@ThreeUKSupport Coverage is absolutely fine in terms of signal strength. It’s speed that’s the issue. Unfortunately I don’t. It worked fine for years and now it doesn’t. With you guys now not being the only ones w/ unlimited data, I’ll be leaving once contract is up.

@ThreeUKSupport Eventually. 1h 22m phone call and still didn't manage to get it paid do to the IVR and DTMF issue, and no promised call back yesterday. Live Chat agent disconnected chat instantly after waiting about 10 minites. Terrible terrible leaving experience.

@ThreeUKSupport I have Three 5G Broadband and was told when I signed up that the service could be adjusted when I moved a few months later if the 5G wasn't available in my area. I moved within the same council area in London and 5G is not available and there is not time frame for availability.

@StarlightMcKenz @ThreeUK I had a contract with Vodafone for a very long time. Extortionate cost including phone. Been with O2 for the past 6-7 years now on a sim only deal and it’s much cheaper. Reception not as great as Vodafone in a few areas but not too bad
