Tried calling 4 times today LOST SIGNAL EVERYTIME. Moving to EE as soon as my contracts up. Thanks for ruining my 2020.
-

-
Tony Malone (@TonyMaloneUK) reported from Weston-super-Mare, England@Scoutsscarter @ThreeUK I’ve had no end of problems with @ThreeUK as a customer over the summer... both for broadband and mobile. Still no apology or offer to discuss the problem.
-
Steve Griffiths (@stegrif) reported from Athelney, England@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK seems to be pretty much no way of contacting you for help at the minute. Just run out of data was hoping you may help for the two days before my allowance renews....as other providers are doing 🙁
-
Rob (@robmckinlay) reported from Burnham-on-Sea, England@ThreeUKSupport Ok I’ll try too, phone speaker not working but will see what I can mangage
-
-
Tony Malone (@TonyMaloneUK) reported from Weston-super-Mare, England@ThreeUKSupport Resolved in part.... but my written complaint received a letter simply asking me to call you.... to be told to reply in writing as they can’t deal with it over the phone....
-
Susanne Liddeatt (@SueLidds) reported from Weston-super-Mare, England@ThreeUKSupport They have absolutely messed the whole thing up! I have no 4g, no phonecall facility and when I check the plan on the app I seem to have reverted to the old one. Each ‘chat’ tells me it will be ‘perfect and not to worry’ total nightmare! I’m paying for an invisible service
-
Rob BCFC Wood (@rojiblancosRob) reported from Burnham-on-Sea, England@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK Have a look at my recent conversations with them. They have said about a problem with coverage and masts in our area, so work on it. Also keep asking me to do webchats which is totally unnecessary. I have even brought my own Wi-Fi booster and makes barely any difference.
-
Tony Malone (@TonyMaloneUK) reported from Weston-super-Mare, England@ThreeUKSupport Still with three as I had more than one account... wanted to upgrade my other one too but hit same issues as simply can’t talk to any one in mobile broadband customer service
-
ellie 💫 (@_ellielyne) reported from St. Georges, England@ThreeUKSupport I don’t know what Three are trying to do but the use of emojis is sending off the wrong message. I’m going to be filing a complaint to the Ombudsman.
-
Reece (@reece_evans) reported from Weston-super-Mare, England@ThreeUK why am I paying for a service that NEVER works at my house - BS494EQ
-
Susanne Liddeatt (@SueLidds) reported from Weston-super-Mare, England@ThreeUKSupport This mornings ‘live chat’ seems to have solved the problem. I will wait to see if I no longer get two contract bills . I live in hope !
3 (Three) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Jon ✨💫 (@jle2386) reported@robj3d3 @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK You need to leave it active. Next time buy a cheap phone (not smart phone) plug it in and leave it activate. All networks do this it's not new. Since you didn't have it in s phone the network didn't pick up a signal so it automatically thinks its inactive.
-
DAVID GREGORY KERR (@grego76525) reported@ThreeUK (Private Message for Three Only) I pre-paid so I don't have to worry about the problem I earlier today when I ran out of data allowance, I just wish that Flickr would not sign me out as it eats into my data allowance
-
CoverageChecker (@coveragechecker) reported@Mainstreamlive @ThreeUK Surprised to hear that.. considering its all part of VodafoneThree, and you should have access across the entire network of Vodafone and Three masts. Although I know its not full coverage so you might just be in a dead spot, depending on where in the country you are.
-
Mahmut Tör (@MahmutTor) reportedDear @virginmedia and @ThreeUK One of you cut our broadband service, the other one doesn’t provide mobile signal even though we pay both of you. could you supply some pigeons please?
-
Olly (@helloitsolly) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK @GoRoamless And SMARTY I have in my phone but haven't been in UK for months, no issues
-
Stuart (@Stuart61838784) reported@ThreeUK Contract finishes this year and we won’t be staying with you now you have lost long term customers due to your network being shocking and getting worse, this happens every time in the last year and half then you lie saying your improving it when your not,
-
Sean Redmond (@seanpaulguitar) reported@ThreeUK your live chat agent is a pile of crap, if someone asks to be put through to an agent and says no questions it must immediately do so, your unacceptable menus and ridiculous questions arent acceptable, if i ask for an agent it should be IMMEDIATE
-
Charlie Halstead (@CharlieMansfi17) reported@coveragechecker @AndyUK_52 @ThreeUK It’s just ridiculous. It shouldn’t be about pairing flagship phones with flagship plans. If a phone supports the network’s full capabilities, then every customer on that network—whether they’re on pay as you go or pay monthly—should have equal access to the same 5G service.
-
Rob Hallam (@robj3d3) reported@helloitsolly @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK Exactly what I was doing, and apparently that was the problem?
-
ᗰOOᑎ 🌙 (@ClarityClack) reported@Baz69 @ThreeUK Oh this is awful.
