    @ThreeUKSupport hi my daughter had her new phone today with a new SIM card after and upgrade she activated the sim. But there was nothing when trying to into my 3 for new number would let us log in or update password. Kept saying technical error. Is there a problem.

    @ThreeUK be aware i just got charged £15 for a 21 minute conversation with another mobile user! That is appalling. Please explain why your charges have gone up 250% I will be changing network ASAP.

    @ThreeUK something isn't right with the mast in cf35 6tg. I normally have 4 bars and 4g but only 1 bar and no data. Its not just me either. Phone gets 5 bars and 5g 4 mile down the road so phone is ok

    @ThreeUK I purchased a 4g router for a caravan but then sold it a few weeks into the contract I then took it to my house but no signal at all As I work in England I took it to solihull but there is rarely coverage what can I do as you cant provide service

    thanks to @ThreeUK for ruining the 321 PAYG rates that allowed me as a disabled person to get out and have contact/support via data.. i cant commit to a contract nor those MB packages that expire after a month. 10/10/5 is absurd esp w the shite signal

    @miceal @ThreeUK I still live at same end of the town as your mum, so cover is really poor in our area. Even though Three insisted to me at the time I had perfect cover!! Vodafone is better to be honest.
