    @ThreeUKSupport They have absolutely messed the whole thing up! I have no 4g, no phonecall facility and when I check the plan on the app I seem to have reverted to the old one. Each ‘chat’ tells me it will be ‘perfect and not to worry’ total nightmare! I’m paying for an invisible service

    @ThreeUKSupport This mornings ‘live chat’ seems to have solved the problem. I will wait to see if I no longer get two contract bills . I live in hope !

    @ThreeUKSupport Unfortunately the agent was unable to cancel as the contract was taken out in store and would incur a cancellation fee. I’m surprised that the consumer protection is only applicable to online transactions. I think that’s unfair.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, this is still not resolved. This is my first week ever with three and I’ve had NO signal for a week after moving from a provider I’ve been with for years! Please help me to resolve this as soon as possible
