    @ThreeUKSupport No improvement after a restart and I tried 3 different phones so I know it’s not my phone. The phone is on 3G most of the time anyway and it is around the same speed as 4G. The signal is absolutely terrible.

    @ThreeUKSupport Been through this, you won’t check as it’s a business account and the business team never follow up. 2 years ago Caerphilly had around 40mb down now it’s about 4mb down and no one there seems bothered.

    Hey @ee your 4g signal is a bit rubbish in my house, especially downstairs, whereas @ThreeUK was really excellent but sadly (for them) they don't do the watch SIM. Is there any way I can improve it? Or can you just put some more masts up and move to 5g asap. Thanks 👍

    @ThreeUKSupport Been on the online chat for 50 mins and three are unable/unwilling to help, apparently trying to hold a 93 yr old without mental capacity to a sim only deal which was cancelled online is what they're interested in !! Disgusting practice
