A simple request has taken 1 hr + to cancel just a handset contact that ends this month, when it will be ours. already have a separate sim only that expires in Sept.letter dtd 29/3 and got 3/4 so now have to pay more money

I have also been hit with a cancellation fee when I went to a sim only deal after they said it would improve my network problem! I am so annoyed I took the hit just to get away from three! The PAC given to me was invalid and after half an hour of me stating that they finally agreed. I was repeatedly told it was fine! For me to be told I now have to phone back in 48 hrs!

They asked me for my full password before they would tell me what the call was concerning. If it is you, that is very bad practice! I have already left three a few weeks ago.
