@ThreeUKSupport I’ve going to cancel it as I’ve found a cheaper contract for a newer phone, I’ve tried the link so I can cancel via the ‘chat online’ option but it says it’s offline even though the times state someone should be online. Please could I have some assistance cancelling please.

Probably just shy of 20 years with @ee sim only for last 5-6 years constant rises latest one pushing it to near £30 a month sim only!!!! Just transferred to @ThreeUK £8 a month I’ve never had 5g ever no matter where I have been in country you and @kevinbacon can go 🖕🏻

@ThreeUKSupport For the record, I have been on live chat with a @ThreeUK representative for an hour and 45 minutes. He has not even come close to resolving my issue (you overcharging me) and is now TRYING TO SELL ME A NEW CONTRACT. I'd call that (and the trojan) pretty bad service, amiright?

Does the UK have the worst network coverage in the world? @ThreeUK and @O2 @VodafoneUK I have used all these 3, always rubbish. No network at all in Nottingham. Always slow, internet calls don’t go through, and showing 3G every time even outside their stores. iPhone 12 user.
