Tedstercal (@tedstercal) reported from Newton Aycliffe, England@ThreeUKSupport I'm still in contact with Samsung support team. I'll come back to you with results. Must say I'm not impressed with the issue/support from 3. Loyal customer for years & best I get is "contact Samsung".
-
Paul Wilson - AKA Sunday Willy (@wils_pw) reported from Shildon, England@ThreeUKSupport It's been like this for a long time to be honest, it's the area where I work. No of my colleagues seem to have any issues, mine is constantly lagging.
-
JT (@leeds2d) reported from Bishop Auckland, England@Parlez_me_nTory @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I tried 3 once but as I worked in 2 locations I needed reassurances that coverage was good at both. Yes they said. Got a sim and got half a bar at home and 1 bar at work 🙈 Their Customer Svc virtually called me a liar so binned them
-
Tedstercal (@tedstercal) reported from Sunderland, England@ThreeUKSupport Don't think it's a Samsung issue, as I said my work phone conects ok which to me points toward the phone wifi accessibility through 3! Very disappointing reply!

-
Dave Lee (@SunderlanDave) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England@ThreeUKSupport It is now over a week since the incident and apart from receiving a bill for early termination yet you knew he didn't ask for the PAC code we have had no correspondence from 3 we are going to the press on this and you better have answers for them as we are contacting your CEO
-
W. W. L. D. ? He'd stay at home. (@RobLow_7) reported from Sacriston, England@nelliecarty @ThreeUK same with @skytv as long as you pay and don't complain they treat you with disdain. All they're interested in is new custom
-
T!m (@yorkie_pudding) reported from Durham, EnglandHey @ThreeUKSupport - what’s happened to your Signal in #Durham over the last couple of months. It has bombed. Shocking signal. 4G basically does nothing. Have to rely on Wi-Fi in businesses. Can you look into it? (Not a phone issue)

3 (Three) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Neil Stratford (@neilstratford) reported@VodafoneUK Why has your network become useless in most of Norfolk? 3G turned off without being replaced. Now @ThreeUK is also just as bad since you took over. Phantom signal that just doesn’t work for anything other than 2G calls. @Ofcom need to investigate.
-
Alex Havoc (@HavocAgain) reported@ThreeUKSupport What's happening in Worcester? I'm trying to get work done but the signal keeps disappearing?
-
Cookie (@jamescookdev) reportedWhy is dealing with @ThreeUK such a massive ballache? Cancelled home broadband 2 weeks ago. Supposed to receive instructions from DPD on how to return the router. Nothing ever arrived. I will be charged if they don't receive it back. Tried to speak to them through live chat today. Takes forever to bypass the chatbot and and speak to a real person and when you finally get someone they reply so slowly it takes forever to sort anything out. Session times out while I'm busy trying to get some actual work done (that's how slow they are to reply). Website logs me out. I lose all the progress I've made. Try and log back in and their site is broken. Just ******* shoot me now.
-
DP9012 (@wiganath1932) reported@ThreeUK I have purchased a 60GB auto renew pack from you and am still being told that my balance is £0. This happened to me last month I am a rolling contract PAYG customer and last month you took £35 off me when I only wanted to top up £10. Can somebody please help? #three
-
xXx (@ImmaStar26) reported@ThreeUK Been a customer for 5yrs and for the past 6 months the service has been nonexistent! Can’t wait to move to a new provider
-
Jonathan 🇺🇦 (@GayToryJon) reportedI think next time I’m arranging an upgrade of my mobile phone contract before I commit to a new one with @ThreeUK I will check which courier company they’re using for the delivery. If it’s @dpduk_ I will probably look elsewhere after the issues the last 2 times.
-
Charlie Halstead (@CharlieMansfi17) reported@coveragechecker @AndyUK_52 @ThreeUK It’s just ridiculous. It shouldn’t be about pairing flagship phones with flagship plans. If a phone supports the network’s full capabilities, then every customer on that network—whether they’re on pay as you go or pay monthly—should have equal access to the same 5G service.
-
CRoM (@romeocln) reportedI moved from @ThreeUK to @O2 and nothing has improved on signal. Blind spots alll over the places. What I really don't get why you don't get anything on 4 antena bars? And could be anywhere in London
-
fèyí 𖤓 ° ⋆.ೃ࿔*:・𓂃⋆。˚ ◌𓈒𖡼 (@MissFeyi) reportedI have no service @ThreeUK
