    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I spoke to you time and time again. I got left on hold for hours on end, lied to and given every excuse under the sun, until I invoked the consumer act. Then you had to cancel my contract.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve got a brand new iPhone 11 Pro and I have no signal what so ever... texts aren’t delivering or sending. Phone calls aren’t working... currently sat in my house in an outstanding area with no bars... @VodafoneUK I’m sorry can I come back 😫😫😫

    @ThreeUKSupport this network down malarkey is getting really on my nerves texts delivering about 20 Times to people... please sort out your bloody network!!!!! Phone. Hasn’t worked since I’ve got it due to network problems due to problems with your mast.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, I’m currently in France and I’ve realised I don’t have Data Roaming set up, it says to call 333 but because I haven’t got it set up, I can’t call out, or log into my account as two factor authentication wants to send a text which I can’t receive. Can you help?

    @ThreeUK Can’t log into app without the one time pass code … problem is I’m out and about and the 3 sim is in the house which receives the code …. So annoying !

    @ThreeUKSupport still no better. Still cannot make or receive phone calls inside my house despite a new Sim card, speaking to your chat bot for over 30 minutes and getting disconnected. Now you're putting my plan price up despite offering 1/3rd of a service.

    Sometimes the best way to solve a problem is to step back and view it from ‘the balcony’ So how is it @ThreeUK on a brisk 6 miler this morning, in an urban UK town there is no data signal (so no @Spotify), and it’s not my expensive iPhone or settings !!! #feedbackisagift
