    Currently with @EE with no/very low signal at home address! Who wants to send me sim cards so I can see what network to change to! @O2 @o2 @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK

    This may be something that only affects me but it's hugely unfortunate @ThreeUK are discontinuing their Three In Touch app. I don't have that great a signal in my house and being able to make calls and text over WiFi was a massive benefit. Arg.

    @ThreeUKSupport I'm nearing the end of a two year contract! I don't live in a great signal area unfortunately, calls tend not to reach my phone at home unless I have the WiFi on. I'm definitely not complaining, there are huge benefits to Three, InTouch was literally a lifesaver a while back!

    @ThreeUK I requested to cancel my contract as I was in my 30 day period.. I have never experienced bad customer service... A. Your advisors beg us to stay on and B. Now I have no service... I need my PAC code I CANNOT afford to lose my number.

    @Claytoncast @ThreeUK I went from being an O2 customer for years as customer service was shocking lots of problems and deals expensive to Plusnet. Fab deals great customer service πŸ‘πŸ»

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi I brought 5g Internet from you nearly 2 months ago now. Was fine to start with but the past week, I can't do anything. A reset works for about 30 minutes then I can't do anything. All the lights are green and will say I have no Internet. Any help please?

    @ThreeUKSupport Are there issues with the 3 app and website at this moment? I cannot log on to either at this moment. website says to use the app, and the app just gives an error (something gone wrong).

    @jamesbrobinson @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK as much as i loved Three, i finally bit the bullet and left them for EE, the signal is a lot better, better speeds as the network appears to be over congested, plus the online billing and account management works every time

    @ItsJustTamsin @ThreeUK Omg, that's terrible! their customer service is terrible, they hang up on you all the time! Switched to EE, best decision ever, and they have customer service in the UK.

    @ThreeUKSupport it has taken over an hour of chat to just keep the deal I am on. I am so checking out new providers when this contract ends next year given the way I have bene treated. No point in being loyal as a customer anymore to a brand when you offer new customers better deals. Shameful
