@ThreeUKSupport They have absolutely messed the whole thing up! I have no 4g, no phonecall facility and when I check the plan on the app I seem to have reverted to the old one. Each ‘chat’ tells me it will be ‘perfect and not to worry’ total nightmare! I’m paying for an invisible service

@ThreeUKSupport Yesterday our service at IP14 was highlighted in your status tracker as a Fault being fixed. This morning the same until 6am when the site resolved to No known issues - but service has not resumed - rebooted my router but no signal - can you advise?

@ThreeUKSupport internet has been down all day, this happens all the time. I cannot stress how poor your service is. I pay 30 pounds a month for dial up equivalent internet and whenever I flag an issue up I am ignored time and time again.
