I've been with 3 for years. I specifically went with 3 for this deal so I could access apps through Go Binge. Im stuck with a 2yr deal not fit for purpose!

All he wants is to cancel...understand the circumstances I think you should be letting him cancel and get a full refund before it escalates... You are a disgrace...after phoning India for my elderly Godfather to cancel the 18 month plug in 4g wifi that could hit any speeds we were past from pillow to post by India call centre workers.
