As I said, I *was* unable to use my SIM for a week. Past tense. Itโs working now, very happy with network performance, very unhappy it took nearly a week to transfer, and no Visual Voicemail.

Besides, mobile operator signal boosters work by being plugged into a router. You can buy generic cell signal boosters but these are expensive and require installation of external antennae and running coaxial cable to a repeater indoors

Richard Gendal Brown (@gendal) reported@lawrencenewport are you sure itโs the signal? My experience in London (on @ThreeUK) is that I have a full 4G or 5G signal yet am unable to access anything. And it varies by time of day. eg early morning on Upper St Martinโs lane in Covent Garden itโs fine. Lunchtime? Forget it. So Iโm guessing the cell is overloaded or the backhaul is saturated. Either way thereโs no problem with โsignalโ. Itโs that theyโre giving me basically zero bandwidth.
