Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Whitfield and nearby locations:

  • keithflitton Keith Flitton (@keithflitton) reported from Banbury, England

@ThreeUKSupport Already spent to long talking to both three and dpd about this issue. No one willing/able to resolve (even now you’re suggesting I contact your carrier to resolve). Zero ownership from both three and dpd has resulted in me cancelling order. Thanks for interest but case closed.

  • sailingbikeruk Gr4y R4nger (@sailingbikeruk) reported from Byfield, England

@ThreeUK network unusable and website down... comment to @BBC "we are investigating an issue" I've listened to @Jenny_Radcliffe @PhilipIngMBE too much and I've got my Tin Hat on - it's not what's said but what isn't.

  • SimonCornwall Mr Simon Cornwall (@SimonCornwall) reported from Banbury, England

@ThreeUKSupport not happy three👎, I came to work today as a driver for Amazon. Tried logging into the delivery app to find out there is no network, now I have been laid off for the day losing me £135.00, I expect compensation 😡

  • CoelHarrison94 Coel Harrison (@CoelHarrison94) reported from Towcester, England

@_Chris_Hurst_ @cabman1967 @ThreeUK Laughable mate I work for a network provider and they tell you to push what they get for free in the customers face, it's barely free when you lose £300 by doing it

  • Pikey1510 Andrew Pike (@Pikey1510) reported from Kings Sutton, England

    @ThreeUK no service at OX17 3RD

  • vickiearl_earl Victoria Earl (@vickiearl_earl) reported from Grange Park, England

@ThreeUK you are without doubt, appalling!!! I am utterly disgusted by the level of incompetence and understanding! Somehow I have been signed up to a contract I don’t want, I contacted you to cancel an upgrade and the left hand has no idea what the right is doing

  • rosiescupoftea Rosie (@rosiescupoftea) reported from Buckingham, England

@ThreeUK why does my phone signal randomly just cut out and stop working. I always have to put it into airplane mode then turn that off for things to work normally again 😑

  • Mr_Howson Mr_Howson (@Mr_Howson) reported from Banbury, England

@TeachAllAboutIT @virginmedia @ThreeUK @virginmedia you’re an embarrassment. I’ve seen how little response @TeachAllAboutIT have had from you - letting down keyworkersnat this time is not ok.

3 (Three) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • TheRealMike Dr Mike Willis (@TheRealMike) reported

@OnePlus_UK I called up @ThreeUKSupport about something else, all sorted, but afterwards the @ThreeUK sales team tried to sell me one, "unbeatable deal". I didn't want one, don't need two phones, but they kept on and on so in the end I had to be rude and drop the call.

  • PFhunting Craig (@PFhunting) reported

@BroadcastLost @ThreeUKSupport I have been told by customer support that it is a nation wide. Support claiming each area with issue is just that area but am guessing they are just going off a standard script. Maybe three could start off by being upfront with its customers?

  • Big_MP Mo Patel (@Big_MP) reported

@ThreeUKSupport hi i can’t seem to make any landline calls from my mobile , mobile to mobile calls are fine . Is there an issue ?

  • mjlynch Matt Lynch (@mjlynch) reported

@ThreeUKSupport hi, there are still issues with 5G home WiFi in SE17. Had issues earlier today but service seemed to return. Can you confirm what’s happening please?

  • tomeccles Tom Eccles (@tomeccles) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Are there ongoing issues with internet in SE11? Have the 5G home broadband hub, internet has been dropping out all day.

  • PFhunting Craig (@PFhunting) reported

@ThreeUK if you’ve got a U.K. wide issue with mobile broadband as I’m told you have now then update your online service checked to reflect that. You might actually get less calls to your service desk that way. Total shambles

  • lemonheadwyll Gwyllym Tilbrook (@lemonheadwyll) reported

@ThreeUK hiya there’s a real issue with signal in SE167ES. All calls dropping on mine and partners mobiles. Can you investigate please. Thx

  • VdykCFC Vᴅʏᴋ (@VdykCFC) reported

@UberCheIseaFC @ThreeUK Help me Uber, I keep getting shafted by Three

  • BarkerSnowy Snowy Barker (@BarkerSnowy) reported

@ThreeUKSupport My word…. That is 45 mins of my life I will not get back. Couldn’t call landlines this afternoon. Web chat with a lady far, far away. Gave her my 3 written down memorable names - nope. Then she could not help at all. Called 333 - Sharon 🤨 in India 🤔.

  • philippajmeek Philippa Juliet Meek-Smith 🐝 (@philippajmeek) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Trying to swindle customers and refusing to send them copies of what they are agreeing to for a 24 month period so they can make an informed decision is bad business practice. It has lost you a long term customer.
