Ross is TheGuyWhoSaw (@theguywhosaw1) reported from Chester, England@ThreeUKSupport Well not according to the rest of the industry. According to my sources you are testing eSIMs. I'm asking to be involved. I own a computer support company so could provide useful information.
-
Ross is TheGuyWhoSaw (@theguywhosaw1) reported from Tarvin, EnglandMorning @BBCBenThompson @BBCBreakfast I wanted to say both my partner and I and my parents are all on @ThreeUK and we all have full signal and have phoned each other so the complete outage you are reporting is erroneous. It is obviously only affecting some people. Not all of UK
-
Martyn (@martyn1444) reported from Birkenhead, England@AdamSaunders02 @ThreeUKSupport The linked to URL is bogus. 3-network”dot”support. Avoid.
-
Daniel Curry (@DanielCurry14) reported from Liverpool, England@ThreeUK 5G isn’t consumer ready yet. It’s a ploy to get people on board. I’m sure all of your customers will enjoy their gigabit download speeds by a pole on the street until a gust of wind blows an empty packet of Quavers in front of the signal. 🍃
-
Ross is TheGuyWhoSaw (@theguywhosaw1) reported from Tarvin, England@_iDavid @BBCBenThompson @BBCBreakfast @ThreeUK It's probably a problem in one of their data centres or something
-
Alex Edwards (@AlexECEdwards) reported from Birkenhead, EnglandAfter hearing how amazing @EE have been with my Thomas cook colleges I’m thinking of changing from @ThreeUK! Awful! -
KLee (@Solsticebaby) reported from Ellesmere Port, England@ThreeUK 12 minutes holding for you to cut me off, thanks. Terrible internet and terrible customer service
-
UFOLogy.UK (@UFOlogyUK) reported from Buckley, Wales@ThreeUKSupport if you’re considering There’s offer of the HUAWEI AI cube on their unlimited deal, stay clear the speeds are initially good. But using this service to watch @NOWTV or @NetflixUK and you’ll get rubbish speeds and constant buffering. £20 a month for this is a con.
-
UFOLogy.UK (@UFOlogyUK) reported from Buckley, Wales@ThreeUKSupport The second time within 4 weeks I’ve had issues, firstly my 4G has been shocking which I rely on for work. Secondly I have an AI Cube on threes hone broadband and cannot watch anything without it buffering every 30 seconds. 😡
-
McLovin (@staceyphix) reported from Liverpool, EnglandImagine @threeuk network cuts off mid argument , now I’m raging 😜
-
Ross is TheGuyWhoSaw (@theguywhosaw1) reported from Tarvin, England@RiCHi @BBCBenThompson @BBCBreakfast @ThreeUK Well BBC are reporting the network as down and you can't make a call which is a lie. You can. Data services may be down but that's fixable. They're making it bigger than it actually is.
-
Mark (@scousemanblue) reported from Liverpool, England@ThreeUK is there an issue with logging in on the app it won’t accept a new password created and I therefore cannot access the app

-
UFOLogy.UK (@UFOlogyUK) reported from Buckley, WalesTrying to watch @SkySportsPL on @NOWTV which is impossible on @ThreeUKSupport and there amazingly slow speeds. I advise anyone to avoid signing up for home broadband with this company. Fed up and off to the pub instead. 😡
-
Simon Tiplady (@stiplady) reported from Guilden Sutton, England@ThreeUKSupport Have just tried that (again), signal strength still the same
3 (Three) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Jake Cohen (@JakeFCohen) reported from Kensington, EnglandHere’s @ThreeUK claiming they don’t have enough £££ to invest in or properly support the @Lionesses, so instead are trying exploit their success for free. Right, the same @ThreeUK that announced annual revenues of £2.4 billion in March + whose parent company has £125b in assets.
-
Kemi Adeyemi - Wilson (@kemiwlson) reported from Dartford, England@ThreeUKSupport You enabled them because I never gave them access so I suspect you work with them I have asked several times you block @MoPlay as I never gave them access so who did @metpoliceuk #KindlyAdvise
-
Paul Lagan (@CFCJourno) reported from London, EnglandI’m a @ThreeUK customer and it’s becoming an embarrassment for them. Jake is right to call them out. They should support women’s football in general - Nissan gave the Spanish squad a new car to each player. @ThreeUK could aid all clubs with subsidised tariffs or phones
-
Jason White (@JasonWhite09) reported from Hammersmith, England@JakeFCohen @ThreeUK Totally agree and wouldn’t want to see this as a trend when women’s football is in such an exciting period of potential commercial growth. It only became weird when you started getting bizarre clap backs from a phone network...
-
mary mandefield (@mandefieldx) reported from Lambeth, EnglandThank you @ThreeUKSupport for fully keeping me waiting for LONG. Trying to cancel a sim after your customer advisors told me.inhave dual sim when i do not
-
Keith Flitton (@keithflitton) reported from Ross-on-Wye, England@dpd_support just an update....lots of apologies but no action. Sorry @ThreeUKSupport you’re losing a loyal customer because of a poor delivery service.
-
Jake Cohen (@JakeFCohen) reported from Kensington, England@ThreeUK @emmahayes1 just to clarify, @ThreeUK itself earned £2.4 billion last year, your parent company earned £28b. Still seems like enough to properly invest in + support women’s football rather than trying to exploit these athletes’ success for free by using hamfisted ambush marketing tactics.
-
Joao R. Carraro (@john_rafa) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport Since I've moved to Edinburgh last December. At home even though the signal strength is between 50% - 75% I never got a decent speed. I've opened many requests for the technical support to check that but nothing changed so far.
-
Ian Elske (@ianelske) reported from Gloucestershire, England@ThreeUKSupport just changed to Three from O2 today and it appears the network is down in my area - interesting start....can we check GL4 0SZ.
-
