Tell my why my contracts £8 a month for my grandma's phone and they've charged me £90+ for 2 months and when I try to cancel they try to charge me a cancellation fee😡🤬

Apparently running out of data before I upgraded was the issue. IMHO it should be obvious to check for these sorts of issues. This is the 2nd issue I've had with blocks.

I'm 3 months into the contract and when I signed up I explained that I am only signing up as you're able to block any additional charges as my grandma is over 90 years old.
