    @ThreeUK why does my phone signal randomly just cut out and stop working. I always have to put it into airplane mode then turn that off for things to work normally again 😑

    @ThreeUKSupport not happy three👎, I came to work today as a driver for Amazon. Tried logging into the delivery app to find out there is no network, now I have been laid off for the day losing me £135.00, I expect compensation 😡

    @ThreeUKSupport Already spent to long talking to both three and dpd about this issue. No one willing/able to resolve (even now you’re suggesting I contact your carrier to resolve). Zero ownership from both three and dpd has resulted in me cancelling order. Thanks for interest but case closed.

    @ThreeUKSupport - centre staff in India were VERY rude. I said I wanted to cancel as I've not connected to the hub ONCE, it wouldn't connect to the sim. - I said I want to speak to a manager to cancel and he said no, no manages are available. I would have to wait for a call back. -

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve noticed on the web link, when I turn on the router the connection type is HSPA+ with a good connection, then after a minute it switches to LTE+ with a bad connection? I don’t know what to do

    @ThreeUKSupport The webchat service was even worse. Does your regulator require you to acknowledge a complaint within a certain period of time? Not sure how it works.
