    Where UK phone operators are concerned, @ThreeUK is utterly hopeless. I live in the most populous part of the UK, yet either constantly lose signal or have none to start with. I've passed my 14-day cooling off period, so am now stuck for 23 months. Absolutely appalling service.

    @ThreeUKSupport My family lives there and for past few years there isnโ€™t good signal. Even going to watch football in pub and canโ€™t use phone as no where has basic signal :-(

    @ThreeUKSupport Iโ€™m referring to my migration from O2. I was for almost a week unable to use either my old or new SIM. Noted that you โ€œchooseโ€ not to support Visual Voicemail on iPhone. Thanks for that.

    @ThreeUKSupport That area is ln12 2ly. There is non existent signal all around the town not just this postcode. I think you need a bigger mast for that area

    @ThreeUK my household has FOUR accounts with you. I call for help about another issue and the advisor wants to sell me MORE. I try to politely decline. He transfers me anyway. I try to explain again. He PUSHES ON with the sales pitch! I have no more money to give you!

    @ThreeUK Itโ€™s a shame Iโ€™ve had to resort to this. Three customer service is the worst ever. New phone went missing, 2 months ago , now having been promised 2 weeks ago it was sorted , still nothing.

    @ThreeUKSupport I saw some minor improvement on the 26th but from your description of โ€œcongestion in the areaโ€ the root cause of my slow data is not resolved so Iโ€™m not sure why your status said it was (for two days) on the 26th/27th..? 3G is more stable but slower (obvs!)

    @ThreeUK what an awful start to my sim only contract. Number not transferred over when it was meant to and to make matters worse I was being charged for a week that I hadnโ€™t even used! I have cancelled the contract now - such a shame that your staff canโ€™t listen to reason!

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes had issue Sunday! Had to reboot router several times before it connected to the internet! BN14 9GA. No error lights on router but can see in the app that no internet connection

    @ThreeUKSupport I wouldnโ€™t expect you to be able to access customer accounts over Twitter!!! As I said, I *was* unable to use my SIM for a week. Past tense. Itโ€™s working now, very happy with network performance, very unhappy it took nearly a week to transfer, and no Visual Voicemail.

    @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Yeah giffgaff been just paying the minimum sim only plan since before I left UK, never had issues. If you donโ€™t pay it for a few months they threaten to close it.

    Anyone know which mobile provider has better coverage in W14 area of London. Iโ€™ve been advised by @ThreeUK itโ€™s best to cancel account as theyโ€™re struggling to provide adequate 4g let alone 5g.

    @ThreeUK why are you scamming customers by letting third party companies add subscriptions to the broadband service ? What is Weezchat that I have never signed up for ? ยฃ18 pounds ? How ? When asked to cancel you canโ€™t, so you can add without my permission taken from me account but canโ€™t cancel? How to cancel ? They send a sms ? How when itโ€™s hub ? @Ofcom @IanMurrayMP please can this be looked into - Iโ€™m not the only one that been scammed, thereโ€™s hundreds of people
