If you come out the window. I spoke 2 weeks ago and they haven’t sorted it. It’s very distressing and I am going round in circles. Poor show @ThreeUK I need to speak to someone. This chat for this is. No good.

  • Vivivoo
Viv (@Vivivoo) reported from Pilning, England

@irfan52700358 @ThreeUK @BALENCIAGA News is that @ThreeUK are pulling back speed and support for 4G to concentrate on 5G! So all those people with 4G only phones are sc**wed and @ThreeUK doesn’t care about keeping customers!

  • _daisysawyer
Dais (@_daisysawyer) reported from Frampton Cotterell, England

@ThreeUKSupport I've been advised to speak to tech support, they reset the account twice but nothing changed. Been advised change to 3g only - no change. Tried speaking to your social web team but it's always too busy and i know you'll just advise me to speak to tech support, which ive done.

  • Saralimback
Sara Venn (@Saralimback) reported from Chepstow, Wales

Also @VodafoneUK not one of your representatives can tell me what happens the day my contract ends? This is ridiculous. Nearly 25 years a customer. I wonder would @EE @ThreeUK or others be the same?

  • OTweeter
Venting Dicktorian (@OTweeter) reported from Bradley Stoke, England

@ThreeUKSupport The call was the 6th call to your support team, Home Fi not working. Same old excuses, “It will get better in a few days” Fastest network, built for data, blah blah I’m afraid! Today 130bps download and 2 Mbps upload. Utterly useless.

  • rachaelhxx
Lady Rachael of Chaol Ghleann (@rachaelhxx) reported from Bradley Stoke, England

  • Vivivoo
Viv (@Vivivoo) reported from Pilning, England

Seems the problem is still getting worse having read social media, I’ve left three now! @Ofcom should @ThreeUK not be investigated for lack of service to existing contracted customers, it doesn’t seem fair!

  • weeksy11
Weeksy (@weeksy11) reported from Frampton Cotterell, England

@ThreeUK your customer service on the phone is painful... 40 mins to cancel a sim card. Staff wouldn't listen to me, rude and wouldn't let me explain a very simple request. Your staff in a shop are spot on however. Shame your phone service lets you down.

  • weeksy11
Weeksy (@weeksy11) reported from Frampton Cotterell, England

@ThreeUKSupport Yep, just painful trying to get it done. The service lets down your excellent staff in store.

  • Wilko_UK
Paul Wilkins (@Wilko_UK) reported from Nailsworth, England

@ThreeUKSupport Can you check your mast in GL6. Possible lightning damage, data rates v.poor now

@ThreeUK WTH is this new system on 3+? If you save a Caffè Nero code, you now have to claim it within an hour? What?! We save these codes so we can use them when it’s convenient for us NOT within a 1hr window. Fix it! #threeplus #threenetwork #three

  • ScarfNikki
    Nikki Scarf (@ScarfNikki) reported

@ThreeUK keep getting texts about an unpaid bill, no one can help me as I cant remember the number

  • whatiwrote_

  • stevelacey
    Steve Lacey 🔥 (@stevelacey) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Also you consider getting a Google Voice US number for actual serious things that support it, aka everything non-UK

  • VuFromTheMirror
    JBids 🐷🟪 (@VuFromTheMirror) reported

Will the £1 Nero coffee be returning @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport ? This was a customer retainer for me and I'd like to know whether to hold on or jump ship now?

  • speaakwin
    My Hot Topics (@speaakwin) reported

Why the f is the @ThreeUK 4g and 5g signal so bad? 8 feel like I'm living in the 90s here. I have 5g 3/4 signal, and it's taking 45 seconds to do a basic Google search. It's a joke. I'll be switching to Lebara I think. Been with you for 23 years. Literally since I was 15.

  • gmanka
    Gouthaman (@gmanka) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Continuing to charge you monthly and not giving you service is unconscionable. I’ve kept my US number from Mint Mobile active while not living there for 5 years, with only yearly visits, and it still works.

  • KMB193
'Name can't be blank' says x, so that's my name (@KMB193) reported

@scampaboy @ThreeUK They are awful, and their agents can't help with anything. Told me to go in store, I asked what they can do, agent can't and just said that's my option!!!

  • whisperity
    Whisperity (@whisperity) reported

@IMAC2 @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Check if your provider supports VoWiFi, and enable it for your number if you haven't already. Go into airplane mode. Enable VoWiFi, and connect to a WiFi network. Wait a few minutes for your phone to authenticate over the Internet into your home company's core network.
