    @ThreeUK been with Three for many years but in my opinion let me down badly with redmi 9at. It is very slow all round (2MB RAM only). Why did u recommend this when the note 8 was much better? I am very unhappy and curse the phone everytime I use it. Tell me what you can do, J

    @ThreeUK I converted 2 contract numbers to PAYG last July, & transferred to 2 new contracts with 3 within 3 days. Just tried this for a 3rd contract & was told I must wait 30 days. I'm not happy! Your upgrades don't match reseller sites, that offer better deals for less #Terrible

    @simonmaroulis @O2 @ThreeUK The mast near me. Hasnโ€™t worked in now 19months. I understand dead spots, but I struggle to get a 4g signal anywhere. Utterly ridiculous.

    @ThreeUK I have been with you since the beginning back in 2003 and always had the best service and customer service with you since day 1 my wife and I are extremely happy and content with what we get from @ThreeUK and wont be changing any time soon ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

    @ThreeUKSupport Or @ThreeUKSupport could just sort the issue. 23 days now, not that Iโ€™m counting. I donโ€™t pay for Wi-Fi calling, I pay for a mobile service. The issue is DY7.

    So @ThreeUK are trying to deal with my issue raised when they are saying it potentially is their fault. yet, their advice more than once is to take my issue to an ombudsman. perfect customer service there 3! @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport Had to sort out confusion over my bill and had a lovely lady sort this out for me without hassle and even added in something's I didn't even ask for as in reconnecting me as I've been valued customer for over 10 years such a cracking call

    @ThreeUKSupport Iโ€™ve got an iPhone XR but the phone isnโ€™t the issue, itโ€™s a coverage drop out since 9th August which is unacceptable as this is a business mobile @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUK I have been with Three for many years but despite paying for a mobile service I can use abroad in my holiday home they have pulled this facility away with almost no notice. I understand and adhere to a fair use policy but feel I was mis-sold a product. Unfair!

    @ThreeUK even after the merging with Vodafone my actual phone signal remains at one bar at home (E9). And, for some reason, my WiFi calling hardly works too. It is not my phone as I have always had this problem. Basically it is impossible for me to actually make calls at home!

    @ThreeUK I'm spending some time abroad and I've had problems with my international roaming. I can no longer use my plan; I have absolutely no signal. I need help but haven't been able to get it so far. Can you assist me? The company doesn't seem to care much about its customers.

    @CBTwizard @MartinSLewis @ThreeUK Can you cancel the contract? For online/phone (distance) sales of mobile contracts, the cooling-off period is 14 days. The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply, but some companies allow a longer period.
