You are a disgrace...after phoning India for my elderly Godfather to cancel the 18 month plug in 4g wifi that could hit any speeds we were past from pillow to post by India call centre workers. I was in such a state of shock I couldn't even lose my temper with the kid on the bike i basically got to my feet and hurried home. I've never slept properly or ate.

I feel a bit bad as I said to John that the plug in WiFi router from 3 might be the easiest thing he'd need...then for he to go through all that stress, having to see his doctor makes me feel guilty especially when he was trying to cheer me up when I was nearly killed.
