Bootsy (@19bootsy68) reported from Dunston, England@ThreeUK thank you...you make it impossible to cancel. You are a disgrace...after phoning India for my elderly Godfather to cancel the 18 month plug in 4g wifi that could hit any speeds we were past from pillow to post by India call centre workers. I had to hang up #threenetwork

-
Bootsy (@19bootsy68) reported from Dunston, EnglandWhat a bunch of un professionals @ThreeUK #threeuk #threenextwork @ThreeUKSupport are...they tell us to fill an online complaint form out for it to say not a valid postcode. John my Godfather also doesn't have an email address...So we are no further forward. #HarryandMeghan #iran
-
Tedstercal (@tedstercal) reported from Sunderland, England@ThreeUKSupport Don't think it's a Samsung issue, as I said my work phone conects ok which to me points toward the phone wifi accessibility through 3! Very disappointing reply!
-
Andy Kane (@andrewkane80) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Jesus wept, I can't even cancel the contract as you are currently trying to figure out, again, why the first order didn't work. Hopeless
-
Paddy (@stobbsmeister) reported from Murton, England@ThreeUK Aren't you the network that promised not to ditch EU roaming? Yet your subsidiary @SMARTYMobileUK still offer inclusive EU roaming. Genuinely couldn't wait to ditch three. Absolute money grab!
-
'Camerado' Cal Desmond-Pearson (The Social Hermit) (@SocialHermitCal) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, EnglandHello @ThreeUK, as a long time customer, I sincerely hope that you guys are not planning to advertise on GB News at any point. #DontFundGBNews

-
Bootsy (@19bootsy68) reported from Dunston, England@ThreeUKSupport Your Indian call centres makes it very hard to sort anything out when you get passed to technical for technical to say they are putting you through to technical because this technical can't give the go ahead to cancel the contract. You're a sinister comedy act #cybermuggers.
-
Bootsy (@19bootsy68) reported from Dunston, England@ThreeUKSupport He wants to cancel... What he has been saying for over a week now...there is no option now.
-
JL (@JackLegind) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England@ThreeUKSupport can’t update DD details online. Go onto app and says I can’t do it. Chat support is useless and takes 2 hours. Go into store and ask - told they can’t help but use have to use app, me: “that’s shite as well” “I know” cheers then 👍🏼
-
Paddy (@stobbsmeister) reported from Seaham, England@ThreeUK counting down the days until I'm able to leave. I've overlooked the poor CS and data dead spots however the reintroduction of roaming charges (after banging the go roam drum for years) is the final straw. I'm sure I won't be the first or the last to jump to @O2
-
Richard Tubb (@tubblog) reported from Longbenton, England@M4tty_J @ThreeUK Hugely disappointing, isn't it? The whole reason I chose Three as a network is because I can use it anywhere. Now, we're headed to the bad old days of being disconnected abroad or paying through the nose. 😓
-
Andrew 🏳️🌈 (@Stoddy75) reported from Seaton Delaval, England@ThreeUKSupport Hello, any idea how long the works are going on for in NE25 0JF as I’ve had rubbish signal for days? I only have 3 mobile and broadband at home, so I’ve been severely affected by this. Websites don’t load properly and streaming is like being back on dialup.
-
Dezy Ward (@DezyByers33) reported from Washington, England@ThreeUK service is appalling like.... i ring you up told to i have to go 20 mile to the nearest shop. Get there and your systems are down. Waste of journey and time
-

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
P (@pn_d00) reportedHi @ThreeUK, just wondering why I can’t see the £1 cafe nero offer in the three+ app anymore. Has the partnership ended, or is it just a temporary app issue?
-
enter shakira𓅮 (@BARFJAMiN) reportedcongrats to @threeuk for finally working out how to send an emergency alert, ten minutes after every other network, then sending it again two minutes later to be sure. it’s a start, lads. might be funny to hear of nuclear apocalypse ten minutes after i’ve already been vaporised
-
Robin Cornelius (@robincornelius) reportedTerrible day for getting work done today @bt_uk internet is down as there is planned maintenance that no one was informed about and no @ThreeUKSupport mobile data at work despite 3-4 bars of signal. This happens too often on your network had to go for a drive to get data
-
KissMaBahooky (@KissMaBahooky) reported@ThreeUK Does anyone else have problems logging onto the Toolstation website?
-
Mark Baroney (@bardne53756) reported@ThreeUK have refused to cancel my broadband and told me I need to go 17 miles to nearest store to sort. Had to file complaint as unable to do so. Terrible customer service.
-
Jon ✨💫 (@jle2386) reported@robj3d3 @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK You need to leave it active. Next time buy a cheap phone (not smart phone) plug it in and leave it activate. All networks do this it's not new. Since you didn't have it in s phone the network didn't pick up a signal so it automatically thinks its inactive.
-
John (@limited55) reported.@ThreeUK third time now I haven’t received these emergency alerts. You going to sort your network out soon?
-
Jim D (@jnides8) reportedFirst world problems but @ThreeUK changing their £1 coffee deal has lost them a customer. I could just about put up with the ****** coverage in return but there's no incentive to stay now.
-
FINGERSJOHN✌ (@jnafr) reportedBack in B43 Uk dreadful service @ThreeUKSupport
-
🏴🍉 Jade 🇵🇸 (@JadeThinksALot) reported@ThreeUK won’t be keeping me as a customer. Reception is crap and the Nero coffee was the one redeemer. Now it’s £2 and can only claim within the hour, if you wait too long all the codes are gone. Useless.
