    @ThreeUKSupport Hi 3, any update on when this will be fixed, its over a month now with no service provided, surely a break in contract and you’ve taken payment today for 5 or 6 days service. I am sure you can check with someone somwhere to see for an update or a timescale. No info from links.

    @ThreeUKSupport I just need a timescale in all fairness, if you tell me it’ll be another month thats fine, ill be happy to stay on board. You need to let me know something. I’m in two minds to tecall the DD as you have broken your T’s&C’s. I look forward to a reply. Service is for LL48 6RY

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, any update on this? Into 8th day now and it really is unacceptable. Since being set up 12 days ago I have only had 4 days service. Could you please get in touch with me, I get no sense from call handlers on the sub continent, thanks.

    @ThreeUK worst provider I’ve ever been with, just under an hour on the phone passed from pillow to post to come out with no outcome to my problem and to be told to call back tomorrow. So tomorrow when I call I’ll cancel my contract. 👋🏽

    @ThreeUKSupport Happens all over Rhyl indoors and out. Pretty much no signal for the most part. I've been reporting it year on year for the past two years and it's always "we are working on it"

    @ThreeUKSupport it's Craig, Grogu's the lil bby yoda. Yeah, after an hour on the phone and raising a complaint i paid £9.22. which is still £9.22 more than i should have but it was easier than continuing to speak to people whos argument was 'just because it says it's £0 doesn't mean it is £0'

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Kirsty, but that is the whole issue. My dispute is that I didn’t sign a new contract. Therefore, my contract had finished so there should be no early termination fee. So can you please remove this charge from my account and advise your finance team?

    @ThreeUK please could someone give me a call regarding a serious complaint. I’ve spoken to 4 people this evening & been given conflicting info. Basically, I cancelled a contract yet you’ve continued to take money from my account. I shouldn’t have to take to SM to be heard.

    @ThreeUKSupport your internet is absolute dogshit and I want out of my contract asap!!! 18 months now!!! Not paying any cancellation charges either...oh and I'll be keeping the phone for the inconvenience of your shocking service both signal and customer service wise
