@ThreeUKSupport Out for a walk and about a mile from home. My signal kicked in, therefore there is clearly an issue with the signal closer to my home postcode. All of which relevant information you already have.

@ThreeUK absolutely diabolical customer service I have experienced. Very unhelpful to sort anything out and been going around in circles with the issue with no clear resolution. Customer complaints team are unhelpful. Advise to stay away. Ombudsman will be contacted.

I’ve registered a complaint about the inadequacy of @ThreeUK processes. When I asked what would happen to this complaint I was told: nothing. I wouldn’t head back from them or get any feedback. Complaint essentially gets filed & ignored. Completely unacceptable.
