We are now nearly in July and I haven’t received anything. Contact them this morning and can’t access my account so I’m therefore asked to email or send a letter in the post. I can see that almost two months later, the nearest 5G mast is still down with no ETA fix. Would be interested in Three or EE if service was resolved.
