@ThreeUKSupport Already spent to long talking to both three and dpd about this issue. No one willing/able to resolve (even now you’re suggesting I contact your carrier to resolve). Zero ownership from both three and dpd has resulted in me cancelling order. Thanks for interest but case closed.

@_Chris_Hurst_ @cabman1967 @ThreeUK Laughable mate I work for a network provider and they tell you to push what they get for free in the customers face, it's barely free when you lose £300 by doing it

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for replying. And how long will that last? Is there a commitment from Three that there is a minimum period for this change. I don't want to move and then find 6 months later you've changed it again and brought it down again. Any guidance?

1/2 Well done @ThreeUKSupport . After many calls to your company we agree the service is unsatisfactory. So we arrange to end the contract at the end of the month as I work away from home. So why did my number get disconnected at the end of the call ? No Pac number given so.

@ThreeUKSupport @JaroslavH The attractive roaming options were the only thing that kept me with three when the UK network was terrible. Now the network feels like it is slowing down again and you are lowering your international data caps I think I will give in and move provider.
