    This may be something that only affects me but it's hugely unfortunate @ThreeUK are discontinuing their Three In Touch app. I don't have that great a signal in my house and being able to make calls and text over WiFi was a massive benefit. Arg.

    Try to reply to a @ThreeUK text survey about poor service and get a “not delivered” every time. You couldn’t make it up

    @ThreeUK absolute joke of a customer service team, doing work in the area that ended a week ago to make my services better apparently, now I have no reception at all and £150 a month goes from our household to you cretins

    @ThreeUKSupport I'm nearing the end of a two year contract! I don't live in a great signal area unfortunately, calls tend not to reach my phone at home unless I have the WiFi on. I'm definitely not complaining, there are huge benefits to Three, InTouch was literally a lifesaver a while back!

    @iD_Mobile_UK @ThreeUK My wife and I are both ID Mobile customers, we both could not use our phones all day yesterday due to your technical problem. You should refund your customers 1 day for loss of service, which is only fair.

    @ThreeUK Why are you still stating that data services weren't affected? I was affected and so were thousands of other users and you know this as you were informed all day. Why no apology for the hassle this caused? Which in my opinion is worse than only voice calls being down

    @ThreeUK This outage was brilliant definitely what I needed on the day, I was supposed to have an important phone call going back and forth and after an hour I knew it was something with three. Luckily I also have a Sky contract that worked.
