    once again canโ€™t get hold of @ThreeUK when i have an issue. gone over my bill nearly ยฃ100 in the last 3 months when theyโ€™ve been charging me for stuff completely wrong. @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport Or @ThreeUKSupport could just sort the issue. 23 days now, not that Iโ€™m counting. I donโ€™t pay for Wi-Fi calling, I pay for a mobile service. The issue is DY7.

    @ThreeUK can you tell me why the coverage is so bad in DY6 ? Dips in and out or doesn't connect at all. Been like it over almost a month now. Exact postcodes DY6 8XS and DY6 8XF

    @ThreeUKSupport Had to sort out confusion over my bill and had a lovely lady sort this out for me without hassle and even added in something's I didn't even ask for as in reconnecting me as I've been valued customer for over 10 years such a cracking call

    So @ThreeUK are trying to deal with my issue raised when they are saying it potentially is their fault. yet, their advice more than once is to take my issue to an ombudsman. perfect customer service there 3! @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUK not a very happy customer here every time I try to do live chat regarding account it says no operator available. And this is at various time during the last 3 days ๐Ÿ˜•๐Ÿ˜•

    @OldLondonW14 @ThreeUK I've never had a problem with EE in London and elsewhere. The cheapest way to use that is via Lycramobile or Lebara, both of which are available as sim only for very low prices. Three have been dreadful everywhere.

They upped my bill not to long ago and I said I was going to leave what not for a better deal.. they didn't offer anything better same plan same signal more money...     Why do @ThreeUK make it impossible to contact them? First they insist on a phone numb - I'm a broadband customer ffs! When I did get past that their chat **** bot could only handle returns. After repeating myself a number of times & saying "human" loads too, it hung up!

    @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Yeah giffgaff been just paying the minimum sim only plan since before I left UK, never had issues. If you donโ€™t pay it for a few months they threaten to close it.

    @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Also, they cancel it if youโ€™re inactive , so when you do get a physical sim and abroad, make sure to make some phone calls like once a month
