But after buying online they said I can't keep my number but also can't cancel the purchase (like 20 minutes later). So they @ThreeUK advised me to buy another one on the phone and just send 1st one back

@ThreeUKSupport It was an upgrade that I requested due to a broken phone. The signal with Three is so bad so they offered me £50 off the early upgrade fee and the person on chat offered me a deal for the iPhone 12 pro Max, 256gb for £68 a month and no upfront cost which wasn’t written in notes!

This is insanity @three_broadband and @ThreeUKSupport . You consolidated in London, dropped 5G for my area, I canceled the Three contract. Now 4mo later I cant get a mortgage because they never closed the account. I am being blocked over their allegation I have unpaid charges..
