@ThreeUK imagine being a customer for over 15 years, almost never having missed a payment in that time, if ever, and being declined a second phone on the network. Absolutely terrible. Don’t be surprised if my own contract isn’t renewed when it’s up in a few months...

@ThreeUKSupport Nope. Not a chance Stephie. I expect you to be busier than normal but service at the minute is shocking. I’m looking at upgrading my phone very soon and with what has gone on I may have to look elsewhere which I don’t really want to do being a customer of yours for years.

Hi @ThreeUKSupport we’ve been having issues with mobile data (both 3G and 4G) for a few weeks now. It’s incredibly slow and takes minutes for webpages to load. Tried soft reset, aeroplane mode etc but nothing improves it. FY8 2HS

@SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE That what made me switch from three to ee , network congestion and the fact the 4g coverage from three in my area hasnt changed in 4 years, still no coverage, yet ee offer no 5g yet but 70-110mb 4g connection which is overkill but come in hand if my broadband goes down

@ThreeUKSupport Tried that before. Im pretty confident it’s not my phone it’s your service. Three has already admitted my signal is poor at home, I have a discount to my bill every month as you know this is an ongoing issue. Other 3 users are noticing, and telling you, the same.
