    @ThreeUKSupport after initially being impressed by your response to my original tweet it appears that was a false dawn. Very disappointing customer service from both your call centre and via the various DMs. Shame. I’ll be looking to move all of my contracts to a new provider

    @bearz1066 @O2 @ThreeUK been with them for over 10 yrs no one can come close on price Never had any signal issues travelling up and down the country, usually works where my work phone doesn’t, that’s on a gamma sim meant to pick up either EE, Vodafone or o2 whichever is stronger.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, I didn’t give a postcode as it wasn’t just in one small area, it was all across the FY1 3.. area. Seems better the last couple of days. Just an observation, when your service isn’t very good, probably not wise to criticise your customers questions.

    @stevelitchfield @ThreeUK Lucky you. There has never been any mobile data here a few miles out of Preston and probably never will be with it being a council estate. Network operators are not going to invest in an area unless they're going to get some ROI.

    @brilee84 @Apple @ThreeUKSupport Doesn’t say that on there though does it. I’ve used Apple TV for 3 things ever, can’t say I’ve needed any sort of support for that... Tbh I’m not arsed about not getting it, just don’t think they should suggest something they then don’t give.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Stephie.... yes you did reply. Expecting me to wait until Sep 6th for service is unacceptable. I've only just moved to this property and this has happened on a regular basis. I receive TV through my internet and this isn't working.

    @ThreeUKSupport That is understandable but the issue is 24/7 regardless of day or time I’ve tried at weekend at midnight and 6:30 am on week day and still have issues so that suggests underlying issue. If there if formal way to report let me know

    @ThreeUKSupport hi can u tell why Internet connection has got so bad with 3, it used to be the best,my colleagues on other network get much better service, I have an Huawei mate 10 Pro and Samsung galaxy note 10 plus both have bad Internet, this is country wide not just at home

    ... but no doubt their small print exempts them from the requirement of providing the service you pay for. Anyway, I'm going back to the Vodafone network via Lebara. Got a deal on a month to month SIM only until the end of my @ThreeUK term when I'll look at handsets. /end

    @ThreeUKSupport OK as I said this is a month to month contract so afraid I will have to cancel it :( I know EE is considerably faster they dont do month to month contracts which is why I took this but I guess we will have to just bite the bullet for the 12 months
