    @NathanWyburnArt @Apple I’m having a similar issue and @ThreeUK won’t do anything about it. They told me to download some app which won’t help anyway as it’s unknown caller. I think next step is I’ll be forced to change my number 😐

    @DJAshBash @ThreeUKSupport ..a new chunk of 4G 1500mHz aka Ban.d 32. When they're actually commissioned the Three network has huge potential to deal with all these issues virtually overnight. Sadly they don't communicate the cause and ther solutions very well hence disappointed customers.

    Imagine being a @ThreeUK customer with 2 contracts for years on end and being told to find another service provider because they can’t fix the masts in my area and then refuse to refund what I’ve paid off this mobile or even pay my upfront cost for my next phone 😡 #scabs

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve just had the worst #customerservice experience I have ever. My knowledge of your products and services was much better than your staff. Also, TV background noise made it hard to understand the Glasgow accent and adviser 2 spoke fast and did not listen 😡

    @ThreeUK I have just had the worst customer service experience I have ever had. My knowledge of your products and services was much better than your staff. Also, TV noise un background made it hard to understand the Glaswegian accent and adviser 2 spoke fast and did not listen 😡

    @ThreeUKSupport TA8 2SE, I bought MiFi with 30 day contract and the coverage in this area is awful. I will be cancelling and going with another provider.

    @DJAshBash @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK I am also on Vodafone. And I would agree they now have overall a formidable network But they have less bandwith 5G than Three..50mHz as opposed to 140mHz so when Three eventually launch 5G 5G it'll be interesting how it all pans out.

    @ThreeUKSupport It's been disabled but it's bloatware and I will not be able to fully remove it without rooting my phone 😑 There are some apps that I have never seen in my life that were downloaded so you should probably notify your cyber security division as this is a big vulnerability

    @ThreeUKSupport No , I was asked if I needed a pac code which she didn't because she's not getting another phone , she hadn't used the phone for well over a year and asked me to cancel, which I did . I've contacted 3 on the phone numerous times and they haven't been able to help

    @ThreeUKSupport Virtually no internet reception on home broadband or mobile for the past couple of days. It has been really bad for the past 3 months, rarely reaching more than 2mbps, but now barely reaches 1mbps, if it connects at all. RG42 1SA

    @sapphiresteel @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport I wouldn't hold your breath, I've had work on my local masts since Christmas. Told it would be resolved soon, total joke! They'll tell you a lie or offer you compensation rather than fix the problem. There infrastructure cannot meet demand.

    @ThreeUKSupport tbh idk how i would be supposed to chat with the support team about it online when my internet keeps disconnecting so frequently and then saying 'can't connect to this network'. this is not normal and happens way to frequently for me to be satisfied with the service
