All the data, calls and text whilst I was away all went on my normal contract so I was able to keep in contact with home, book tickets and hotels etc without any charge to my normal account. I’ve been with them a while now. Great service.

Tell my why my contracts £8 a month for my grandma's phone and they've charged me £90+ for 2 months and when I try to cancel they try to charge me a cancellation fee😡🤬

It was explained multiple times the person using the account is over 90 years of age. In the most polite way..

Apparently running out of data before I upgraded was the issue. IMHO it should be obvious to check for these sorts of issues. This is the 2nd issue I've had with blocks.

Legmo2 (@Legmo_2) reported@ThreeUK since your merge with Vodafone my signal at home has drastically dropped. One of the reasons I stopped using Vodafone's mobile broadband was due to the terrible signal. Prior to the merge I was hitting 250-300mb/s on my phone. It's been below 10mb since.
