@ThreeUKSupport I'm nearing the end of a two year contract! I don't live in a great signal area unfortunately, calls tend not to reach my phone at home unless I have the WiFi on. I'm definitely not complaining, there are huge benefits to Three, InTouch was literally a lifesaver a while back!

This may be something that only affects me but it's hugely unfortunate @ThreeUK are discontinuing their Three In Touch app. I don't have that great a signal in my house and being able to make calls and text over WiFi was a massive benefit. Arg.

@ThreeUK absolute joke of a customer service team, doing work in the area that ended a week ago to make my services better apparently, now I have no reception at all and £150 a month goes from our household to you cretins

Someone tell me why i rook a new contract iut with @ThreeUK ring up to cancel and they give me some good sim only deal and i core even make calls or receive calls and i can after been on call for 2 mins its everyone off and says i cant take calls lol the network is crap

@ThreeUKSupport I took it out 17 days ago as i wanted to cancel all together but instead i thought id take a sim only and had my number changed but wasnt sent a new sim card so i think this is where the problems are i need a new sim with the new number as its only started since changing it

@ThreeUKSupport hello. New sim won’t activate and it doesn’t recognise my details when logging in to my3. Sends a text to the number trying to active to retrieve password which I obvs can’t get? Then recommends to call which I can’t do as sim won’t activate. Can you help please?

Hacker get a verbal pac code to port to hackers sim? You got text to your no. as confirmation which highlighted there was something going on?

@ThreeUKSupport Yeah I got this response last time but every other company in the country has it but yourselves even @iD_Mobile_UK have it and they used your masts and network, so when are you getting it? Is it this month? Or are you getting it at all?
