    @ThreeUKSupport your customer service is awful. I’m trying to change my bank details & I have forgotten my password so I can’t even log in. And it won’t even LET ME CHANGE MY PASSWORD because when I do try it says “error page” and I can’t even CALL you because you LOCKED my phone

    @ThreeUK no it actually annoys me so much how I can only get Internet and signal in some parts of my house because I'm in a shitty zone with no signal, I can only get signal on one half of my bed if I have my phone In the living room my hotspot doesn't work

    @ThreeUKSupport The signal was great until about 6 months ago when you carried out work to improve service in the area. Its been unpredictable since then. If I'm outside, walking down the road I get 2bars but overall, it was much better before the maintenance. Fault in the hardware maybe?

    @ThreeUKSupport Dear Three, whats going on around LE11 2QH area? In the last 3 days Ive had emergency calls only service, and now it "improved" to 1 bar, or 2 when outside. Only 1 bar upstairs at home by the window! Thats atrocious. Considering switching. :( Convince me to stay.

    @ThreeUKSupport I appreciate that, really I do, but I’ve been out of contract since 2013 and haven’t contacted you in that time so no idea on the answers. I’ve tried that thanks. Passed all of those questions but then apparently there was no usage on my account so couldn’t help.

    @ThreeUKSupport I will do that plus I am also talking to my solicitor if i can sue him and the store for discrimination and insult which caused me stress. I am a hypertension patient and suffering from high blood pressure since yesterday. One my condition settle down i am going to sue.

    Absolutely stunned by the new lows of @ThreeUKSupport - forgotten password not working, can’t verify an account because I can’t remember something from 10 years ago, no usage on account(?!), so can’t verify any other way, oh and they want to charge me £10 more a month.
