We are now nearly in July and I haven’t received anything. Contact them this morning and can’t access my account so I’m therefore asked to email or send a letter in the post. I’ll go back to them if things improve. They’ve always given great service until last 6 months. Let’s hope they get sorted. I’ll avoid 02.
