@JurgensTeeth @thedavidpage @ThreeUK I've been told via a chat on the app, for my area seven days to be completed, I won't hold my breath! That information wasn't to forthcoming, they seem to be trying to blame your phone or apps rather than the problem being theirs.

@ThreeUK Hi 3. Been a loyal customer for 7 years now. However, the 4g signal in Liverpool around the Albert Docks area flats is absolutely shocking. One of the roaming dragon seagulls could transmit more data. Could you attach antennas to them so we can get data coverage

Please RT far & wide. I was recently sold a new upgrade to my phone by @ThreeUK I changed my mind and decided I wanted to buy the phone outright. The phone has not been taken out of the box. I made the upgrade on Saturday and @ThreeUK have refused to cancel the upgrade. Avoid 3.

@ThreeUKSupport Also you might want to look at training too as the person I spoke to didn't seem confident enough dealing with the PAYG issue I have, if it was Pay Monthly they be fine but as it was PAYG they were struggling.
