    @ThreeUKSupport after initially being impressed by your response to my original tweet it appears that was a false dawn. Very disappointing customer service from both your call centre and via the various DMs. Shame. I’ll be looking to move all of my contracts to a new provider

    @elondems @ThreeUK I have to say roaming isn’t an issue with me as I don’t go abroad lol, always best to check these things. If it showed it was included they should have apologised and refunded you any costs...

    @brilee84 @Apple @ThreeUKSupport Doesn’t say that on there though does it. I’ve used Apple TV for 3 things ever, can’t say I’ve needed any sort of support for that... Tbh I’m not arsed about not getting it, just don’t think they should suggest something they then don’t give.

    Contract for @ThreeUK is up in December. Start looking at other networks. Never felt valued and never any incentive to make you stay!

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, I didn’t give a postcode as it wasn’t just in one small area, it was all across the FY1 3.. area. Seems better the last couple of days. Just an observation, when your service isn’t very good, probably not wise to criticise your customers questions.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport why have i just gone on the app to correct my direct debit details and it is in someone elses name and their account details? Data protection breach as i can see their billing details? Contactled live chat to be told noone can reply due to technical issue

    AWFUL that @ThreeUK sent me a letter two weeks ago saying "welcome to your new plan!" and when i got a notification today that i was almost out of data told me "welp, it doesn't kick in until the 19th of december". you've really ****** me, Three.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, I realise that, but I’m being asked to identify all sorts each and *every* time I log in. It really is very tedious when the login, password and/or Face ID should suffice. The various captcha photos are often hard to make out.

    @ThreeUKSupport So I have to wait 3-5 days for a new sim and cell service. So my network is deliberately putting me in harms way. If i leave my house I have no way of contacting anyone. And I’m paying for a monthly service. No it’s not Kirsty! What about work?! This is also my work phone !!
