Called honnor and they are willing to take the phones foe checks BUT that leaves myself and partner with no phone to use, which then will cost us more money to buy a temp phone

This is the last time they will rob me. I’m switching to another provider.

They said it's 100MB per second. I asked them to clarify. And they said it is 100 Mbps but I can pay £4 extra for high speeds. Awful.

Once you've managed to convince the AI chatbot what it actually is you need and an operator comes online they obviously juggle many chats at once as after "Hi" it took 11 minutes for the next reply and then 8 for the next.
