    @ThreeUKSupport They have absolutely messed the whole thing up! I have no 4g, no phonecall facility and when I check the plan on the app I seem to have reverted to the old one. Each ‘chat’ tells me it will be ‘perfect and not to worry’ total nightmare! I’m paying for an invisible service

    @ThreeUKSupport your phone signal is absolutely diabolical and I havent had signal for nearly 2 months despite being told it would be fixed in a week. Tried calling 4 times today LOST SIGNAL EVERYTIME. Moving to EE as soon as my contracts up. Thanks for ruining my 2020.

    @ThreeUKSupport If you read about it working 5 hours later..That means original SIM never had a fault..The fault was with 3 network which was totally denied

    @ThreeUK you must be the worst network i have ever been with. 85% my FRIGGIN WHATSAPP MESSAGES won’t even load. When I went in store I’ve been told „maybe get off 4G and use 3G instead“ what is this 2012? I’m currently using pub wifi to tweet this

    For the last three months or so I haven't been able to make phone calls or use data. What's more is that @ThreeUK are ignoring my complaints. So basically there service is horrid, customer and otherwise.

    @ThreeUK adding charges before I have even started a contract with you and not chaning my sim over on the date I request 2 weeks ago. Now you're saying I have to wait another week to transfer a number. Very poor start

    @ThreeUKSupport after i contacted support they told me it comes through a company called Oxygen8 for a website called meme-zone, neither of which i have ever heard of.
