    Imagine waiting 30 odd minutes for the upgrades department to then be put to customer service who then says yeah upgrades is down at the moment @ThreeUK ๐Ÿ™ƒ Legit wasted my time

    @ThreeUKSupport I'm nearing the end of a two year contract! I don't live in a great signal area unfortunately, calls tend not to reach my phone at home unless I have the WiFi on. I'm definitely not complaining, there are huge benefits to Three, InTouch was literally a lifesaver a while back!

    @DJAshBash @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK I am also on Vodafone. And I would agree they now have overall a formidable network But they have less bandwith 5G than Three..50mHz as opposed to 140mHz so when Three eventually launch 5G 5G it'll be interesting how it all pans out.

    @DJAshBash @ThreeUKSupport ..a new chunk of 4G 1500mHz aka Ban.d 32. When they're actually commissioned the Three network has huge potential to deal with all these issues virtually overnight. Sadly they don't communicate the cause and ther solutions very well hence disappointed customers.

    @ThreeUK something isn't right with the mast in cf35 6tg. I normally have 4 bars and 4g but only 1 bar and no data. Its not just me either. Phone gets 5 bars and 5g 4 mile down the road so phone is ok

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Jordanna. The signal is not always 1 bar as this fluctuates when I move to different areas of Bridgend. So this is not a SIM or Device issue, this is to do with the signal/antennas in each area.

    @ThreeUK Extremely annoyed with your service. Been a customer for many years and have two lines. Tried to upgrade and was told a price. I asked was there any upfront costs to be told no At the end of the call I was asked for ยฃ90. Livid and will be leaving

    This may be something that only affects me but it's hugely unfortunate @ThreeUK are discontinuing their Three In Touch app. I don't have that great a signal in my house and being able to make calls and text over WiFi was a massive benefit. Arg.

    It's only fair that I say thanks to @ThreeUKSupport for getting service in Worcester back to something like normal(ish) after nearly a week of disruption. Although it would have been nice to have some form of communication about what was happening and why. @tomcollinsworcs

    @UniversalExile @three Have seen @ThreeUK poor level of customer service when the sold a deal to my mother-in-law that was totally unfit for her purpose. Selling to an easily confused elderly person who is obviously not tech savvy is a awful thing to do. Hope they change and sort your problem fast.

    @ThreeUK your live chat agent is a pile of crap, if someone asks to be put through to an agent and says no questions it must immediately do so, your unacceptable menus and ridiculous questions arent acceptable, if i ask for an agent it should be IMMEDIATE

    I was under the impression that with the Vodafone3 merge, I'd get better signal, so sorted a new sim and phone through 3 as I never had an issue. Since the masts were being merged, its been awful. Its ridiculous @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK never had this many signal issues beforehand๐Ÿ™ˆ

    Hey @ThreeUK - why is your mobile home broadband so consistent awful? Iโ€™ll be removing my direct debit and sending your hub back the shop. You cannot charge people for such a poor service.

    @ThreeUK (Private Message for Three Only) I pre-paid so I don't have to worry about the problem I earlier today when I ran out of data allowance, I just wish that Flickr would not sign me out as it eats into my data allowance
