Richard Easy (@legsdown) reported from Saltdean, England@WobbleBoxers @ThreeUK Three was dire when I first started caravanning 10 years ago but in the last few years I've never failed to get a 4g signal - though having the external puck from @Solwise has certainly helped in weak signal areas.
-

nebskii 🇪🇺🏳️🌈🐝 (@nebskii) reported from Brighton and Hove, England@ThreeUKSupport Such a shame. Three were also different to the other networks when it came to uncapped data and your Roam Free marketing. Now you're as bad as the rest.
-
Tony Keaveny (@TonyKeaveny) reported from Shoreham-by-Sea, EnglandJust come back from #Cyprus where my #mobile signal & usage was fantastic. Landed back in the #UK and the @ThreeUKSupport service is utterly terrible despite having 4G and 3/4 bars. #CustomerService
-
Aaron (@zeaaron) reported from Brighton and Hove, England@ThreeUK ever since you did work near my house I have had awful signal for the next 2 weeks… Basically you sent a message saying there would be network issues for 2 days but it’s been the 2 weeks after too, fine everywhere else just issues near my home. Who do I contact?
-
Bezzi Foley (@bezzi_foley) reported from Bolney, England@ThreeUKSupport Nope! Still not working. This just drags on and on. Still no refund.
-
JJ (@jacebase13) reported from Fulking, England@Kevin_Ellen_ @ThreeUK And free roaming if you're a PAYG customer with Three! If you're in contract and have no option to leave, you pay the charges! Not discriminatory much?
3 (Three) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
lornieloulpd (@lornieloulpd) reported@ThreeUK my internet keeps crashing and I am working from home this is not productive for me I pay so much money to your company and I can’t even use the service
-
Rob Hallam (@robj3d3) reported@IMAC2 @ThreeUK That sucks man. There's no way to go back to your own country just for the sake of a SIM. Funny thing is my provider has plenty of coverage in Vietnam, they just choose to be a pain @ThreeUK
-
Antony Attree ☘️ (@AntonyAttree) reported@ThreeUK can you please explain to me why in the last few weeks your network coverage has become so bad in the BS26 area?? Struggling to send & receive calls & messages, internet is non existent! I have to walk to areas to find signal? What’s goin on
-
𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗮 (@andreaowenss) reportedHi @threeUK I have no issue with your contact centres being outsourced - what I do have an issue with is when they don't actually listen (or read on live chat) what you are actually telling them the problem is.
-
Jon ✨💫 (@jle2386) reported@robj3d3 @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK You need to leave it active. Next time buy a cheap phone (not smart phone) plug it in and leave it activate. All networks do this it's not new. Since you didn't have it in s phone the network didn't pick up a signal so it automatically thinks its inactive.
-
Daniel upson (@dan_upson) reported@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport had three home broadband for years. Now I'm getting 2mb-10mb download. Single person using the hub and get 400mb on phone using 5g. Makes 0 sense obviously been slowed down by the network
-
Martin Adams | Building Flowtelic (@Martin_Adams) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Oh no, I found a service you can port your UK number to which maps it to a voip, specifically for this issue. Haven’t done it yet, but plan to.
-
loulitagill (@loulitagill) reported@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport now you want to charge me £13.92 for a service I wasn’t even using during the 16-20 May when I had no mobile WiFi installed because you kept sending me packages with missing equipment. Worst experience with a company ever!
-
Olly (@helloitsolly) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK @GoRoamless And SMARTY I have in my phone but haven't been in UK for months, no issues
-
Neddy (@NeddyOrNot) reportedIt should be illegal how phone companies handle cancellations once your minimum term ends. If the contract's over, I should be able to cancel it online in 30 seconds, not spend an hour jumping through hoops just to stop paying them. I'm talking about @ThreeUK here, but let's be honest, they're all at it. Why is this still considered acceptable?
