@ThreeUK my household has FOUR accounts with you. I call for help about another issue and the advisor wants to sell me MORE. I try to politely decline. He transfers me anyway. I try to explain again. He PUSHES ON with the sales pitch! I have no more money to give you!

  • SteveMale6
Stevo_author (@SteveMale6) reported from Smarden, England

Where UK phone operators are concerned, @ThreeUK is utterly hopeless. I live in the most populous part of the UK, yet either constantly lose signal or have none to start with. I've passed my 14-day cooling off period, so am now stuck for 23 months. Absolutely appalling service.

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for quick reply. There is a few popular attractions around here and they will have the same issue. Itโ€™s strange that mobile networks have monopolised on this fact :-(

  • MarkHamilton76
Mark Hamilton (@MarkHamilton76) reported from Rochester, England

@chrishorn1978 @ThreeUK 3 donโ€™t sell boosters anymore mate. Besides, mobile operator signal boosters work by being plugged into a router. You can buy generic cell signal boosters but these are expensive and require installation of external antennae and running coaxial cable to a repeater indoors

  • andypagethfc
Andy Page (@andypagethfc) reported from Kings Hill, England

@ThreeUKSupport Yes had issue Sunday! Had to reboot router several times before it connected to the internet! BN14 9GA. No error lights on router but can see in the app that no internet connection

@ThreeUKSupport Iโ€™m referring to my migration from O2. I was for almost a week unable to use either my old or new SIM. Noted that you โ€œchooseโ€ not to support Visual Voicemail on iPhone. Thanks for that.

  • jongoda
Jon Goda (@jongoda) reported from Hunton, England

@ThreeUKSupport Not yet. Previous experience tells me youโ€™ll say thereโ€™s a fault with congestion at my mast and that youโ€™re working on it. My question remains are you ever actually going to fix this..?? Is that chat link from weeks ago still valid?

  • alec46819
Alec Edwards (@alec46819) reported from Minster-on-Sea, England

Hi @ThreeUK are you having issues with phone calls today? Both me and my wife can't get anyone to hear us when we call, but ok if they call us

@Freemason_UK @ThreeUKSupport @O2 I know, very rude. And considering itโ€™s effectively globally broadcast, worrying the corporates havenโ€™t taken action.

  • markgosy
Mark Gostling (@markgosy) reported from Kennington, England

@ferret1979_1 @ThreeUKSupport Three sim only used to be exempt, they claim its to pay for the 5g network etc.

@ThreeUKSupport That area is ln12 2ly. There is non existent signal all around the town not just this postcode. I think you need a bigger mast for that area

  • drongo123uk
Chris Tring (@drongo123uk) reported from Gillingham, England

@manxiouslife I too have had very good service from @ThreeUK however, i will be leaving simply because they don't support Esim, and having a smart watch i would like the support

  • jongoda
Jon Goda (@jongoda) reported from Hunton, England

@ThreeUKSupport So when your network status says โ€œno problemsโ€ thatโ€™s not really correct? If you look back at this thread youโ€™ll see this has gone on for months with a โ€œfixโ€ just around the corner all the time. Will the problem just shift to another mast (with knock-ons to my coverage) on 23/8??

  • jongoda
Jon Goda (@jongoda) reported from Hunton, England

@ThreeUKSupport Morning. Well your website says all is well and you texted to say the โ€œissue is fixedโ€ but once again, no data via 4G this morning. Reconnecting to the tower resolved it. Is there actually still a fault?

  • MedwayTimes
Medway Times (@MedwayTimes) reported from Maidstone, England

@ajpaterson @ThreeUK .. common and well known problem that has been around for years - usually charges are triggered by you opening an sms coming from a 3digit or 4digit numbers. .. Three will reimburse your loses (make sure there are no new subscriptions neither). Best!

@ThreeUKSupport - Hello! Ever since Vodafone and Three have merged my signal at home went from 250-300mbps download to 3-4mbps. It only goes back up when I turn my phone to airplane mode on for a few minutes and then back off. Any help would be much appreciated!

  • Darren_Fewins
    Cornish Darren Fewins (@Darren_Fewins) reported

One of the reasons I will never use @ThreeUK is because as a non-customer, they call me frequently to irritate me about its network. Then they slam the phone down on me when I ask them how they got my number. . How on Earth do they think this is good for attracting new customers?
