*sigh* bought a new phone SIM from @ThreeUK - when registering I added a + sign to my email address. It allowed it, but failed to let me login once created. Had to get support to manually fudge my email address to one without a + sign, and now it magically works again. Sheesh.

Then I tried very hard I said I have recording and contract but they were making excuses always and saying your bill will be reduced but later sending text your bill is right Because they were playing game with me. Indian @ThreeUK customer services were playing Asian games.

I took my phone in for a replacement screen and I made your colleagues aware that my old screen was a £30 Belkin. They replaced my screen and chucked away my old screen and didn’t give me a box for the new one.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi there, someone from 3 I was on the phone to earlier (technical support I believe based on yesterday's live chat) did something to my account, and now I have no service here on my 3 SIM. This is obviously quite serious. Any immediate help greatly appreciated.
