    @ThreeUKSupport Already spent to long talking to both three and dpd about this issue. No one willing/able to resolve (even now you’re suggesting I contact your carrier to resolve). Zero ownership from both three and dpd has resulted in me cancelling order. Thanks for interest but case closed.

    @ThreeUK why does my phone signal randomly just cut out and stop working. I always have to put it into airplane mode then turn that off for things to work normally again 😑

    @_Chris_Hurst_ @cabman1967 @ThreeUK Laughable mate I work for a network provider and they tell you to push what they get for free in the customers face, it's barely free when you lose £300 by doing it

    @ThreeUKSupport Coverage isn't the problem, throughput is. I've got about 50% 3G signal strength, 4G when I get it is about 25%. Data is intermittent regardless of signal strength. Forget about coverage, it's irrelevant in this case.

    @ThreeUKSupport Sorry, neither I use 5G nor I live in UK. I am just telling that I thought with 5G we might get ping as low as 10 ms. I was not questioning your service I just told my expectation with 5G.

    @Uitlander @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I got a text saying "use your phone within the UK by [date] to avoid having your service cut off". I did so, and then got told "no, you were supposed to *use it in the UK and not return to Belgium for the rest of the year*, we're cutting your service anyway"

    1. @ThreeUKSupport The service advisor I just talked to was absolutely useless. My phone is failing to switch to 5G & all she was concerned about was taking postcodes of where I been 2day & tells me theres no 5G there where I know there is.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hello. The problem is that I need to enter my number but since I have had no text I don’t know my number ! I have an android phone. When I go into settings there is no number listed .

    @pseudomonas @ThreeUK Yeah I have noted the 'we never expected you to think that when we said X we meant X and not Y which is what we retrospectively decided we meant instead'. Also the unilateral changing of a contract without your consent.

    @pseudomonas @ThreeUK Not gonna bet but I had a Three SIM in my first gen 3G iPad & it took SIX MONTHS to close the account with them after they refused to let me change to PAYG, during which time they never once understood that I couldn't get texts or phone calls on an iPad.
