No one willing/able to resolve (even now you’re suggesting I contact your carrier to resolve). Zero ownership from both three and dpd has resulted in me cancelling order. Thanks for interest but case closed.

I’m still getting errors, but support mentioned that there was an issue with my account which could be escalating the issue and that they may have to manually intervene regarding the PAC code.

grizlyadams (@grizlyadams) reported@ThreeUK what is going on with your service in Gloucester/Cheltnham area? It's absolutely awful in the last 3 weeks. Used to be a solid 50/20mbps down/up - now varies between 0.3/1 and <9/2. With wildly varying pings. It's rubbish.

Wayne Kinder (@Wayneyboy85) reported@ThreeUKSupport I've absolutely had it with the lack of service now. Before a month ago, I used to get 2 bars of 5G for 50Mbps. Now, the same 2 bars give me less than 1Mbps. 4G has always been poor, with less than 1Mbps speeds. It's unbearable! Why should I pay for a non-service?

Billy (@grumpygrizzler) reported@ThreeUK provide the worst service, if you need to keep your number then do not move to them as they cannot transfer. Give them a PAC code and it won't make any difference. They will leave you in a mess. Don't use them
