Just came back from North Wales and thanks god I have a sat nav & sos button in my @MercedesBenz as otherwise my journey in the morning would involve searching for an actual road map since @ThreeUK was down, so no service nor data during 4h journey from Cardiff 👎😑🙄 #threedown

@RobBruceK @ThreeUK @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK No awful. Just spent 5 days with no data/calls due ti Insufficient bandwidth. My family and friends who were with O2/BT/Vodaphone had no problems. Worst ever. So regret leaving previous provider last month. Their coverage checker is inaccurate too

@dlever21 @ThreeUK My problem was they added a new condition this time that said if you haven't used it since January. but @ThreeUK ran the offer in May and I used it then. Guaranteed they caught LOADS of people out 😡

@virginmedia @ThreeUK The message - from the morons at @ThreeUKS - says I have to use to *their* access point instead. EXCEPT… they don’t have access points everywhere. Eg nothing on Elizabeth Line. So they’ve disabled support for Virgin - which worked - in favour of their system - which doesn’t.
