    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve just had the worst #customerservice experience I have ever. My knowledge of your products and services was much better than your staff. Also, TV background noise made it hard to understand the Glasgow accent and adviser 2 spoke fast and did not listen 😡

    @wafuwonders @ThreeUK If you can justify a new mobile, a contract is often cheaper than the cost over 2 years + airtime if you put more down upfront. See uSwitch.

    Not sure how many other customers are being wrongly charged big amounts by @ThreeUK allegedly for some third party apps. In middle of a cost of living crisis this is totally unacceptable and unfair way to treat customers.
