-
RR (@richjrawlings) reported from Coychurch Lower, Wales@ThreeUKSupport Hi Jordanna. The signal is not always 1 bar as this fluctuates when I move to different areas of Bridgend. So this is not a SIM or Device issue, this is to do with the signal/antennas in each area.
-
Matthew Bowen 🍆 (@MBowen619) reported from Swansea, WalesLow and behold you requested the direct debit already so I can't cancel that. So by saying that the charges weren't there is highly insulting. I've been with @ThreeUK for 15 years and this is frankly the worst customer service I've ever received. Ombudsman is getting contacted.

Danielle (@elektramonster) reportedWhat is going on with #threeuk have absolute 0 signal in sheringham Norfolk areas, thought I could rely on 3uk everywhere I go. #shocking @ThreeUK
-
Paul Onky (@CGarboid) reported@ThreeUKSupport having big issues with people calling me. I can’t have issues as I have a crt-d (defibrillator) fitted and need my phone to be able to receive calls. Not receiving calls and 5g signal but I don’t get the calls.
-
Charlie Halstead (@CharlieMansfi17) reported@coveragechecker @AndyUK_52 @ThreeUK It’s just ridiculous. It shouldn’t be about pairing flagship phones with flagship plans. If a phone supports the network’s full capabilities, then every customer on that network—whether they’re on pay as you go or pay monthly—should have equal access to the same 5G service.
