    @ThreeUKSupport They have absolutely messed the whole thing up! I have no 4g, no phonecall facility and when I check the plan on the app I seem to have reverted to the old one. Each ‘chat’ tells me it will be ‘perfect and not to worry’ total nightmare! I’m paying for an invisible service

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, I logged a problem with yourselves on Friday and I have spoken to Three everyday since. The problem continues and frankly I’m done. Can you cancel my contract please or get someone to ring me and I’ll happily tell them why I will never deal with Three again.

    @ThreeUK would love to know why your customer service agents are too busy trying to sell extras instead of making sure they get new upgrades delivered to the correct address. Attention to detail. Shambles of a company.

    @ThreeUKSupport @notameadow @ThreeUKSupport your network is a joke in central London. You can have as many bars of 3G or 4G signal as you like, but you won’t be able to do anything with it! Can’t wait to cancel contract.

    @ThreeUKSupport Planned work from 9 to 5 for the last 3 days??? Appaling service as this was informed so I can make prior arrangment. It has caused me great inconvenience. Can you raise a complaint please?
