  • bezzi_foley
Bezzi Foley (@bezzi_foley) reported from Bolney, England

@ThreeUKSupport We have tried many times and it doesn’t work! Just sums up the service at 3. Please issue the refund to Nicolas Foley or we will be taking this further.

  • gotimmy
Tim Hughes (@gotimmy) reported from Brighton and Hove, England

People are getting too worked up about 5G IMHO given that I didn’t even see any 4G between London Bridge and Haywards Heath this evening. Maybe fix that first ( @ThreeUK )

  • bezzi_foley
Bezzi Foley (@bezzi_foley) reported from Bolney, England

@ThreeUKSupport It’s said ‘please try again later’. This is silly now, still no resolution. We have a letter that states ‘ please call us for a refund’ so we will just take this to a small claims court! @ThreeUKSupport

  • zeaaron
Aaron (@zeaaron) reported from Brighton and Hove, England

@ThreeUK ever since you did work near my house I have had awful signal for the next 2 weeks… Basically you sent a message saying there would be network issues for 2 days but it’s been the 2 weeks after too, fine everywhere else just issues near my home. Who do I contact?

@ThreeUKSupport this ongoing issue with signal dropping out constantly and slow internet is now beyond a joke. Day 4 now and still no resolve !!! #timeforachange

  • legsdown
Richard Easy (@legsdown) reported from Saltdean, England

@WobbleBoxers @ThreeUK Three was dire when I first started caravanning 10 years ago but in the last few years I've never failed to get a 4g signal - though having the external puck from @Solwise has certainly helped in weak signal areas.

  • clough69
Steve (@clough69) reported from Shoreham-by-Sea, England

@ThreeUK signal is pretty ropey today

  • nebskii
nebskii 🇪🇺🏳️‍🌈🐝 (@nebskii) reported from Brighton and Hove, England

@ThreeUKSupport Such a shame. Three were also different to the other networks when it came to uncapped data and your Roam Free marketing. Now you're as bad as the rest.

  • TheMexicanMoose
🌵 Moose 🇲🇽 (@TheMexicanMoose) reported from Brighton and Hove, England

@ThreeUKSupport BN1, 2 and 3 areas in Brighton, Central London just doesn’t really work most times or it’s just really slow. It’s the same in Brighton especially lately, it just gives up at parts of the day and it struggles to connect I’ve got an iPhone 8 but it happened with my 6 too

  • thekinaton
Jason Sensation (@thekinaton) reported from Brighton and Hove, England

@juderogers @ThreeUK Either your phone or simcard. Never the network

  • LouWilde80
Lou (@LouWilde80) reported from Hove, England

@ThreeUK months and months of poor network, still no change. Haven't been able to call from the network in months. How do you plan on compensating your customers ?

  • thekinaton
Jason Sensation (@thekinaton) reported from Brighton and Hove, England

It's really not #real5g if your with @ThreeUK ... Only network to not offer usable 4g or Wificalling @Three_Is_Broken @Three_COO

  • SherlockyTweet
SнеRlock 🕵🏻 (@SherlockyTweet) reported from Brighton and Hove, England

@Paul_Doc @AmyFisherSA @ThreeUK I think they’re cutting costs with bandwidth. In a city with lots of users, you’re sharing limited bandwidth. The 3G network is less congested so ends up being faster. I wouldn’t mind if it was a temporary issue, but it’s been like this for 18 mths & seems to be getting worse.

  • TheMexicanMoose
Moose 🎉 (@TheMexicanMoose) reported from Brighton and Hove, England

@FredStreams @ThreeUK Mate, three has been failing me for the last year... every time I tried to get answers I just get a shit loop, makes me feel they don’t care about their customer reach

@OldLondonW14 @ThreeUK I've never had a problem with EE in London and elsewhere. The cheapest way to use that is via Lycramobile or Lebara, both of which are available as sim only for very low prices. Three have been dreadful everywhere.

  • whisperity
    Whisperity (@whisperity) reported

@IMAC2 @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Check if your provider supports VoWiFi, and enable it for your number if you haven't already. Go into airplane mode. Enable VoWiFi, and connect to a WiFi network. Wait a few minutes for your phone to authenticate over the Internet into your home company's core network.

  • AutomationAlex
    Alex | orbisearch.com (@AutomationAlex) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK I pay £7/m to ID and visit the uk 1x per year. Never any issues.

  • jle2386
    Jon ✨💫 (@jle2386) reported

@robj3d3 @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK You need to leave it active. Next time buy a cheap phone (not smart phone) plug it in and leave it activate. All networks do this it's not new. Since you didn't have it in s phone the network didn't pick up a signal so it automatically thinks its inactive.
