    @ThreeUKSupport my Family and I have alot of 3 contracts between us in Belfast. My wife is having serious problems with our Home WIFI and her mobile data since about 10:30am. She is relying totally on 3 for connections. Can you tell us if there is a known problem in Belfast today

    @ThreeUK I don't blame Three for the outage that happens with all carriers. But this has been down all night it's taken until 0900 before this was acknowledged.

    @McSmileyman @VeronicaHoungan @ThreeUK Yeah I’m in Belfast and for a city the single has got extremely terrible. Time to shop around a new deal with someone else, been with three now 5 years and don’t see a better other for existing customers compared to new.

    @ThreeUKSupport Every time I speak to someone at Three either on the phone or echat they insist there's no problem and refuse to escalate it. They keep telling me it's my hub but it's the same issue using the sim in a different device & I'm guaranteed to speak to at least 5 different people!🤬

    @ThreeUKSupport Oh and they tell me it's an issue with my computer... Or all my devices that are connected to the hub. So obviously they don't understand the issue.

    @ThreeUKSupport All three of our phones were terribly badly affected by the serious outage that we experienced about 10 days ago. I read that you are offering £20 credits, we have three phones affected.

    @ThreeUKSupport Cool. It does but most apps won't load on 3g. 4g does work most of the time, but it just randomly drops out or says there's signal but it's hollow 😅

    @ThreeUKSupport It has been, and I was still asked to explain it all and give in all my details again to every new person I spoke to. Suppose I'll get nowhere tweeting you guys if you can't even flag problems in the area. It's a ******' pain in the **** having to phone.

    @GaryStewart07 @EE @ThreeUK I know I never had an issue until I needed my sim only to work in America and they couldn’t offer, so here I am at three! But they are awfulllll and slow 🙈

The only 'support' ws to watch a ****** livestream of one of their sales weasels, who pointed me at a FAQ I had already read. ****** service from a ****** company.

    @pseudomonas @ThreeUK Yeah I have noted the 'we never expected you to think that when we said X we meant X and not Y which is what we retrospectively decided we meant instead'. Also the unilateral changing of a contract without your consent.

    @ThreeUKSupport That’s funny because I was out in town and loads of people were discussing the network problems. I spoke to more than 10+ people who had the same problem. It claimed 4G/5G but NO internet was working at all and this lasted HOURS. It’s working again now but this caused many issues

    Seriously let down by @ThreeUK broadband in N19. The situation just gets worse and worse. Is there any hope that it will improve? Or should I resign myself to the notion that I am only going to get substandard Wifi from Three in my area... and start looking for a new provider?

    @ThreeUKSupport Sorry, neither I use 5G nor I live in UK. I am just telling that I thought with 5G we might get ping as low as 10 ms. I was not questioning your service I just told my expectation with 5G.
