Niche tweet but anyone on @ThreeUK mobile broadband find it just...dies. some time between 7-9 every evening I have to switch to my mobile (also on three). Makes no sense. Would have told @ThreeUKSupport but they never phone back when they promise...

@ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

@ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

@ThreeUKSupport It's Jane, not Oliver. Yes, I've restarted my phone numerous times. I haven't had signal in my house for the 7 years I've been with you. 3G is generally ok when I'm out and about, it's the call dropping that's most irritating

Been with @ThreeUK for over 17 years, never had a problem with them & been happy. My contract is up, so gave them a call. All of their offers were considerably more than other providers & the phone and package I wanted was £288 more over 24 months. Got my PAC code, Disappointed!

Bearing in mind we've been with you for Broadband about a month, we've had as many weeks now of your service *not* working as it working. Service was excellent those first 2 weeks, we just want that back & a timeline of how long we can expect it to take til then @ThreeUKSupport.
