-
Chris w (@Chris14817) reported from Exeter District, England@EwenRankin @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport O2 went down not long ago and Vodafone not long before that. Don’t think you’ll ever find a network where it’ll never happen. And to be fair I’ve not known this with Three before.
-
M Turner Plastering (@MTPlastering) reported from Kingskerswell, EnglandLooks like @ThreeUK network is down 🙈 going to a quiet day for me today. I wonder if WiFi calling still works 🤔
-
David Millward (@DavidJMillward) reported from Dawlish, England@ThreeUKSupport I was not told of any issue prior to calling Three technical support yesterday to complain. As soon as I said I had a HUAWEI HomeFi router, he said “I know exactly what the problem is. All those routers have corrupted software, we are waiting for a fix but don’t know when”.
-
Vinnie Smith (@P_H_Services81) reported from Exeter District, England@ThreeUKSupport need a resolution to a problem which I believe is down to you!!! I have 2 contracts with you and 2 current and active direct debits with my bank, one contract hasn’t been charged/debited for almost 6 months and I’m now being harassed by a debt recovery agency.
-
David Millward (@DavidJMillward) reported from Dawlish, England@ThreeUKSupport Yes I’m in the midst of a complaint via Resolver. Only had one coherent reply, the rest are incomplete auto replies or confusing. Can’t log in to MyThree. It says my password is wrong but only option to change is via text to my now not working sim number.
-
David Millward (@DavidJMillward) reported from Dawlish, England@Three_Is_Broken @Teshiburu @Huawei_Europe @Huawei @ThreeUK I don’t believe it is the HUAWEI Router and switching to 3G was no better for me. I tried that ages ago (no thanks to @ThreeUKSupport ) who only suggested that ‘fix’ during my call to cancel.
-
David Millward (@DavidJMillward) reported from Dawlish, England@Teshiburu @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @EE @HuaweiMobileUK Thank you. Yes, that’s the same as mine. I just emailed @HuaweiUK support to see if there is an update and if so how to get it and install.
-

David Millward (@DavidJMillward) reported from Dawlish, England@ThreeUKSupport The issue is with #hauwei 311s-220 4G #HomeFi unit supplied by @ThreeUK. Read previous tweets & you’ll see I was told by your phone tech support person that this is a known HUAWEI software issue. All I want to know is have you fixed it or am I just seeing speed fluctuations.
-
Ashley Jones (@ashisnemo) reported from Countess Wear, England@mcarhartharris @ThreeUK Have a pair of Anker headphones for running from amazon. Worked first time, relatively cheap and the sound quality is great for the price. Worth a try if the @beatsbydre carry on being a let down.
-
David Millward (@DavidJMillward) reported from Dawlish, England@ThreeUKSupport EX7 0PQ is nearest. 4G signal itself is strong, HomeFi WiFi download speed is the issue. I did not speak to Hauwei support, I spoke to Three support. It was Three support told me about the known software issue, but could not say when it would be fixed.
-
David Millward (@DavidJMillward) reported from Dawlish, England@ThreeUKSupport Think it’s pretty clear if you read any of my tweets what the problem is. Not wasting any more of my time talking to you via chat or phone. All I want is an answer to my latest Resolver message or clarification that my case is still open. @Three_Is_Broken @Teshiburu
-
