  @vocster @ThreeUK I'm gonna look into it better, i haven't changed my contract in 10 years so technically I never upgrade so it shouldn't effect me, they do annual price rises though so it may be classed as a contract change. I think we'll be charged regardless.

  @PaoloMariniUk @barmyarmyuk @ThreeUK To be fair I only ever visit London a handful of times but the service is unusable even when I have full bars. I'm not expecting super speeds just enough to send a few pics and videos on WhatsApp. In Birmingham the service is fantastic so it's a bit of a conundrum. Sort it out 3

  @paullewismoney It should be as easy to cancel as it is to sign up. My best example was @ThreeUKSupport. I had to print out a form and post it to them. A telecommunications company. It beggared belief. They of course denied ever receiving it.

  @YTJustGetATesla @ThreeUK Im gradually moving off Three. EE gives a better signal and my company does a deal where I can choose any network and get a monthly contract SIM (not locked in) for a better price than I get elsewhere.
