  @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport really getting tired of having to change to 3G ANYWHERE around Glasgow Queen Street station . 4G data just does not work in/or around the station but works everywhere else I go so not a phone or sim issue 😡

  @ThreeUK is like the worse company ever.... For real... 4g+ signal is like full bars but gives like so crappy Internet... Ever watch something and keeps buffering every single second.... Then they speak of 5g... And imagine paying £53 a month!!! And you get a shitty service.

  Well that’s me done with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport not only is the network 💩 round the westend & town but they have taken payments from me today, said they hadn’t & that my cards are being declined. The language barrier is unreal & turns out there’s nothing wrong with my cards 🙀

  @CPMumma79 @SFAactive You’ve probably checked it all so apologies if this isn’t helpful but I’m on a contract with 3 that’s £13 a month with occasional other charges (this month £1.30). 30g data and unlimited texts and calls.   @VodafoneUK Why has your network become useless in most of Norfolk? 3G turned off without being replaced. Now @ThreeUK is also just as bad since you took over. Phantom signal that just doesn’t work for anything other than 2G calls. @Ofcom need to investigate.

  I think next time I’m arranging an upgrade of my mobile phone contract before I commit to a new one with @ThreeUK I will check which courier company they’re using for the delivery. If it’s @dpduk_ I will probably look elsewhere after the issues the last 2 times.
