    @ThreeUKSupport Already spent to long talking to both three and dpd about this issue. No one willing/able to resolve (even now you’re suggesting I contact your carrier to resolve). Zero ownership from both three and dpd has resulted in me cancelling order. Thanks for interest but case closed.

    @Ofcom can you tell me how I cancel a contract with @ThreeUK 1 year into a 2 year contract and appalling service 4g home broadband 3-6 Mbps. All they do is ask me to change router from 4g to 3g. I want to talk to someone on the UK. @BBCWatchdog

    @ThreeUKSupport I have been on the phone with customer service 2 times today, while I appreciate the 30 days of data they've given from one sim card they didn't on the other I was told it was an "exception". Why is it an exception when I'm having internet issues since April?

    You're pathetic @ThreeUK when ever my phone tries to connect to 5G the phone just stops working for about 15 minutes until it disconnects the connects to 4G piece of **** network going elsewhere me now

    @CheChesterman I use @ThreeUK they offer home service too. Never had an issue and I use hotspot not their home service.
