    Contract for @ThreeUK is up in December. Start looking at other networks. Never felt valued and never any incentive to make you stay!

    @stevelitchfield @ThreeUK Lucky you. There has never been any mobile data here a few miles out of Preston and probably never will be with it being a council estate. Network operators are not going to invest in an area unless they're going to get some ROI.

    @ThreeUKSupport @SBRoxMan FY1 has been down since last night. 3rd tweet mentioning this.. how can you not spot outages before users have to complain about it, you should be proactively monitoring your network!

    Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

    @bearz1066 @O2 @ThreeUK been with them for over 10 yrs no one can come close on price Never had any signal issues travelling up and down the country, usually works where my work phone doesn’t, that’s on a gamma sim meant to pick up either EE, Vodafone or o2 whichever is stronger.

    @brilee84 @Apple @ThreeUKSupport Doesn’t say that on there though does it. I’ve used Apple TV for 3 things ever, can’t say I’ve needed any sort of support for that... Tbh I’m not arsed about not getting it, just don’t think they should suggest something they then don’t give.

    @ThreeUKSupport Your customer complaints department are under the impression that the contract was only terminated once you found the handset 🤷 it's actually embarrassing when you read their replies. There have been at least 20 emails between me and them and I estimate 10 'advisors' involved 🤯

    @ThreeUKSupport Dear Finn, I've already had customer service on the phone and they couldn't help. Apparently if the store has a no return policy nothing can be done. I will join your chat as soon as you can reply that you have the authority to force them to refund me.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I contacted one of your operators, but was only pointed to reset my phone, as there was nothing you could do about the poor signal in the area. Basically unless you improve your range, it's a waste of time having your service
