@ThreeUKSupport No improvement after a restart and I tried 3 different phones so I know it’s not my phone. The phone is on 3G most of the time anyway and it is around the same speed as 4G. The signal is absolutely terrible.

@ThreeUKSupport Been through this, you won’t check as it’s a business account and the business team never follow up. 2 years ago Caerphilly had around 40mb down now it’s about 4mb down and no one there seems bothered.

@ThreeUK Which is all well and good for those networks that deliver, urs on the other hand doesn't. I have ur mobile home broadband and often it actually prevents me getting online I have to turn WiFi off to use my data (O2!) To access the web! I'm paying £18 mth for ur crap!

@ThreeUKSupport @Ofcom Can you confirm when I request and used the STAC code , my Three account will get closed . The Three Customer Service on the phone said using the Stac code won’t cancel my contract, it is simply transfer the details to my new provider.
