@ajpaterson @ThreeUK .. common and well known problem that has been around for years - usually charges are triggered by you opening an sms coming from a 3digit or 4digit numbers. .. Three will reimburse your loses (make sure there are no new subscriptions neither). Best!

@ThreeUKSupport Yes had issue Sunday! Had to reboot router several times before it connected to the internet! BN14 9GA. No error lights on router but can see in the app that no internet connection

@chrishorn1978 @ThreeUK 3 don’t sell boosters anymore mate. Besides, mobile operator signal boosters work by being plugged into a router. You can buy generic cell signal boosters but these are expensive and require installation of external antennae and running coaxial cable to a repeater indoors

@ThreeUKSupport Postcodes tested in those screenshots: M5 5JR and M41 7FN. And here's a screenshot from in my living room just now, -111 RSSP on 1800+, LTE EARFCN 1392 on cell 357634 (sorry, didn't gather this info for other tests) Upload speed seems universally poor even with hundreds down.

Why don't they do facebook calls. Better, have each party download Signal App on smartphone. free calls and text. I do it globally.

@ThreeUKSupport Just a bit laughable that someone who took out a contract after me received their TV within 9 days and I'm here like???? You wouldn't of got that customer if I hadn't recommended Three.
