    This may be something that only affects me but it's hugely unfortunate @ThreeUK are discontinuing their Three In Touch app. I don't have that great a signal in my house and being able to make calls and text over WiFi was a massive benefit. Arg.

    @ThreeUK absolute joke of a customer service team, doing work in the area that ended a week ago to make my services better apparently, now I have no reception at all and £150 a month goes from our household to you cretins

    @ThreeUKSupport I'm nearing the end of a two year contract! I don't live in a great signal area unfortunately, calls tend not to reach my phone at home unless I have the WiFi on. I'm definitely not complaining, there are huge benefits to Three, InTouch was literally a lifesaver a while back!

    @ThreeUKSupport right a month now of no signal in work! What is an address to complain and not live chat there useless! Np4 6yw is the postcode i’ll just cancel my contract otherwise shambles of a seevice

    Been with @ThreeUK for over 17 years, never had a problem with them & been happy. My contract is up, so gave them a call. All of their offers were considerably more than other providers & the phone and package I wanted was £288 more over 24 months. Got my PAC code, Disappointed!

    @ThreeUK worst customer service ever: I lost my phone on the 22nd of September and I requested a new sim card with my old number on the 23rd AND on the 1st of October. The second time, I was told I would receive one in 1-3 working days. No sign of it. Very pissed.

    @ThreeUK Internet is awful in my area for the last two weeks at least. Website said work in area would be complete by 23rd of Sept yet still wifi is almost non existent ...impossible to get hold of anyone and growing frustrated. Can you help?or money back for lack of service?

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUKSupport the restaurant in Charlton scan a code on their reader and it does not allow them to proceed Happened with two new codes and in several other instances in the week.Restaraunt has asked for Threes help as the error message shows a Tech issue on three’s side
