    @ThreeUK My family has 2 mobile phone contacts, a PAYG phone, and home broadband. Our signal has been awful for the last 36hrs. Ive been unable to reach 3 by phone or Live Chat, and your website has a vague message with no real info. My DM to @ThreeUKSupport has gone unanswered.

    We have 3 @ThreeUK phones in our household. The failure to deliver us the emergency test was the last straw. Guess who will be finding a new mobile network provider ASAP???? Me!!!!

    @missradders @ThreeUK No, it doesn't: it used the 4G and 5G signal from mobile phone masts. If you don't have access to those, I don't think you get an alert.
