    @ThreeUKSupport Yeah there weren't any issues. Just no inside signal. There was definitely no 3G & no VoLTE either. Just thought I'd mention it. Mayb a consideration for future network upgrades.

    So 2 weeks ago there was a 4G issue in my village with speeds in kbps range. It's been better but last few days now fine 50-70 Down, around 18 Up. @ThreeUKSupport It's not easy when living a completely mobile network operator life. No home fixed ISP. 1/2

    @ThreeUK been told that is is three policy via OFCOM that I have to give my bank account number and sort code over the phone in order to get a refund I’m due, even though I’m a customer, sorry to say. Third call to get the refund I’m due as money taken from my account. Suspect!

    @ThreeUK are an awful awful company with data security breaches all over their company and are unwilling to assist my sister in cancelling a fraud on her account even insisting on sending debt collection to "sort it". Pleas e retweet and can anyone please assist us?
