@brilee84 @Apple @ThreeUKSupport Doesn’t say that on there though does it. I’ve used Apple TV for 3 things ever, can’t say I’ve needed any sort of support for that... Tbh I’m not arsed about not getting it, just don’t think they should suggest something they then don’t give.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I didn’t give a postcode as it wasn’t just in one small area, it was all across the FY1 3.. area. Seems better the last couple of days. Just an observation, when your service isn’t very good, probably not wise to criticise your customers questions.

@ThreeUKSupport @aaronbrockhurst Apparently this is a known issue on their side, the system somehow de-registers your number. Could be due to a contract renew or whatever. In order to fix it, you need to register your number with them. You should get a SMS with a new one time password that you can use to login.

@ThreeUK I've just spent almost three hours on the phone to your customer "support" because I've been charged £75 for 11GB of excess data on a 3 year old 20GB contract that has cost me £8.40 a month as long as I've had it. My @SMARTYMobileUK would have charged £11. Shocking.

@ShokerRajdip @ThreeUKSupport I've been trying to raise a complaint for weeks, but every time I get through the advisor speaks then magically hangs up.. Its disgusting. About to send my upgrade back and go elsewhere. 10+ years also, they don't care.
