Viv (@Vivivoo) reported from Pilning, EnglandSeems the problem is still getting worse having read social media, I’ve left three now! @Ofcom should @ThreeUK not be investigated for lack of service to existing contracted customers, it doesn’t seem fair!
-
Sara Venn (@Saralimback) reported from Chepstow, WalesAlso @VodafoneUK not one of your representatives can tell me what happens the day my contract ends? This is ridiculous. Nearly 25 years a customer. I wonder would @EE @ThreeUK or others be the same?

Venting Dicktorian (@OTweeter) reported from Bradley Stoke, England@ThreeUKSupport The call was the 6th call to your support team, Home Fi not working. Same old excuses, “It will get better in a few days” Fastest network, built for data, blah blah I’m afraid! Today 130bps download and 2 Mbps upload. Utterly useless.

Dais (@_daisysawyer) reported from Frampton Cotterell, England@ThreeUKSupport I've been advised to speak to tech support, they reset the account twice but nothing changed. Been advised change to 3g only - no change. Tried speaking to your social web team but it's always too busy and i know you'll just advise me to speak to tech support, which ive done.
-
Toni (@TLSSMART) reported from Cinderford, EnglandIf you come out the window. I spoke 2 weeks ago and they haven’t sorted it. It’s very distressing and I am going round in circles. Poor show @ThreeUK I need to speak to someone. This chat for this is. No good.

Weeksy (@weeksy11) reported from Frampton Cotterell, England@ThreeUK your customer service on the phone is painful... 40 mins to cancel a sim card. Staff wouldn't listen to me, rude and wouldn't let me explain a very simple request. Your staff in a shop are spot on however. Shame your phone service lets you down.
-
Viv (@Vivivoo) reported from Pilning, England@irfan52700358 @ThreeUK @BALENCIAGA News is that @ThreeUK are pulling back speed and support for 4G to concentrate on 5G! So all those people with 4G only phones are sc**wed and @ThreeUK doesn’t care about keeping customers!

woodland246 (@woodland246) reported@CBTwizard @MartinSLewis @ThreeUK If it’s less than 14 days since you took out the contract, call them back and explain that the law says they must allow you to cancel. It’s not disputable, it’s your legal right. Alternatively try Citizens Advice Bureau? Wishing you good luck 🤞

Zion Lights (@ziontree) reportedCalling out @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport for the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
