    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve just had the worst #customerservice experience I have ever. My knowledge of your products and services was much better than your staff. Also, TV background noise made it hard to understand the Glasgow accent and adviser 2 spoke fast and did not listen 😡

    @ThreeUKSupport I've been in touch with your team. Nothing has improved. As i have stated if i drive 5 minutes down the road I get 50mbps. You've acknowledged faulty kit in another thread. Basically this twitter feed has as much support as a broken jockstrap ;-)

    @ThreeUKSupport Since yesterday we have noticed really poor signal and can't always make phonecalls because of it (we all are Three users in my house). We're in the Glasgow G21 area - are you aware of any issues?? Normally we get a text to notify us if there will be disruptions.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have unlimited internet by mifi at DT64Hb and once again it is not working. WHAT THE HELL IS THE PROBLEM? I can see the phone mask - this is terrible service. P,ease refund 3 months of fees.
