    @ThreeUKSupport Already spent to long talking to both three and dpd about this issue. No one willing/able to resolve (even now you’re suggesting I contact your carrier to resolve). Zero ownership from both three and dpd has resulted in me cancelling order. Thanks for interest but case closed.

    @_Chris_Hurst_ @cabman1967 @ThreeUK Laughable mate I work for a network provider and they tell you to push what they get for free in the customers face, it's barely free when you lose £300 by doing it

    @ThreeUKSupport if you’d like to explain why me, my partner and my friends have no signal all at the same time and we’re all in different locations, that would be great lol - no issues in the area apparently except all of us have no bloody signal!

    Customer service is always terrible @ThreeUK Now they’re using AI to cut costs it’s even worse. And the combination with @VodafoneUK with no doubt another cost cutting plan will be a disaster. Which other UK mobile provider is the least worst as I just have to change now?
