@ThreeUKSupport LU3 1AZ and LU5 4SB. Calls very frequently fails of drops or very slow Data in these areas over the past week but a lot less problems elsewhere. Using iPhone 7 Plus, tried rebooting and does not resolve calls and data issues at the above postcodes areas. Call fails with 3 beebs

@ThreeUK Day three of receiving a tiny amount of signal on iPhone 11 Pro Max. I’m able to receive calls but my browser tells me no signal. The same as Speedtest. Your advice will be welcomed.

@ThreeUK set up your 5g broadband this morning. Had a good signal and 5g connection 200mb+ speed. Now signal has dropped to poor, 4g connection and 2mb speed.... Router in the same place!

@ThreeUKSupport Well, explain that to the website. When i log in&try to order the upgrade, it puts it through with no option to change address. Ive had a contract for years with you&never had an issue. I think i’ll check out another phone company; it will probably be cheaper anyway!

@ThreeUK Why is it that my phone gets a great connection at home, but my 3 broadband is so slow that I can't even load sites. It's down to kbps fairly regularly. I've moved the router, restarted it, and factory reset. My phone's over the data limit because BB doesn't work 😤

@ThreeUKSupport 2/ I'll go through phone again if I have any problems. Staff have always been super helpful with Three 3; it was a shame that in the transfer process, and then the calling back process, I was getting the cut off tone. Which was what sent me into panic bc of landline charge going.
