    @ThreeUKSupport So, it is now day 5. Have called the number you have me and they told us to reset the router. Worked for a few hours, then of course, went down again. It's still doing the same thing it has been for 5 days now.

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks 👍 I have the new 5G hub home broadband. Since friday there's no 5G signal, only 4G light is on, but no internet connection. 😵 Doesn't this work with 4G only? Area is SE13 6QA.

    @ThreeUKSupport Looking to fix the problem ASAP? for near on a week now? And expecting people not to be annoyed it’s ridiculous how I can’t use my internet but my brother can? Explain how that works then? We’re in the same house? Using the exact same contract? Day 6 now

    @ChristianMarsh @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK It gets better, the fee is apparently £5.47 PLUS the 90p. The issue is not the amount, but the principal of saying "x" but hiding the fact that "y" is also required. What else am I going to find within the contract?
