@ThreeUKSupport By the time you replied it was working again but experienced issues again since 11 am this morning. It was also useless on Monday. I was offered a discount of half my bill for 1 Sim but I have 2 sims so it should be for both really. So unhappy with the network issues!!

@ThreeUKSupport Tech team confirmed there were issues but that it was solved. Received another call yesterday saying there are still issues but no estimate when this will be completed. Network seems to be slow/down between 9-17 which is not ideal for some who works from home. 2/2

@EE I don't think 5g is particularly worth it ATM. I've had 150Mbps + over your LTE network. And even here in remote Yorkshire, I can still get 100Mbbps over band 3 (granted on @ThreeUK as EE don't use band 3). But 100Mbps 4g is fast enough for most surff.
