@ThreeUKSupport This mornings ‘live chat’ seems to have solved the problem. I will wait to see if I no longer get two contract bills . I live in hope !

@ThreeUKSupport They have absolutely messed the whole thing up! I have no 4g, no phonecall facility and when I check the plan on the app I seem to have reverted to the old one. Each ‘chat’ tells me it will be ‘perfect and not to worry’ total nightmare! I’m paying for an invisible service

@ThreeUKSupport is there some problem with 4g in SW London? It’s been terrible all week. Half the time it won’t connect at all! Same for whole family who are on Three network. Quite frustrating when you want to be outdoors!

@ThreeUKSupport So contacted T-Mobile USA and they say they retired their 3G network as of July 1st (but weird that it worked earlier in the week) . I'm not sure whether your roaming agreement includes 4G, or maybe it's just my handset doesn't support the necessary frequencies in the US.

@ThreeUK is there a reason that I’ve always got full bars of 4G but nothing ever loads, or messages never arrive? The connectivity is so unreliable

@ThreeUKSupport I STILL don't have access to the app though! so I cant buy data , so cant use data for GPS etc - hugely disappointing service given that I have obviously proved who i am.....

@ThreeUKSupport 2nd July and I went in store after that. Someone was meant to call me but never did. There’s clearly an issue, I can’t believe you are unable to identify it and that your customer support is so disjointed. Hopeless 😡
