    @brattandeaf @ThreeUKSupport Apparently I heard somewhere that 3 network used to be good because they share the mast with o2 or EE, but now other network cut tie with them. Therefore 3 have to have own mast this is why it become useless.

    @ThreeUK thank you for not helping me at all with my mobile phone repair claim, totally broken screen covered by accidental damage in your policy that you have taken £240 pounds off me and basically said tough luck. I am a long term loyal customer with 3 contracts #shameonyou

    Beside all the stress with corana virus @ThreeUKSupport complain support name Anu ID65278 was extremely rude and it actually piss me off . I want to cancel both contract please . You are causing me stress and anxiety and it a shame after 4 years with @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUKSupport Literally the most useless response. You have a customer here that has been with you for 5 years asking for some support with an unresolved issue and getting no traction and when I call up I get no further and it just goes round in circles and have to explain the situation again.

    Anyone that had issue with @ThreeUK and been pressure to pay bills when service not working please add comment to we can create a petition against them please. @ThreeUKSupport give you free bill until they tired but do not sort issue

    @ThreeUKSupport peu gérer honest maybe you should admit to all your customer that you cannot provide is internet service so we can cancel ou he contract and move on ! Let start 2020 in honestly ! Lol it been 4months your network is shit 🙈😩😓

    @georgiaahale @giffgaff @TalkTalk @ThreeUK Oh shit! If it was within 14 days you can defo cancel penalty free as that's within the cooling off period. Make a complaint if you haven't already, don't let them get away with it. Sometimes they need that kick if all else fails email the CEO I can provide email ad.

    absolutely nothing. They didn’t answer any of the most important questions. I still have no idea whether I’ll be able to roam for free when I go to France. Terrible customer service. I’ll take this as high as I need to. Do better, @threeuk @ThreeUKSupport

    I turned off Home Signal box a few days ago to see if WiFi calling had improved from the time when @ThreeUK originally sent it out. It hasn’t, just as crap as it was.And that’s with an FTTP line into the property, commercial level network equipment and Wi-Fi, using an iPhone 13.

    @ThreeUK so once again, wifi is being terribly slow for no good reason and it keeps fluctuating between good and absolutely awful, which it really likes to stick on.

    I know that the Home Signal Box is probably only used by a minority of @ThreeUK customers but that suggests it wouldn’t cost them much to leave it running. I’d love to see the business case for this switch off. #homesignalbox

    @ThreeUK what is the point of business chat and phone support if neither can help me with a really simple question. Chat says can't give info on chat, phone says can't give info over phone and i should go back to the store as thats where i signed up for business contract.
