Would like to say a huge thankyou to @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport for their fabulous customer service & advice... HOWEVER... Since I've not received a single reply to any of my tweets from them I cant. (Not the 1st time in my many years with them I've had "help" issues tbh)

  • TomWush
Tom Morgan (@TomWush) reported from Birmingham, England

@cackyraphael @ThreeUKSupport Yeah customer service and how helpful they are is big and they lost me cause of it.

  • lewiscraik
Lewis Craik (@lewiscraik) reported from Coventry, England

@wildaboutimages @EE @ThreeUK I currently have both. Main phone is with EE and happy with the service.

  • beninbrighton
Ben Hills-Jones (@beninbrighton) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUKSupport Apparently. As a Three customer let me give you some feedback. It comes across like all your Tweets are rushed and incorrect. Starting a sentence with a lowercase letter really doesn’t look good

  • brummiechef_
Wayne Corbett (@brummiechef_) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUK thank you for not helping me at all with my mobile phone repair claim, totally broken screen covered by accidental damage in your policy that you have taken £240 pounds off me and basically said tough luck. I am a long term loyal customer with 3 contracts #shameonyou

  • TheKamikazi
Kamil_M (@TheKamikazi) reported from Birmingham, England

AND NOW IM LATE FOR WORK BECAUSE OF @ThreeUK CANCELLING MY CONTRACT FIRST CHANCE I CAN GET NEVER USE @ThreeUK even if they appear to offer good deals. THEYRE TRASH

  • SteWill1978
Stephen Willetts (@SteWill1978) reported from West Bromwich, England

@vocster @ThreeUK I'm gonna look into it better, i haven't changed my contract in 10 years so technically I never upgrade so it shouldn't effect me, they do annual price rises though so it may be classed as a contract change. I think we'll be charged regardless.

  • jackkwalters
Jackk. 🃏 (@jackkwalters) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK your customer service is truly SHOCKING.

  • richardhowle
Richard Howle (@richardhowle) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUK all week I have been having really unstable and patchy service from my 5G router here in Brum. One moment 100Mb the next 0. Is there an issue?

  • PrincessTima3
Princess Tima (@PrincessTima3) reported from Walsall Wood, England

@ThreeUKSupport peu gérer honest maybe you should admit to all your customer that you cannot provide is internet service so we can cancel ou he contract and move on ! Let start 2020 in honestly ! Lol it been 4months your network is shit 🙈😩😓

  • mrskhorne
Karen Horne (@mrskhorne) reported from Sheldon, England

Youngest son on the @EE network got the 🚨 myself, husband & other sons on @ThreeUK didn’t get an alert -seriously worried if youngest is responsible for emergencies in our household, he can’t even be bothered to come out of his room if the smoke alarm goes off #EmergencyAlerts

  • yasmine_smithx
yas (@yasmine_smithx) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport honestly what a shocking service. increasing the price of my contract, without a heads up, for a phone that has shite signal everywhere

  • hamilton_david
David Hamilton (@hamilton_david) reported from Wythall, England

@ThreeUKSupport absolute joke your customer services are! Three calls today, three conflicting responses. You’re just making it difficult to leave your rubbish network!

  • BenLimehouse
Ben Limehouse (@BenLimehouse) reported from Redditch, England

@ThreeUKSupport Literally the most useless response. You have a customer here that has been with you for 5 years asking for some support with an unresolved issue and getting no traction and when I call up I get no further and it just goes round in circles and have to explain the situation again.

  • rajivnath
Rajiv (@rajivnath) reported from Birmingham, England

@PaoloMariniUk @barmyarmyuk @ThreeUK To be fair I only ever visit London a handful of times but the service is unusable even when I have full bars. I'm not expecting super speeds just enough to send a few pics and videos on WhatsApp. In Birmingham the service is fantastic so it's a bit of a conundrum. Sort it out 3

  • noelpadgaonkar
Noel Padgaonkar (@noelpadgaonkar) reported from Solihull, England

@ThreeUKSupport I don't know about other users, but I'm facing issues. I don't know whom to call. Please help me it's been almost a week since this issue.

  • TeamAirsy
Airsy 💫🌻 (@TeamAirsy) reported from Sheldon, England

Hi @ThreeUK please tell me you didn’t accidentally set the emergency alert to go off at 3am… #emergencyalert

  • web_bod
Graeme Mulvaney (@web_bod) reported from Coventry, England

@ThreeUK I had a call from a guy with a dense and inarticulate South Indian accent insisting he needed to send me a new SIM or I would be kicked off the network - I kept him busy for a good 15 minutes politely reiterating his instructions - was it a scam?

  • whatiwrote_
    Louisa Guise Author (@whatiwrote_) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK If you are paying for the service, I don't see what reason the phone company has to cut you off. Find a local sim in the meantime.

  • AntonyAttree
    Antony Attree ☘️ (@AntonyAttree) reported

@ThreeUK can you please explain to me why in the last few weeks your network coverage has become so bad in the BS26 area?? Struggling to send & receive calls & messages, internet is non existent! I have to walk to areas to find signal? What’s goin on

  • robj3d3
    Rob Hallam (@robj3d3) reported

@helloitsolly @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK Exactly what I was doing, and apparently that was the problem?

  • speaakwin
    My Hot Topics (@speaakwin) reported

Why the f is the @ThreeUK 4g and 5g signal so bad? 8 feel like I'm living in the 90s here. I have 5g 3/4 signal, and it's taking 45 seconds to do a basic Google search. It's a joke. I'll be switching to Lebara I think. Been with you for 23 years. Literally since I was 15.

  • ScarfNikki
    Nikki Scarf (@ScarfNikki) reported

  • xeode

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK known people with a uk number out of the uk for years, wonder when this policy started, or they just wanted an excuse to cancel your account?
