@ThreeUKSupport It was on the chat then I rang about it to confirm. No it doesn't say on the bill. I just spoke to someone on the chat, and got cut off, but was told that it had never been changed

@EE Yes from @ThreeUK all your customer service agent was interested in was slagging them off.

  • ZugIreland Garry Luke (@ZugIreland) reported from Dromore, Northern Ireland

@ThreeUK My family has 2 mobile phone contacts, a PAYG phone, and home broadband. Our signal has been awful for the last 36hrs. Ive been unable to reach 3 by phone or Live Chat, and your website has a vague message with no real info. My DM to @ThreeUKSupport has gone unanswered.

@SkyUK unable to watch sky sports on #myskygo app but other channels are fine. Error code 17c. Seems to be a common problem with @ThreeUK users!!! According to sky help website. Any chance of sorting this out!!!!

  • Rachel_McKee Rachel McKee (@Rachel_McKee) reported from Antrim and Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

@ThreeUKSupport My contract was never downgraded and I have just received a bill that is double what it should have been. This has been after numerous calls and live chats at the beginning of January

  • ZugIreland Garry Luke (@ZugIreland) reported from Dromore, Northern Ireland

@ThreeUK I trust that this will be resolved urgently. At the very least, I expect communication from you to advise what changed from Wednesday evening to Thursday morning, and when normal service will resume.

  • bertskill Bertie Skillen (@bertskill) reported from Whiteabbey, Northern Ireland

@ThreeUK is there a broadband problem in BT161GA area. Internet not working??

  • Fiona_Dick Fiona Dick (@Fiona_Dick) reported from Bangor, Northern Ireland

@ThreeUKSupport so annoyed at your online customer service. 3 days I’ve been on the chat, no one has sorted yet even though this is due to an issue with your website that I can’t automatically do it online. Apparently my surname isn’t appropriate...

  • Tomasfleming67 Tomás Fleming (@Tomasfleming67) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@ThreeUK have to be the worst network in Ireland. Issues every other ******* day. Absolute shite!!! Roll on November till this contract ends!!!!

  • Rachel_McKee Rachel McKee (@Rachel_McKee) reported from Antrim and Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

@ThreeUKSupport I have had contracts with you for over 10 years, I have recently downgraded to SIM only and it has been nothing but problems and being overcharged

  • Tomasfleming67 Tomás Fleming (@Tomasfleming67) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

Mad it’s 2022 and ya still can’t get signal in about 80% of Belfast with @ThreeUK!!!! ****** useless!!

  • paulnorniron Paul A (@paulnorniron) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@ThreeUKSupport I'll try that. What is the issue anyway? I haven't had an issue in years, yet for the last while back its been woeful!

  • garcia_filipa Filipa Garcia (@garcia_filipa) reported from Carrickfergus, Northern Ireland

@ohaymonica @ThreeUK It is not... had the same issue

  • PedroClarke1 Peter Clarke (@PedroClarke1) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@Gabeuk @ThreeUK Fair. While I agree that some of the 5G Monopole designs are egregious for certain street scenes, I have trouble devising something better with massively compromising on capability. Although there is an argument that more of less could work better...

  • avalard Robert J.E. Simpson (@avalard) reported from Newtownards, Northern Ireland

I used to find @ThreeUK excellent, but they did away with free roaming, are less than transparent, and can't even match deals found via other vendors for phones and Sims on their network. If things improve I may return, but I think our time together has just ended.

  • jmpfe Mark Prentice (@jmpfe) reported from Newtownards, Northern Ireland

.@ThreeUKSupport is there a problem with service in the BT23 area??

  • TheMasqueradeNI TheMasqueradeNI (@TheMasqueradeNI) reported from Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

  • TheMasqueradeNI TheMasqueradeNI (@TheMasqueradeNI) reported from Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

@ThreeUK been trying to get anyone to sort me out with a pac number for a week now and I'm getting nowhere. Shocking customer service

3 (Three) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Jamie_A_Davison Jamie Davison (@Jamie_A_Davison) reported

@ThreeUK I’m leaving you when my contract runs out this year. Shocking service from you systems not letting my buy data passport and I’ve ran up £50 already on 100mb? No support at all.

  • DavePow39307780 Dave Powell (@DavePow39307780) reported

@ThreeUK Hi Three .Totally disappointed with the with the level of service. I have waited 4 weeks for a jiffy bag to send a broken item back .in the meantime I'm still being charged for a broken item. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER

  • iainlaw iainlaw (@iainlaw) reported

@ThreeUK How do I report poor and worsening connection issues in my area?

  • aldoyletweets al doyle (@aldoyletweets) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I’m a pay monthly customer yes. I did get warning about my fair use data but didn’t think anything of it as I thought I’d still be able to make calls and get a data passport. I’ve been abroad for 6 weeks.

  • chris_emerson Chris Emerson (@chris_emerson) reported

@jondharvey @ThreeUK People seem to like them but I tried them twice and had issues both times - both coverage and customer service issues

  • aldoyletweets al doyle (@aldoyletweets) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Yeah that’s fine but I’ve been cut off completely, I have no service at all. And even when I try to get a data passport it doesn’t come up with the right page, it just defaults to the home page.

  • JMMatchett James Matchett (@JMMatchett) reported

Another day with nothing but abysmal 5G coverage with @ThreeUK, phoning up support was as effective as having a conversation with a wall unfortunately. Definitely will be affecting who I go with next

  • JackDrydenUK Jack Dryden (@JackDrydenUK) reported

3rd scam call to my mobile this month claiming to be from @ThreeUK 😡🤬🔥 Told them I'm not a customer and they immediately hung up. Clearly some kind of phishing attempt. Be careful out there, so many of these scams going around at the moment! #ScamCalls #Fraud

  • ajameschristian James Martin (@ajameschristian) reported

I mean, to start of with.. the ping time should be between 50-100ms, with some networks averaging less than 20ms.. but @ThreeUKSupport .. 4,425ms.. there’s no other way to describe that as, there is a clear network fault - despite you saying there is no faults. 🙄

  • DavePow39307780 Dave Powell (@DavePow39307780) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I have already popped a complaint in and nobody as even responded to it. I'm truly feed up
