says that No network can be found. What should I do?

  • mclellandstu
Stuart Mclelland (@mclellandstu) reported from Milngavie, Scotland

@ThreeUK worst customer service I have experienced, sent back a internet router in September due to poor connection and you offered to waive the cancellation charges. I am still getting billed for it after being promised it had been closed on 3 occasions.

  • benji70
Bernadette O (@benji70) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport Sorry but I can’t endure any more “chats” and being continually fobbed off. I’ve raised an official complaint and hopefully will receive some meaningful feedback soon. Thanks anyway

  • gGuinnessnut

@ThreeUK Best value, worst network, rural areas are shite, can get better signal with a pay-as-you-go o2 nokia3210

  • ohmz
    👻 Boo-mar Spook-heji 💀 (@ohmz) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@By_TonyAllen @ThreeUK @metwhine If they’d replied to a customer with that type of message I’d agree with you. A “tough tamales no insta for you dweeb” would be bad. Banter between social media accounts parody or not is how these companies maintain their cultural identity. Look at how Wendy’s as an example.

    Tyrone Rattery ⚽️ 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 🇵🇸 🇬🇷 (@FootieBhoy82) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport the internet coverage is so poor and so slow ☹ it's knocked off the radio station twice ☹ may have to find another network I think

  • johntierney73
John Tierney (@johntierney73) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport can you tell me how i can cancel the remaining 7 months of my data only contract. It is unusable with speeds of only 0.25 mb. Its been like this for months

  • mukka999
😁 (@mukka999) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@ThreeUK have got to be the worst company to get a decent phone deal with I've been with them 11 years they offer me nothing but if I was a new customer all the deals wtf

  • RonnieM87485

@loupepper @ThreeUK Binned Huawei years ago because of this issue, their "flagship" models seem to lose interest with @Huawei very quickly, culminating in immediate dropping of updates etc.

  • isaac_bjorn
isaac bjorn (@isaac_bjorn) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

Sorry but @EE totally beats @ThreeUK at any type of mobile signal. I’m in Glasgow and even in 5G the internet is so slow on Three. I use a BUSSINESS sim from EE and personal number from three and mostly have to use the EE at all times because it just works.

  • parami
parami 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏳️‍🌈#WhyNotScotland (@parami) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@CPMumma79 @SFAactive You’ve probably checked it all so apologies if this isn’t helpful but I’m on a contract with 3 that’s £13 a month with occasional other charges (this month £1.30). 30g data and unlimited texts and calls. Have you gone into @ThreeUK shop to talk directly to someone? Might help

  • mclellandstu
Stuart Mclelland (@mclellandstu) reported from Milngavie, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Three, I’m still waiting on technical support calling me with a solution to my internet issues that keep dropping on my WiFi , I have called customer support twice to be told I will be called priority still waiting 10 days later and still have internet issues

  • Gaz_Preston

@ThreeUKSupport looking for help on how I can pay my bill. App, mobile site & 400 direct dial been down since yesterday & want to bring my account up to date

  • KarMurdoch
Karen Murdoch (@KarMurdoch) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

I've had no data since yesterday afternoon @ThreeUK and now seems like most of us are on Emergency Calls Only. Your website's been telling me my network problems are down to essential maintenance in my area since July. Now can I move without penalty please, this is too much.

Do you have signal anywhere between zone 1-6 in London? ******* pony @ThreeUK

  • _itzkira
    Kira (@_itzkira) reported

Yo @ThreeUK please go sort your 5G out, it's down in parts of NG17 and is stuck on 4G - meanwhile your website states "Our systems haven't reported any network problems" And no, it's not because of my location, I use 5G in my house every day, it's cheaper than any ISP...

  • ROSS_G3LL3R
    naomi (@ROSS_G3LL3R) reported

@ThreeUK is there a reason why I pay for unlimited everything and have paid for my go roam passes for you to not let me use them? Really helpful when I’m driving across Italy without anyway of mapping or googling locations. As a customer of 18 years I’m not very happy

  • Tristan27856485
    Tristan Lane (@Tristan27856485) reported

@ThreeUK @VodafoneUK I thought the merger was meant to improve signal. Not make it blooming worse. Cambridge is meant to be “silicon fen” tricky with such terrible network

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Idk if it's still relevant since I did it 4 years ago and never looked into anything else But I just use Google Fi

  • keanie14
    David McKean (@keanie14) reported

@threeuk your service does not actually function; I’m abroad, have used my fair usage, increased my spend cap, bought a roaming pass but it’s not working. I’ve called but can’t speak to anyone and you don’t have the option to deal with my request on the ‘call’.

  • omnishredder_
    Omni (@omnishredder_) reported

@ThreeUK random query, after putting my current SIM in my mifi device I bought, would it be cheaper to have a SIM only for calls and texts and one purely for data or stick with the one SIM? Existing customer on SIM only roughly £30 a month
