@ThreeUKSupport Literally the most useless response. You have a customer here that has been with you for 5 years asking for some support with an unresolved issue and getting no traction and when I call up I get no further and it just goes round in circles and have to explain the situation again.

Make a complaint if you haven't already, don't let them get away with it. Sometimes they need that kick if all else fails email the CEO I can provide email ad.

@brattandeaf @ThreeUKSupport Apparently I heard somewhere that 3 network used to be good because they share the mast with o2 or EE, but now other network cut tie with them. Therefore 3 have to have own mast this is why it become useless.

@ThreeUKSupport 0.12 Down 0.12 up when it is working, spent more time offline today than on. 1 week credit whilst you fix the mast dont help me much, ordered an O2 sim as their mast is 300 yards away. Will still have to pay for your crap for 6 months.

@ThreeUKSupport No. We got the PAC code from Sky. We accept the transfer of number the next day and then it never arrived. Your staff on the live chat admitted it’s your fault. He said “three never did it correct at our end”, whatever that means..????
