    This may be something that only affects me but it's hugely unfortunate @ThreeUK are discontinuing their Three In Touch app. I don't have that great a signal in my house and being able to make calls and text over WiFi was a massive benefit. Arg.

    @ThreeUK absolute joke of a customer service team, doing work in the area that ended a week ago to make my services better apparently, now I have no reception at all and £150 a month goes from our household to you cretins

    @ThreeUKSupport I'm nearing the end of a two year contract! I don't live in a great signal area unfortunately, calls tend not to reach my phone at home unless I have the WiFi on. I'm definitely not complaining, there are huge benefits to Three, InTouch was literally a lifesaver a while back!

    @ThreeUKSupport Pete, the person on the phone said the correct invoice order date would be emailed over last night. Not done. You now say you know is an issue and trying to sort. Can the correct invoice not be sent over? Or was your colleague wrong?

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi there, when I call Three support, I tend to get cut off at some pt during the call.I called to get a PAC code. Apparently because I told them I didn't want to continue my contract (which was ending on 28th Jan), they can't give me a PAC code without cancelling my cancellation

    @ThreeUKSupport I understand COVID delays but i was told on 3 seperate occasions the sim would be with me the next day. If it would have been explained the delays that would have been no problem. I didnt deactivate the sim, the ******* live chat did. Now i cannot do my day job from home

    @ThreeUKSupport constant slow speeds of around 2-5 mbps and your live chat keep telling me the same thing. Change network settings ect.. I’m sick of paying £40 a month for slow speeds. It’s advertised as ‘VERY GOOD’ in my area yet my speeds are shockingly slow. HX3 9AN post code
