    @ThreeUKSupport They have absolutely messed the whole thing up! I have no 4g, no phonecall facility and when I check the plan on the app I seem to have reverted to the old one. Each ‘chat’ tells me it will be ‘perfect and not to worry’ total nightmare! I’m paying for an invisible service

    @ThreeUKSupport your phone signal is absolutely diabolical and I havent had signal for nearly 2 months despite being told it would be fixed in a week. Tried calling 4 times today LOST SIGNAL EVERYTIME. Moving to EE as soon as my contracts up. Thanks for ruining my 2020.

    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK Have a look at my recent conversations with them. They have said about a problem with coverage and masts in our area, so work on it. Also keep asking me to do webchats which is totally unnecessary. I have even brought my own Wi-Fi booster and makes barely any difference.

    @ThreeUKSupport When I looked at my phone, message was there, said something like emergency Alert test, message from operator, had "OK" at bottom, tapped that, then asked if I wanted to continue receiving emergency messages, I replied yes, wondering if it was genuine or not now?

    @ThreeUKSupport If this is not resolved I’ll be filing a report with the financial conduct authority and seeking legal advice. I had a dual sim phone and was fully aware that my service ended in June when I requested it. And won’t be conned out of my own money by a team lying about the details.

    @ThreeUKSupport I cancelled the contact, the sim became inactive on the agreed date when I cancelled. I can’t remeber if I cancelled online or with a call but Customer Service are saying there is no record.

    @ThreeUK where do I make a complaint about how shocking your network is. I’m expected to pay £66 a month and can’t even open a web browser 50% of the time unless I connect to Wi-Fi somewhere. Awful
