    @ThreeUK my household has FOUR accounts with you. I call for help about another issue and the advisor wants to sell me MORE. I try to politely decline. He transfers me anyway. I try to explain again. He PUSHES ON with the sales pitch! I have no more money to give you!

    @chrishorn1978 @ThreeUK 3 donโ€™t sell boosters anymore mate. Besides, mobile operator signal boosters work by being plugged into a router. You can buy generic cell signal boosters but these are expensive and require installation of external antennae and running coaxial cable to a repeater indoors

    @ThreeUKSupport My family lives there and for past few years there isnโ€™t good signal. Even going to watch football in pub and canโ€™t use phone as no where has basic signal :-(

    @ThreeUKSupport So when your network status says โ€œno problemsโ€ thatโ€™s not really correct? If you look back at this thread youโ€™ll see this has gone on for months with a โ€œfixโ€ just around the corner all the time. Will the problem just shift to another mast (with knock-ons to my coverage) on 23/8??

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes had issue Sunday! Had to reboot router several times before it connected to the internet! BN14 9GA. No error lights on router but can see in the app that no internet connection

    @ThreeUK Itโ€™s a shame Iโ€™ve had to resort to this. Three customer service is the worst ever. New phone went missing, 2 months ago , now having been promised 2 weeks ago it was sorted , still nothing.

    @ThreeUKSupport Not yet. Previous experience tells me youโ€™ll say thereโ€™s a fault with congestion at my mast and that youโ€™re working on it. My question remains are you ever actually going to fix this..?? Is that chat link from weeks ago still valid?

    @ThreeUKSupport Iโ€™m referring to my migration from O2. I was for almost a week unable to use either my old or new SIM. Noted that you โ€œchooseโ€ not to support Visual Voicemail on iPhone. Thanks for that.

    Where UK phone operators are concerned, @ThreeUK is utterly hopeless. I live in the most populous part of the UK, yet either constantly lose signal or have none to start with. I've passed my 14-day cooling off period, so am now stuck for 23 months. Absolutely appalling service.

    @ThreeUKSupport I wouldnโ€™t expect you to be able to access customer accounts over Twitter!!! As I said, I *was* unable to use my SIM for a week. Past tense. Itโ€™s working now, very happy with network performance, very unhappy it took nearly a week to transfer, and no Visual Voicemail.

    @ThreeUKSupport you've cancelled my internet from today instead of 24th march as requested and I'm told it will take 72 hours to investigate your error. Meanwhile my daughter can't submit online homework and my wife can't submit uni assignments, no streaming either. Awful service

    @ThreeUKSupport I cannot go into enough detail on the issues I've been having with you. But apparently according to your customer service I ordered 1 SIM on a 2 for 1 SIM offer, which makes little sense. Despite actually using your "connect together" program.

    @ThreeUK absolutely disgraceful service, cancelled order due to fraud, despite everything the same as my last order! Now I have to wait 3 months! Complaint department can't actually answer questions or doesnt resolve anything! Disgusting service

    Some scammers called pretending to be @ThreeUK. I played along. First red flag is @ThreeUK calling me about bad service. Second red flag was the urgency and rush. Last red flag was asking to click yes on a notification on my phone to get a new sim card 1/

    Many thanks to the hopeless @ThreeUKSupport for waking me up despite clear instructions not to call me before 1pm clearly they didnโ€™t listen to a word I said. No idea of customer service.

    @ThreeUKSupport is there anyway to stop the incessant calls about my upcoming contract renewal? This is daily and bordering on harassment now. I told your service advisor I will switch providers if this does not stop, same for my wife and daughter.

    @ThreeUKSupport it's 2026 and the service is absolutely diabolical!! Fifteen minutes worth of scrambled phone calls just to tell someone a phone number. Sort it out
