Jon Goda (@jongoda) reported from Hunton, England@ThreeUKSupport So when your network status says “no problems” that’s not really correct? If you look back at this thread you’ll see this has gone on for months with a “fix” just around the corner all the time. Will the problem just shift to another mast (with knock-ons to my coverage) on 23/8??
-
Jon Goda (@jongoda) reported from Hunton, England@ThreeUKSupport Not yet. Previous experience tells me you’ll say there’s a fault with congestion at my mast and that you’re working on it. My question remains are you ever actually going to fix this..?? Is that chat link from weeks ago still valid?
-

𝕁𝕠𝕟𝕒𝕥𝕙𝕒𝕟 𝔾𝕣𝕠𝕧𝕖𝕤 🇬🇧🇫🇷🇪🇸🇪🇺 (@JonathanCGroves) reported from Kings Hill, England@Freemason_UK @ThreeUKSupport @O2 I know, very rude. And considering it’s effectively globally broadcast, worrying the corporates haven’t taken action.
-
Jon Goda (@jongoda) reported from Hunton, England@ThreeUKSupport I saw some minor improvement on the 26th but from your description of “congestion in the area” the root cause of my slow data is not resolved so I’m not sure why your status said it was (for two days) on the 26th/27th..? 3G is more stable but slower (obvs!)
-
Rockwell7 😷 (@Rockwell7) reported from Maidstone, England@Mobile_Dom @GadgetsBoy I've got no 5G signal for my side of Maidstone in Kent from @ThreeUK so I can't test 5G atm

🏳️🌈🏳️🌈Simon Winstanley 🇬🇧🏴 (@Winclouduk) reported from Maidstone, England@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for quick reply. There is a few popular attractions around here and they will have the same issue. It’s strange that mobile networks have monopolised on this fact :-(
-
Bryn (@brynwilliams81) reported from East Farleigh, England@ThreeUKSupport Your mobile coverage is absolutely terrible all day without been able to make or receive calls £65 a month for what???
-
Mark Hamilton (@MarkHamilton76) reported from Rochester, England@chrishorn1978 @ThreeUK 3 don’t sell boosters anymore mate. Besides, mobile operator signal boosters work by being plugged into a router. You can buy generic cell signal boosters but these are expensive and require installation of external antennae and running coaxial cable to a repeater indoors
-
Craig Hall (@Craig_hall_93) reported from Ashford, England@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK what’s going on with the network? I can go on my internet and make texts, receive texts and calls but I can’t seem to make calls !

-
Tessek (@Tessek1983) reportedHey @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK are you ever going to fix the signal in Darlington town centre 2 years at least the transmitter on bondgate house has been down and nothing done to replace
-
JBids 🐷🟪 (@VuFromTheMirror) reportedWill the £1 Nero coffee be returning @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport ? This was a customer retainer for me and I'd like to know whether to hold on or jump ship now?
-
Kira (@_itzkira) reportedYo @ThreeUK please go sort your 5G out, it's down in parts of NG17 and is stuck on 4G - meanwhile your website states "Our systems haven't reported any network problems" And no, it's not because of my location, I use 5G in my house every day, it's cheaper than any ISP...
-
ivan (@ivanrosadev) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK wtf that’s an insane thing to do with so many important things relying on 2fa via sms, which by the way I hate
-
Matt🦻 (@Matts_Tweeting) reportedterrible signal service since @ThreeUK and @VodafoneUK merged. all networks have been crap with 5g never working and 4g being downgraded but this is ridiculous. signal checkers always say its fine. @SMARTYMobileUK uses 3 and i can't ever use what i pay for. #smartymobile
-
𝙋𝙝𝙤𝙚𝙣𝙞𝙭🐦🔥| FREE PALESTINE (@phoenixmcx) reportedanyone else having issues with three internet atm @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport
-
Jon ✨💫 (@jle2386) reported@robj3d3 @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK You need to leave it active. Next time buy a cheap phone (not smart phone) plug it in and leave it activate. All networks do this it's not new. Since you didn't have it in s phone the network didn't pick up a signal so it automatically thinks its inactive.
