This may be something that only affects me but it's hugely unfortunate @ThreeUK are discontinuing their Three In Touch app. I don't have that great a signal in my house and being able to make calls and text over WiFi was a massive benefit. Arg.

@ThreeUKSupport I'm nearing the end of a two year contract! I don't live in a great signal area unfortunately, calls tend not to reach my phone at home unless I have the WiFi on. I'm definitely not complaining, there are huge benefits to Three, InTouch was literally a lifesaver a while back!

@ThreeUK hi my mobile data isn't working at all. It just says 'no service' at the top of my phone. I tried calling 333 but it automatically fails, checked the network coverage and it should be fine really, restarted my phone, my bills been paid help ASAP

@ThreeUKSupport OK. And after being back yesterday, it's gone again. It worked briefly this morning but has now failed and will not restart. Can you contact me via dm to discuss this further. There should be no problems here as we have never had any before - why suddenly is it not working.

@ThreeUKSupport yet another call talking 30+ minutes trying to get an upgrade, pay my bill, sort my account! This has been the worst experience, very disappointed. Misinformation, actions not followed through and leaving me to chase you multiple times, poor customer service.
