    @ThreeUKSupport LU3 1AZ and LU5 4SB. Calls very frequently fails of drops or very slow Data in these areas over the past week but a lot less problems elsewhere. Using iPhone 7 Plus, tried rebooting and does not resolve calls and data issues at the above postcodes areas. Call fails with 3 beebs

    @ThreeUKSupport You go through security to get to the chat room although you’re doing it from the app. Then he wanted me to answer all the same questions again. So I did. Then he didn’t like the format, capitals, id written in & wanted me to do it all again. Wtf?!
