    NEVER START A CONTRACT WITH @ThreeUK! The handset I got 12 days ago had broken, the store won't accept it back and their #customerservices all contradicting themselves - one department is happy to help then the next won't help at all! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! #NoHelp #NeverAgain

    @Payforit_Sucks @nuyoo_fitness I got a refund after 3 days after having contact with Sara the UK customer service manager. She was excellent. The call centre staff were abrupt and rude. @ThreeUK have apologised and given me £50 as an apology too. It should never have happened

    @ThreeUKSupport It seems to be flitting between five bars of 3G, although it seems rather slow, and a single bar of 4G which is woefully slow. Ive restated both our phones, it’s made no difference.

    I was already on a pretty good deal with @ThreeUK (£20 a month for unlimited minutes & texts and 100 GB data) but I've just upgraded on their "Black Friday" deal (ugh, sorry, hate the concept) to unlimited data too, still for just £20 a month! Not bad 😀 cheers @ThreeUKSupport

    @virginmedia Yes it's showing an issue now. Oddly 4g on @ThreeUK is really slow too :-(

    @SnookerBunny @JeanBarber @ThreeUK Agreed on this. I used them once, cost £15 for 10GB, then another £32 for the 56 megabytes I used over my allowance when I accidentally posted a Facebook comment or some shit (plus the 50p a second customer service phone line calls).

    @sammymaine @ThreeUK They did this to me too! I got so frustrated at being shouted at that I started crying on the phone. It was awful! Nobody should be spoken to like that.

    @SnookerBunny @ThreeUK My daughter was in Mumbai and thought was part of her plan - racked up a huge data bill in mins but got into the live chat immediately and they refunded 95% of it and gave her some free data to help while she was delayed there 👍🏼

    @ThreeUK Disgusting customer service . Your call centre have tried to fob me off with half excuses and no help. Asked to speak to a Manager and denied only after I said I would contact ofcom did I have any movement. To anybody reading this post keep clear of 3

    @ThreeUKSupport 4g is much better today thanks. Was really playing up yesterday though. Switching it to 3g was a good short term fix. Hopefully there won't be too many instances as I've pivot just got the contract out!
