This may be something that only affects me but it's hugely unfortunate @ThreeUK are discontinuing their Three In Touch app. I don't have that great a signal in my house and being able to make calls and text over WiFi was a massive benefit. Arg.

@ThreeUKSupport I'm nearing the end of a two year contract! I don't live in a great signal area unfortunately, calls tend not to reach my phone at home unless I have the WiFi on. I'm definitely not complaining, there are huge benefits to Three, InTouch was literally a lifesaver a while back!

@ThreeUK My wi-fi is repeatedly dropping connection today and it's destroying my ability to work online this morning. This happens on a good two or three times a year and yet you keep raising my charges, for a not very good service.

@ThreeUKSupport There are two tests: Router tests & local area tests. I know (after going through troubleshooting 6 times) that the router is not the issue. This has been the conclusion 6 times. Kindly explain why I would need to repeat step 1 for a 7th time, when we know it’s a local area issue
