    @ThreeUKSupport Already spent to long talking to both three and dpd about this issue. No one willing/able to resolve (even now you’re suggesting I contact your carrier to resolve). Zero ownership from both three and dpd has resulted in me cancelling order. Thanks for interest but case closed.

    @_Chris_Hurst_ @cabman1967 @ThreeUK Laughable mate I work for a network provider and they tell you to push what they get for free in the customers face, it's barely free when you lose £300 by doing it

    @ThreeUKSupport Not sure how you can help if you need him to authorise me 1st and he isn't with me. That was the issue. With lockdown, seeing dad is less frequent otherwise all this would have been sorted out

    @ThreeUK have taken hundreds from me for a phone I've never had, THERE IS NO CONTRACT! 4x live chat, nothing. Fraud Dept claims nothing is wrong. Not only no refund, I'm "still liable"! Disgusting way to treat a customer of 12 yrs. #3mobile #three @BBCWatchdog @CitizensAdvice

    I am so done with @ThreeUK I’m paying £19 per month more for my contract than a new customer would be paying for a better phone!

    @ThreeUKSupport hi - we have a Huawei AI Cube providing us with home broadband without any problems. I was given an Amazon Echo Dot for Christmas and cannot get it to connect to the WiFi. I tried it in a friend’s house and it connected without issue. Any suggestions???
