@brattandeaf @ThreeUKSupport Apparently I heard somewhere that 3 network used to be good because they share the mast with o2 or EE, but now other network cut tie with them. Therefore 3 have to have own mast this is why it become useless.

@georgiaahale @giffgaff @TalkTalk @ThreeUK Oh shit! If it was within 14 days you can defo cancel penalty free as that's within the cooling off period. Make a complaint if you haven't already, don't let them get away with it. Sometimes they need that kick if all else fails email the CEO I can provide email ad.

@ThreeUKSupport Literally the most useless response. You have a customer here that has been with you for 5 years asking for some support with an unresolved issue and getting no traction and when I call up I get no further and it just goes round in circles and have to explain the situation again.

I've now been without a reliable phone or internet signal for over a month. @ThreeUK has refunded me about £24, @ThreeUKSupport keeps telling me problems are resolved when they are not, and promises me the work they've done has improved my service--which it has not. I despair.

@ThreeUKSupport I have spoke to your support team on many ocassions - it is most certainly not our equipment as Smartie and O2 sims in the router both work fine. You have even sent us new sims which do not make it any better. You are throttling.

@ThreeUKSupport 15th Jan and you continue to run the promotion till the 29th Jan, it was a promotion you sent me. Everything was agreed and accepted then came the delivery date that never happened. Then get told a technical glitch then it was covid and lockdown then it was a glitch again.....
