@ThreeUKSupport Morning. Well your website says all is well and you texted to say the “issue is fixed” but once again, no data via 4G this morning. Reconnecting to the tower resolved it. Is there actually still a fault?

  • GtAlastair
alastair goodale (@GtAlastair) reported from Maidstone, England

@ThreeUKSupport why have I got issues with tweets?

  • Winclouduk
🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈Simon Winstanley 🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@Winclouduk) reported from Rochester, England

@ThreeUKSupport ME4, 4hy. It’s like being at a festival with full signal but no data . It’s been like this for years and I need to get engineers to actually go there and test it

  • brynwilliams81
Bryn (@brynwilliams81) reported from East Farleigh, England

@ThreeUKSupport Your mobile coverage is absolutely terrible all day without been able to make or receive calls £65 a month for what???

  • jongoda
Jon Goda (@jongoda) reported from Hunton, England

@ThreeUKSupport I saw some minor improvement on the 26th but from your description of “congestion in the area” the root cause of my slow data is not resolved so I’m not sure why your status said it was (for two days) on the 26th/27th..? 3G is more stable but slower (obvs!)

  • willgrady
Will Grady (@willgrady) reported from Rochester, England

@ThreeUK my household has FOUR accounts with you. I call for help about another issue and the advisor wants to sell me MORE. I try to politely decline. He transfers me anyway. I try to explain again. He PUSHES ON with the sales pitch! I have no more money to give you!

  • drongo123uk
Chris Tring (@drongo123uk) reported from Gillingham, England

@manxiouslife I too have had very good service from @ThreeUK however, i will be leaving simply because they don't support Esim, and having a smart watch i would like the support

  • Winclouduk
🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈Simon Winstanley 🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@Winclouduk) reported from Maidstone, England

@ThreeUKSupport That area is ln12 2ly. There is non existent signal all around the town not just this postcode. I think you need a bigger mast for that area

  • jongoda
Jon Goda (@jongoda) reported from Hunton, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hi @ThreeUKSupport - yet again our 4G is incredibly slow and has been for days despite multiple reconnects to your network. Imagine my surprise that once again your network status says there is a fault. Are you ever actually going to fix this..????

  • Winclouduk
🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈Simon Winstanley 🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@Winclouduk) reported from Maidstone, England

@ThreeUK any way you can update your masts to give signal to my hotel I work in and the massive beefeater? Seems we all fall into a black spot for any signal :-( me143as

  • JonathanCGroves
𝕁𝕠𝕟𝕒𝕥𝕙𝕒𝕟 𝔾𝕣𝕠𝕧𝕖𝕤 🇬🇧🇫🇷🇪🇸🇪🇺 (@JonathanCGroves) reported from Kings Hill, England

@Freemason_UK @ThreeUKSupport @O2 I know, very rude. And considering it’s effectively globally broadcast, worrying the corporates haven’t taken action.

  • Winclouduk
🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈Simon Winstanley 🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@Winclouduk) reported from Maidstone, England

@ThreeUKSupport @TheBiggestDesi I have never had my bills increase when in contract. Be fair though I actually read the small print and choose a tattoo that doesn’t’

  • jongoda
Jon Goda (@jongoda) reported from Hunton, England

@ThreeUKSupport Not yet. Previous experience tells me you’ll say there’s a fault with congestion at my mast and that you’re working on it. My question remains are you ever actually going to fix this..?? Is that chat link from weeks ago still valid?

  • SteveMale6
Stevo_author (@SteveMale6) reported from Smarden, England

Where UK phone operators are concerned, @ThreeUK is utterly hopeless. I live in the most populous part of the UK, yet either constantly lose signal or have none to start with. I've passed my 14-day cooling off period, so am now stuck for 23 months. Absolutely appalling service.

  • Winclouduk
🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈Simon Winstanley 🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@Winclouduk) reported from Maidstone, England

@ThreeUKSupport My family lives there and for past few years there isn’t good signal. Even going to watch football in pub and can’t use phone as no where has basic signal :-(

  • MarkHamilton76
Mark Hamilton (@MarkHamilton76) reported from Rochester, England

@chrishorn1978 @ThreeUK 3 don’t sell boosters anymore mate. Besides, mobile operator signal boosters work by being plugged into a router. You can buy generic cell signal boosters but these are expensive and require installation of external antennae and running coaxial cable to a repeater indoors

  • jamesdevonport
James (@jamesdevonport) reported from Rochester, England

@ThreeUK What is going on with your network recently, it never EVER works.

  • jongoda
Jon Goda (@jongoda) reported from Hunton, England

@ThreeUKSupport So when your network status says “no problems” that’s not really correct? If you look back at this thread you’ll see this has gone on for months with a “fix” just around the corner all the time. Will the problem just shift to another mast (with knock-ons to my coverage) on 23/8??

  • MedwayTimes
Medway Times (@MedwayTimes) reported from Maidstone, England

@ajpaterson @ThreeUK .. common and well known problem that has been around for years - usually charges are triggered by you opening an sms coming from a 3digit or 4digit numbers. .. Three will reimburse your loses (make sure there are no new subscriptions neither). Best!

  • BambieBambini

@ThreeUK Warning for 3 PAYG Users They cut off my service and kept my remaining credit, claiming no chargeable activity for 6 months, despite a recent call I have the logs on my phone to prove. This is the last time they will rob me. I’m switching to another provider.

  • elektramonster
    Danielle (@elektramonster) reported

@ThreeUK As your signal is getting consistently worse, we were pleased to find that we could use Vodafone when 3uk isn't working (most of the time where we are currently) however it says Vodafone is a forbidden network! Can you explain this please?

  • rob_welford

  • PHILIPCARRUK
    Philip Carr (@PHILIPCARRUK) reported

@ThreeUK why have you billed me for 5–6 months of line rental after I cancelled my SIM and moved my number to Vodafone? Now I “owe” £190+ due to your error. Take responsibility and fix this.

  • bjornivart
Bjørn Ivar Teigen Monclair (@bjornivart) reported

Tried this today! When it works its great. Login experience needs some work, I had to log in 3 times on an 11 hour flight, but I'm sure that'll get sorted. @ThreeUK @Starlink
