@ThreeUKSupport I'm nearing the end of a two year contract! I don't live in a great signal area unfortunately, calls tend not to reach my phone at home unless I have the WiFi on. I'm definitely not complaining, there are huge benefits to Three, InTouch was literally a lifesaver a while back!

This may be something that only affects me but it's hugely unfortunate @ThreeUK are discontinuing their Three In Touch app. I don't have that great a signal in my house and being able to make calls and text over WiFi was a massive benefit. Arg.

@ThreeUKSupport Thank you for replying Kymberlie. I suppose it's one way to make new friends. I feel really bad for the 80 yo from Denmark who is being harassed by phone calls.

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve been emailing customer complaints back and forth for months. First Three point blank denied they had blacklisted and said it was due to unpaid bill. Then after I showed them my device was blacklisted and proved purchase. They told me they had done it but because I didn’t pay

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Jen, I had a PAYG but decided to change to pay monthly. Tried to move my phone number to new sim but in the end it didn’t happen as Three had issued the new contract in the wrong name. Asked them to cancel the pay monthly contract and reinstate my PAYG, still waiting!

@ThreeUKSupport The point is, a company calling a customer and straight away asking for their password breaks security protocol. No company in the entire world should do this and knows fine well. This issue has been publicised and rectified over the past 5 years, come on. Like seriously?
