@ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

@ThreeUK The app doesn’t work. The website doesn’t work. I’ve been in a queue for customer relations almost 3 hours now after spending an hour with other support getting me to do the same thing I’ve already done million times and spent hours trying to just get into my account.

@ThreeUK @katebevan Amazing. Haven’t been able to get a decent 4g signal since last year and @ThreeUKSupport and @ThreeUK just ignore it. Still put their prices up this month though. Classy.
Can't wait until @ThreeUK open up their lines to cancel a contract. Going to enjoy that conversation. @ThreeUK have taken over £300 of my money, and over two weeks on I'm still fighting to get it back. Keep getting told it will be another few days... #3mobile
