    @ThreeUK appalling service. You are a communications company however you can’t organise your call centre staff to work from home!!! Banks, mortgage companies and travel agents have organised this so why can’t you. This is really concerning that the only option is online chat.

    @ThreeUK what an awful start to my sim only contract. Number not transferred over when it was meant to and to make matters worse I was being charged for a week that I hadn’t even used! I have cancelled the contract now - such a shame that your staff can’t listen to reason!

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, we have been told on my occasion that the refund has been processed and the money never appears! Sick of chasing and the lack of customer service. To make it worse, the refund was because 3 took the money in error!

    Son updated contract with @ThreeUK, switching to Sim only. At their suggestion, changed his number to avoid a wait. Now being chased by a debt collection agency as it seems they failed to cancel old contract and want to charge him for 2 phones, when he only has one.
