    @ThreeUK appalling service. You are a communications company however you can’t organise your call centre staff to work from home!!! Banks, mortgage companies and travel agents have organised this so why can’t you. This is really concerning that the only option is online chat.

    @ThreeUKSupport new customer (2 weeks) at Gatwick airport south terminal. No mobile signal. I'm starting to regret switching from Vodafone. Please sort this out. I'm on the free wifi sending this tweet.

    @ThreeUKSupport Well it’s not good enough I’m a flight attendant on standby if I get a call and it doesn’t go through I’m the one who gets a meeting and a note on my record!!What exactly am I paying for his seems to be constantly happening so why am I paying my bill for service that’s not workin

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, we have been told on my occasion that the refund has been processed and the money never appears! Sick of chasing and the lack of customer service. To make it worse, the refund was because 3 took the money in error!

    @ThreeUKSupport as you know most of us can not work right now, and are not getting paid, i can not pay my bills for foreseeable Future, you shut phone lines down and it seems impossible to Get on The online chat, so you going to leave me no choice but to stop direct debits

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks - that's who I have been using but getting nowhere. They never call back when they promise to - second dispatched phone also not delivered...! Don't want to cancel but it's heading that way!

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s said ‘please try again later’. This is silly now, still no resolution. We have a letter that states ‘ please call us for a refund’ so we will just take this to a small claims court! @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport This was around 6pm, by 9pm it was working perfectly fine. No idea how old it is but you’ve tried to tell me it’s a SIM issue before years ago, & it wasn’t, just your service. I did turn my phone off & on again, I think that’s the first thing most people would do, should I have?
