    @ThreeUKSupport I've been advised to speak to tech support, they reset the account twice but nothing changed. Been advised change to 3g only - no change. Tried speaking to your social web team but it's always too busy and i know you'll just advise me to speak to tech support, which ive done.

    If you come out the window. I spoke 2 weeks ago and they haven’t sorted it. It’s very distressing and I am going round in circles. Poor show @ThreeUK I need to speak to someone. This chat for this is. No good.

    @ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

    @ThreeUK your customer service on the phone is painful... 40 mins to cancel a sim card. Staff wouldn't listen to me, rude and wouldn't let me explain a very simple request. Your staff in a shop are spot on however. Shame your phone service lets you down.

    @m1ckbr1t @ThreeUKSupport @madebygoogle I'm in the process of leaving Three over this as well. Only major UK network not to stock the Pro from launch and they won't explain why, they just give this cut and paste 'future plans' reply every time. Weird.

    @ThreeUKSupport Spoken to one of your colleagues to discuss early termination due to bad connection. I was told I only had to pay £495. Which I then stated if I didn’t pay the £495 would my services still remain the same and continue to be £80 per month. I was told yes it would be the same

    @ThreeUK hi. My mum has been trying to get through to the helpline for roaming, but every time she calls the line advises that there are technical issues. She called prior to travelling and was advised that there would be no issues. Can you please give guidance

    @ThreeUKSupport Not a clue, I have raised complaints 4 times now on this specific issue and still no help. Now my services have been cut off and told I have not made the bill date on time. They’ve said multiple times that it will be cleared and put back to £80 as it’s their mistake.
