@ThreeUKSupport Already spent to long talking to both three and dpd about this issue. No one willing/able to resolve (even now you’re suggesting I contact your carrier to resolve). Zero ownership from both three and dpd has resulted in me cancelling order. Thanks for interest but case closed.

@ThreeUK why does my phone signal randomly just cut out and stop working. I always have to put it into airplane mode then turn that off for things to work normally again 😑

@ThreeUKSupport absolutely horrendous service again, called up tech support on the phone for over an hour after explaining the broadband was so poor, my 2 sons have to take turns with their school work as 2 internet connections just won’t work together, did everything (1)

It's a shame, because I considered @ThreeUK the pond scum. Amazing how rapidly an opinion can change. Looks like I will have to ADR this matter, have my bank effect extended warranty and slap this nasty as network with a nice civil claim toboot.
