@ThreeUKSupport They have absolutely messed the whole thing up! I have no 4g, no phonecall facility and when I check the plan on the app I seem to have reverted to the old one. Each ‘chat’ tells me it will be ‘perfect and not to worry’ total nightmare! I’m paying for an invisible service

@ThreeUK Absolutely disgusted at your service ...I have been waiting since Friday morning for my old number to transfer to my new contract... was given a 48 hr bracket but here I am over 72 hrs later... I bet you’re direct debit out of my account will be right on time 🤨
