@ThreeUKSupport No improvement after a restart and I tried 3 different phones so I know it’s not my phone. The phone is on 3G most of the time anyway and it is around the same speed as 4G. The signal is absolutely terrible.

So 2 weeks ago there was a 4G issue in my village with speeds in kbps range. It's been better but last few days now fine 50-70 Down, around 18 Up. @ThreeUKSupport It's not easy when living a completely mobile network operator life. No home fixed ISP. 1/2

Just came back from North Wales and thanks god I have a sat nav & sos button in my @MercedesBenz as otherwise my journey in the morning would involve searching for an actual road map since @ThreeUK was down, so no service nor data during 4h journey from Cardiff 👎😑🙄 #threedown

@ThreeUKSupport Been through this, you won’t check as it’s a business account and the business team never follow up. 2 years ago Caerphilly had around 40mb down now it’s about 4mb down and no one there seems bothered.

@ThreeUKSupport Yeah there weren't any issues. Just no inside signal. There was definitely no 3G & no VoLTE either. Just thought I'd mention it. Mayb a consideration for future network upgrades.

@ThreeUK one click for a data add-on for one month when you run short. But you can’t cancel the auto renewal without ringing - but no one answers. No option to add data without auto renew. Essentially dishonest practice. @OFTgov should investigate you.

@ThreeUK thanks for that 3, haven’t had internet for 3 weeks because you’ve been doing maintenance in the area and you’ve still charged me £40 when my bill is also only supposed to be £35. Honestly close to cancelling. Awful service!!!!!!

@ThreeUK There isnt anything big about your network. I was on a 0.05 download speed earlier at work. Absolute joke of a providor you are. I need to start looking for a better phone company
