@ThreeUKSupport As per my conversation with Three today I have little faith that this is going to be handled properly. They said they would get back to me in few days after they had spoken so someone. I’m sorry Three but it’s been a nightmare service since the start and I would not recommend it.

I recently left @ThreeUK 's broadband "service" and they've sent me a "leaver's survey". The survey won't load. This couldn't be a more appropriate situation, given my experiences with them to date.

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Hi Team. I spoke to Customer Service on 21st March and was told a refund of £260 was being processed for me. It’s not in my bank account yet, please advise when I can expect cleared funds

@ThreeUK Generally pleased with Three and it's usually the cheapest for my needs. Thankfully things don't go wrong very often because when they do customer support is wall-to-wall awful.

Just wondering why you’ve never done e top up swipe cards so if you get a top up in shops the credit goes on your phone, would be easier for people like my uncle who don’t use internet or understand a computer voice @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK

@ThreeUKSupport hello. I can’t seem to get any support from the website or the phone help desk either. My contract was up for renewal and in 2017 and you have been charging me £60 a month for 2gb data and unlimited calls which I see I can now get for £11 a month.

I wonder how many pissed off customers will leave @ThreeUK after their servers are back online. Its ridiculous how they have given their team a script to promise that the technical issues will be fixed in a couple of hrs.,its been a week of the same sh*t. #threenetwork #dobetter

@ThreeUK absolutely terrible experience using mobile services from this company. I’ve cancelled the service after a week (within my 30 day cooling off period) two weeks later I receive an invoice for exit fees of £400. Customer services do not know what they are doing. Shocking!

@ThreeUKSupport Thank goodness I did. But you should correct what kind of training this people receive. They let you down and give really bad image to your company.

Not sure that @ThreeUK could make it more difficult to contact customer service if they tried. Can’t get through on phone, can’t reset password online. Maybe I should write a letter? Or try semaphore

@ThreeUKSupport Not quite sure what is happening but it's gone from bad to worse - it was slow but we now have not data connection at all when connected to 4G. Is this a new fault? Certainly much more than "congestion"...

@ThreeUKSupport What your colleague was asking me to agree to did not match what is online. The chat also differed from what I was emailed. He wanted me to agree to what was in the chat but I would only agree to what I had in writing in an email. The experience has lost you a customer.

If you are going to Dino Kingdom and are on @O2 - the signal and data is so poor - take a Mifi on another network - the AR app is useless O2 is so slow. Try @ThreeUK or @EE instead.

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK should legally run service QA checks when a customer takes out a contract. confirmed that they don’t do this as they would loose money. And yet they still want over £500 from me to cancel my contract. @BBCWatchdog

@ThreeUKSupport Trying to swindle customers and refusing to send them copies of what they are agreeing to for a 24 month period so they can make an informed decision is bad business practice. It has lost you a long term customer.
