🏳️🌈🏳️🌈Simon Winstanley 🇬🇧🏴 (@Winclouduk) reported from Maidstone, England@ThreeUKSupport @TheBiggestDesi I have never had my bills increase when in contract. Be fair though I actually read the small print and choose a tattoo that doesn’t’
-
Medway Times (@MedwayTimes) reported from Maidstone, England@ajpaterson @ThreeUK .. common and well known problem that has been around for years - usually charges are triggered by you opening an sms coming from a 3digit or 4digit numbers. .. Three will reimburse your loses (make sure there are no new subscriptions neither). Best!
-
alastair goodale (@GtAlastair) reported from Maidstone, England@ThreeUKSupport why have I got issues with tweets?
-
Glen White (@CannarWilm) reported from Gravesend, England@ThreeUKSupport I already did. Was told... tough! In not so many words. Until now I've had a good experience with Three. Shame it has to end with a bad experience.
-
Jon Goda (@jongoda) reported from Hunton, England@ThreeUKSupport Not yet. Previous experience tells me you’ll say there’s a fault with congestion at my mast and that you’re working on it. My question remains are you ever actually going to fix this..?? Is that chat link from weeks ago still valid?
-
Andy 🛳 (@mgydna) reported from Gravesend, England@ClaudioAlbertin @FluffehAdam @ThreeUK @VOXI_UK Ah my voxi sim doesn’t work for the voda network, managed to get on with an old Payg sim, was just a bit of a faff
-
Jon Goda (@jongoda) reported from Hunton, England@ThreeUKSupport I saw some minor improvement on the 26th but from your description of “congestion in the area” the root cause of my slow data is not resolved so I’m not sure why your status said it was (for two days) on the 26th/27th..? 3G is more stable but slower (obvs!)
-
natsy (@NatsyMFC) reported from Gillingham, England@ThreeUK still having issues with my network!! I’m going to have to cancel if not sorted! Please can you get a manager from uk to call me today
-
🏳️🌈🏳️🌈Simon Winstanley 🇬🇧🏴 (@Winclouduk) reported from Rochester, England@GadgetsBoy @ThreeUK Where I shop lol. Stupid iPhone autocorrect
-
🏳️🌈🏳️🌈Simon Winstanley 🇬🇧🏴 (@Winclouduk) reported from Rochester, England@ThreeUKSupport My phone is iPhone 8plus me1 2hn but the area affected for over a year. Or is me4 4hy. Signal is full on 3&4g but nothing happens
-
Jimmy ludlow (@ludlow_jimmy) reported from Gravesend, England@ThreeUK another company that just wants to rip of existing customers how crap it is , customer services is rubbish no help at all
-
🏳️🌈🏳️🌈Simon Winstanley 🇬🇧🏴 (@Winclouduk) reported from Maidstone, England@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for quick reply. There is a few popular attractions around here and they will have the same issue. It’s strange that mobile networks have monopolised on this fact :-(
-
Chris Tring (@drongo123uk) reported from Gillingham, England@manxiouslife I too have had very good service from @ThreeUK however, i will be leaving simply because they don't support Esim, and having a smart watch i would like the support
-
🏳️🌈🏳️🌈Simon Winstanley 🇬🇧🏴 (@Winclouduk) reported from Maidstone, England@ThreeUK please help. My data only iPad account has charges for premium text ls@from 65333 . I have called you service line and emailed the address they gave me but all are invalid. Anyway of getting this removed
-
Jon Goda (@jongoda) reported from Hunton, England@ThreeUKSupport Ps. Still broken according to your network status page! How much of the time does it need to be broken before you refund some of my charges? Currently at around 90% faulty!
-
🏳️🌈🏳️🌈Simon Winstanley 🇬🇧🏴 (@Winclouduk) reported from Maidstone, England@ThreeUK any way you can update your masts to give signal to my hotel I work in and the massive beefeater? Seems we all fall into a black spot for any signal :-( me143as
-
Bryn (@brynwilliams81) reported from East Farleigh, England@ThreeUKSupport Your mobile coverage is absolutely terrible all day without been able to make or receive calls £65 a month for what???
-
Mark Hamilton (@MarkHamilton76) reported from Rochester, England@chrishorn1978 @ThreeUK 3 don’t sell boosters anymore mate. Besides, mobile operator signal boosters work by being plugged into a router. You can buy generic cell signal boosters but these are expensive and require installation of external antennae and running coaxial cable to a repeater indoors
-
Jon Goda (@jongoda) reported from Hunton, England@ThreeUKSupport So when your network status says “no problems” that’s not really correct? If you look back at this thread you’ll see this has gone on for months with a “fix” just around the corner all the time. Will the problem just shift to another mast (with knock-ons to my coverage) on 23/8??
-
Lord Snoutintrough #FBPE (@Rowland72James) reported from Maidstone, England@PhillWatson1970 @alanbellapertum @Jim_Cornelius @RealLondoner85 @WG_Grapevine @andrewjskatz @TheStateWatcher @SuzanneEvans1 @lunaperla @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK They are like people lwho solv the problem of belong cold by burning the house down

Sancestow FC (@Sancestow) reported@ThreeUKSupport absolutely shocking customer service received. Will definitely be leaving come the end of my contract
-
roy pavett (@PavettRoy) reported@ThreeUK bloody awful customer service from Three. I have an account in my name but phone is used by my daughter. I have given consent for them to ALWAYS speak to my daughter regarding account SIX times (4 this morning)....and STILL they keep asking for my permission....
-
Ryan Sael (@RyanSael) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK I switched to giffgaff before left and just use payg without monthly plan, never had a problem since. maybe try order a new sim via ukpostbox then forward to your current address, that might help.
-
Aston (@4ston420) reported@skunkcityseeds @ThreeUK Bro three playing games with our signal too much now days... They should be paying us to stay with them.
-
Martin (@martinrue) reported@robj3d3 @IMAC2 @ThreeUK Ah dude that sucks. FWIW, I use giffgaff and they're happy so long as you top up every few months.
-
𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗮 (@andreaowenss) reportedHi @threeUK I have no issue with your contact centres being outsourced - what I do have an issue with is when they don't actually listen (or read on live chat) what you are actually telling them the problem is.
-
loulitagill (@loulitagill) reportedDo not bother at all taking our a contract with @ThreeUK I’ve had nothing but problems. I’ve called after a week of waiting to cancel my contract and still being told there’s an order “stuck” because I returned faulty kit. Come on Three, you’ve got to do better.
-
Jon ✨💫 (@jle2386) reported@robj3d3 @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK You need to leave it active. Next time buy a cheap phone (not smart phone) plug it in and leave it activate. All networks do this it's not new. Since you didn't have it in s phone the network didn't pick up a signal so it automatically thinks its inactive.
-
Paul 🔱#Sovereign 🇬🇧 (@LFCSovereign61) reported@ThreeUKSupport when I'm on my way to/from work on the Underground, I notice everyone else’s phone seems to have internet connection, even in the tunnels, but my own keeps losing the signal. Why is that, and how can I fix it?
-
Leo Phillips (@leo_phillips) reported@PaulHolman100 @OldLondonW14 @ThreeUK This is a good shout. From my personal experience, Spusu have been superb value for money and offer eSIMs also. Lyca were absolute crap so save yourself the headache.
