    @ThreeUK My family has 2 mobile phone contacts, a PAYG phone, and home broadband. Our signal has been awful for the last 36hrs. Ive been unable to reach 3 by phone or Live Chat, and your website has a vague message with no real info. My DM to @ThreeUKSupport has gone unanswered.

    I used to find @ThreeUK excellent, but they did away with free roaming, are less than transparent, and can't even match deals found via other vendors for phones and Sims on their network. If things improve I may return, but I think our time together has just ended.

    @SkyUK unable to watch sky sports on #myskygo app but other channels are fine. Error code 17c. Seems to be a common problem with @ThreeUK users!!! According to sky help website. Any chance of sorting this out!!!!

    @traceyted @ThreeUK Yeh someone in the house was having the issue with smarty they thought it was the phone at first and asked me if I could solve it. I put another networks sim in and it was working just fine but had to make sure it wasn't just me

    @KatherineAByrne @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I keep getting error 500 or error 332.....I've had to WhatsApp instead which I don't like doing for certain people as we always text :) it's been down for hours now....I'd like to think we'll get some sort of compensation 🤷

    @ThreeUKSupport That’s as maybe but in the meantime time I’m left high and dry without a network. Also I believe that you may have been overcharging me as I’ve been out of contract for a longtime and I’m still being charged for the handset and haven’t been offered a sim only deal

    @zece7 @ThreeUK Tons of problems. My biggest one is if I go into any City Centre I might as well turn my phone off as the signal disappears. Three’s response is always to tell me they have one of the best networks...
