-
RR (@richjrawlings) reported from Coychurch Lower, Wales@ThreeUKSupport Hi Jordanna. The signal is not always 1 bar as this fluctuates when I move to different areas of Bridgend. So this is not a SIM or Device issue, this is to do with the signal/antennas in each area.
-
🏴 Stuart 🏴 (@welsh_stu) reported from Caerphilly, Wales@ThreeUKSupport Been through this, you won’t check as it’s a business account and the business team never follow up. 2 years ago Caerphilly had around 40mb down now it’s about 4mb down and no one there seems bothered.
-
AR (@itzonlymee) reported from Bridgend, WalesDisgraceful service @ThreeUKSupport for a young person earning a minimum wage and depending on DD going out on time 😡
-
вeтнαn (@bethjx_) reported from Pontypridd, Wales@ThreeUKSupport 😂😂 am already with you.. just waiting to upgrade in September hopefully the iPhone 8 will go down a bit
-
Rossko 👉👉 (@RosskoKeniston) reported from Porth, WalesThis may be something that only affects me but it's hugely unfortunate @ThreeUK are discontinuing their Three In Touch app. I don't have that great a signal in my house and being able to make calls and text over WiFi was a massive benefit. Arg.
-
Ben Williams (@BenThatFlies) reported from Penmaen, Wales@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK is there any reason why I can’t call anybody on my phone?! Are the issues yet again in the NP12 area!?
-
Ross Maisey (@TweetterRoss) reported from Church Village, Wales@ThreeUK Extremely annoyed with your service. Been a customer for many years and have two lines. Tried to upgrade and was told a price. I asked was there any upfront costs to be told no At the end of the call I was asked for £90. Livid and will be leaving
-
🏴 Stuart 🏴 (@welsh_stu) reported from Caerphilly, Wales@ThreeUKSupport No improvement after a restart and I tried 3 different phones so I know it’s not my phone. The phone is on 3G most of the time anyway and it is around the same speed as 4G. The signal is absolutely terrible.
-
🏴 Stuart 🏴 (@welsh_stu) reported from Caerphilly, Wales@ThreeUKSupport They said wait a week and try again, and it’s still horrendously slow.
-
Ross Maisey (@TweetterRoss) reported from Church Village, Wales@ThreeUKSupport Incredible customer service NOT!!!
-
Rossko 👉👉 (@RosskoKeniston) reported from Porth, Wales@ThreeUKSupport I'm nearing the end of a two year contract! I don't live in a great signal area unfortunately, calls tend not to reach my phone at home unless I have the WiFi on. I'm definitely not complaining, there are huge benefits to Three, InTouch was literally a lifesaver a while back!
-
🏴 Stuart 🏴 (@welsh_stu) reported from Caerphilly, Wales@JohnDubyaUK @ThreeUK Yeah they’re all in such a rush to get 5G out, they just seem to have given up on trying to get 4G sorted out. At least show me I’ve got a crap signal, don’t pretend it’s all full speed and awesome.
-
Giggsy (@DjGiggsy) reported from Pontypridd, Wales@djphilg101 @ThreeUK You should have 5G down with you now, 4G is good up here tbf
-
PJG (@PJGil) reported from Pencoed, Wales@ThreeUK something isn't right with the mast in cf35 6tg. I normally have 4 bars and 4g but only 1 bar and no data. Its not just me either. Phone gets 5 bars and 5g 4 mile down the road so phone is ok

Mbappe's 1️⃣ hater (@SoundWavePapi) reported@LycamobileUK @iD_Mobile_UK @ThreeUK All in all next time instead of paying £26 pm for ID Mobile, I'll just put my £26+5 pm on a different provider next time and never be swindled by low prices from jokemen ever again.
-
stevie (@stevie_builds) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Same as what Jakey was saying. I was on Telstra (aussie), while i was in SEA. PAYG, and id still receive texts, but after 7-8 months they told me they were gonna cancel my plan because i hadnt recharged... luckily they planned to do that the day i got back, but if i just paid $30 to recharge after 7 months i guess that would have given me another 7 months...
-
roy pavett (@PavettRoy) reported@ThreeUK bloody awful customer service from Three. I have an account in my name but phone is used by my daughter. I have given consent for them to ALWAYS speak to my daughter regarding account SIX times (4 this morning)....and STILL they keep asking for my permission....
-
Semir Jahic (@realSemir) reported@siyabuilt @robj3d3 @ThreeUK So bad.
-
kojohobojyotomo (@nojohokomodobo) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK They don’t cancel your sim for that. I’ve been out the uk since April. You’re just a tit clearly
-
Martin Seebach (@mseebach) reported@OldLondonW14 @ThreeUK If you want to be sure, get a cheap pre-paid SIM from (a provider on) the network and test it before committing to a plan.
-
Siya (@siyabuilt) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK bro I had the EXACT same thing happen to me with my Swiss provider, I call em up and they tell me "we don't have you as a customer in the system"
-
Vocsolo (@Vocsolo) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Also, they cancel it if you’re inactive , so when you do get a physical sim and abroad, make sure to make some phone calls like once a month
-
Donia Alqomlas (@DAlqomlas) reported@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Need help i payed 40 pound to my sim but still not activate what should i do to return my number that i used it more than 10 years
-
Leo Phillips (@leo_phillips) reported@PaulHolman100 @OldLondonW14 @ThreeUK This is a good shout. From my personal experience, Spusu have been superb value for money and offer eSIMs also. Lyca were absolute crap so save yourself the headache.
