Been a customer with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport for over 9 years, always 24 month contracts. But as we outright own the latest iPhone’s we don’t need to upgrade or have a contract!

It is not my phone as I have always had this problem. Basically it is impossible for me to actually make calls at home!

Legmo2 (@Legmo_2) reported@ThreeUK since your merge with Vodafone my signal at home has drastically dropped. One of the reasons I stopped using Vodafone's mobile broadband was due to the terrible signal. Prior to the merge I was hitting 250-300mb/s on my phone. It's been below 10mb since.
