Medway Times (@MedwayTimes) reported from Maidstone, England@ajpaterson @ThreeUK .. common and well known problem that has been around for years - usually charges are triggered by you opening an sms coming from a 3digit or 4digit numbers. .. Three will reimburse your loses (make sure there are no new subscriptions neither). Best!
-
Jon Goda (@jongoda) reported from Hunton, England@ThreeUKSupport Morning. Well your website says all is well and you texted to say the “issue is fixed” but once again, no data via 4G this morning. Reconnecting to the tower resolved it. Is there actually still a fault?

𝕁𝕠𝕟𝕒𝕥𝕙𝕒𝕟 𝔾𝕣𝕠𝕧𝕖𝕤 🇬🇧🇫🇷🇪🇸🇪🇺 (@JonathanCGroves) reported from Kings Hill, England@ThreeUKSupport I wouldn’t expect you to be able to access customer accounts over Twitter!!! As I said, I *was* unable to use my SIM for a week. Past tense. It’s working now, very happy with network performance, very unhappy it took nearly a week to transfer, and no Visual Voicemail.
-
🏳️🌈🏳️🌈Simon Winstanley 🇬🇧🏴 (@Winclouduk) reported from Rochester, England@ThreeUKSupport My phone is iPhone 8plus me1 2hn but the area affected for over a year. Or is me4 4hy. Signal is full on 3&4g but nothing happens

Will Grady (@willgrady) reported from Rochester, England@ThreeUK my household has FOUR accounts with you. I call for help about another issue and the advisor wants to sell me MORE. I try to politely decline. He transfers me anyway. I try to explain again. He PUSHES ON with the sales pitch! I have no more money to give you!

🏳️🌈🏳️🌈Simon Winstanley 🇬🇧🏴 (@Winclouduk) reported from Maidstone, England@ThreeUKSupport My family lives there and for past few years there isn’t good signal. Even going to watch football in pub and can’t use phone as no where has basic signal :-(
-
🏳️🌈🏳️🌈Simon Winstanley 🇬🇧🏴 (@Winclouduk) reported from Maidstone, England@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for quick reply. There is a few popular attractions around here and they will have the same issue. It’s strange that mobile networks have monopolised on this fact :-(
-
Glen White (@CannarWilm) reported from Gravesend, England@ThreeUKSupport I already did. Was told... tough! In not so many words. Until now I've had a good experience with Three. Shame it has to end with a bad experience.
-
Jon Goda (@jongoda) reported from Hunton, England@ThreeUKSupport So when your network status says “no problems” that’s not really correct? If you look back at this thread you’ll see this has gone on for months with a “fix” just around the corner all the time. Will the problem just shift to another mast (with knock-ons to my coverage) on 23/8??
-
Mark Bright (@MarkBright1982) reported from Maidstone, EnglandYesterday @ThreeUK down today @TalkTalk down it's almost like the world is trying to tell me I spend too much time on the internet lol
-
Jon Goda (@jongoda) reported from Hunton, England@ThreeUKSupport Hi @ThreeUKSupport - yet again our 4G is incredibly slow and has been for days despite multiple reconnects to your network. Imagine my surprise that once again your network status says there is a fault. Are you ever actually going to fix this..????
-
Jimmy ludlow (@ludlow_jimmy) reported from Gravesend, England@ThreeUK another company that just wants to rip of existing customers how crap it is , customer services is rubbish no help at all
-
Jon Goda (@jongoda) reported from Hunton, England@ThreeUKSupport I saw some minor improvement on the 26th but from your description of “congestion in the area” the root cause of my slow data is not resolved so I’m not sure why your status said it was (for two days) on the 26th/27th..? 3G is more stable but slower (obvs!)
-
Jon Goda (@jongoda) reported from Hunton, England@ThreeUKSupport Ps. Still broken according to your network status page! How much of the time does it need to be broken before you refund some of my charges? Currently at around 90% faulty!

Thiccschach (@BlindWanda) reportedAnybody else got problems with their Three home broadband right now?? @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK how about some action on your end telling customers the network has problems.
-
Jeremy Goff #RejoinEU #FBPE #PRT (@Jerry83560) reportedTried to help a friend modify his @ThreeUK tariff, found the >£290 one-off exit fee outrageous. He's happy to stay, just wanted to modify. Guess what he'll do when contract ends?
-
Kira (@_itzkira) reportedYo @ThreeUK please go sort your 5G out, it's down in parts of NG17 and is stuck on 4G - meanwhile your website states "Our systems haven't reported any network problems" And no, it's not because of my location, I use 5G in my house every day, it's cheaper than any ISP...
-
John craig Sinclair (@JohncraigSincl2) reportedIF ANYONE HAS GOT SIMCARD ONLY CONTRACTS WITH @ThreeUK, CANCEL THEM AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE AS IT'S ADDING A MINIMUM OF £12.16 ONTO YOUR DIRECT DEBIT BILLS WITHOUT NOTIFYING YOU AS I ONLY FOUND OUT 10 MINUTES AGO
-
Rohit Kumar (@rohittkumarr28) reported@ThreeUK what a terrible service. The WiFi isnt working for more than a week now in Bermondsey area and you dont even have the decency to reach out with the details of by when the service will be back to normal. You dont even have a functioning Call Center.
-
the_bearded_courier 🇬🇧 🏴 (@bearded_courier) reportedAnd for the previous 22 days you will have charged me £9.88. How on earth does this make any sense what so ever. So now instead of keeping me as a customer I will be moving all four of these plans to another network. Seems 20+ years of loyalty means zip in the world of @ThreeUK
-
Jon ✨💫 (@jle2386) reported@robj3d3 @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK You need to leave it active. Next time buy a cheap phone (not smart phone) plug it in and leave it activate. All networks do this it's not new. Since you didn't have it in s phone the network didn't pick up a signal so it automatically thinks its inactive.
-
Alastair Herbison (@herbie_belfast) reported@Ofcom @VodafoneUK so never having been a customer of Vodafone today I received two letters about device payment plans being in arrears.
