    @ThreeUK help please can't get into app or website as number saying not 3 mobile despite it being one. Topped up credit but it's not registered so internet cut off. Using mobile WiFi device so all texts going to device I can't access without internet access.

    I’m a customer -was in Sauchiehall St Glasgow store Sat. My daughter bought a package (previously not 3). All would be easy, no downtime, simple. She has no connection now & none for 72 hours @ThreeUK. She’ll need to buy a phone in the interim. MISINFORMED. What u doing about it

    When you contact @ThreeUK for a refund in April & they tell you it’s proceed. We are now nearly in July and I haven’t received anything. Contact them this morning and can’t access my account so I’m therefore asked to email or send a letter in the post. Shocking customer service.

    @Durrell40 @ThreeUKSupport Hats off to @ThreeUK they released me from my contract today recognising I wasn’t getting the service. I’ll go back to them if things improve. They’ve always given great service until last 6 months. Let’s hope they get sorted. I’ll avoid 02.

    @ThreeUK Or you could go with Smarty that use 3’s network and don’t charge you roaming charges when abroad.

    @ThreeUKSupport The problem most likely lies in software setting in Powersaving mode somehow I got internet setting back on it working briefly before it switched off again

    So anyway. Still no WiFi and my mob signal has gone pants too @ThreeUK so tethering is not working. the universe is telling me something. BT have posted me a temporary 4g hub until it gets fixed. A lot less screen time meantime! #unplanneddetox

    @ThreeUK still no resolution to my ongoing complaint after speaking with Annem on 10/112020 with a case ref 29812635. Going on for 6 months and I still haven’t received money back for phone and contract Not received. I am contacted 3 times a day. 3 can’t even change my address!

    .@ThreeUK customer service is so bad that after me waiting patiently for 5 months for a refund from them, they decide to send my account to debt collectors. During a pandemic too! This is after I’ve spent 6 hrs on calls and live chat, spoken to 8 people and had 3 hang up on me.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Mark, full postcode is G468LD! This happens most nights after about 5pm. And has been doing so for about 6months now. I gave 3 the benefit of the doubt this issue might resolve itself but it seems pretty pointless rolling out 5G when my 4G doesn’t even work

    @ThreeUK Shocking customer service from Three Contacted 5 departments all unable to assist cut off 3 times Live chat useless Taken money from my account when I cancelled 2 contracts Told me they will put me through to head office in Glasgow then cut me off. SHOCKING STAY CLEAR

    @ThreeUKSupport I have spent many hours talking to your complaints team, phone was never received. I have lived house and until I cancelled the DD I was being charged: I have been told several times that it has been resolved. And have emailed your proof@ with change of details as advised.
