Gonna cancel my contract if you charge me for this add on
-
Bezzi Foley (@bezzi_foley) reported from Bolney, England@ThreeUKSupport It’s said ‘please try again later’. This is silly now, still no resolution. We have a letter that states ‘ please call us for a refund’ so we will just take this to a small claims court! @ThreeUKSupport

-
Jason Sensation (@thekinaton) reported from Brighton and Hove, England@brightonsnapper @VodafoneUK They are all robbing us blind. @ThreeUK selling 4g when it's not working. Hope you get it sorted.
-
SнеRlock 🕵🏻 (@SherlockyTweet) reported from Brighton and Hove, England@Paul_Doc @AmyFisherSA @ThreeUK I think they’re cutting costs with bandwidth. In a city with lots of users, you’re sharing limited bandwidth. The 3G network is less congested so ends up being faster. I wouldn’t mind if it was a temporary issue, but it’s been like this for 18 mths & seems to be getting worse.
-
Moose 🎉 (@TheMexicanMoose) reported from Brighton and Hove, England@FredStreams @ThreeUK Mate, three has been failing me for the last year... every time I tried to get answers I just get a shit loop, makes me feel they don’t care about their customer reach

-
Tim Hughes (@gotimmy) reported from Brighton and Hove, EnglandPeople are getting too worked up about 5G IMHO given that I didn’t even see any 4G between London Bridge and Haywards Heath this evening. Maybe fix that first ( @ThreeUK )

-
Dave Ball (@dazbel74) reported@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I bought a £10 SIM card from @asda that comes with 40GB data and unlimited calls and texts for the first month. SIM was activated but no data or calls. Chatted online with a Three agent and apparently it's not a Three issue, it's an ASDA issue. How?
-
Richard Gendal Brown (@gendal) reported@lawrencenewport are you sure it’s the signal? My experience in London (on @ThreeUK) is that I have a full 4G or 5G signal yet am unable to access anything. And it varies by time of day. eg early morning on Upper St Martin’s lane in Covent Garden it’s fine. Lunchtime? Forget it. So I’m guessing the cell is overloaded or the backhaul is saturated. Either way there’s no problem with “signal”. It’s that they’re giving me basically zero bandwidth.
