  This may be something that only affects me but it's hugely unfortunate @ThreeUK are discontinuing their Three In Touch app. I don't have that great a signal in my house and being able to make calls and text over WiFi was a massive benefit. Arg.

  @Joshce03 @ThreeUK @ThreeUK this is an absolute disgrace. My mate showed up to a hospital appointment that had been moved, but he never got the call because your network was down. This isn’t just poor service — it’s completely unacceptable. People depend on you. Get it sorted.

  @ThreeUK Data services are not working. I'm in Edinburgh at the moment and have had no data since about 10am this morning. This has happened far too many times now and will be cancelling my contract asap and moving to EE

  I dont even make many phone calls, but the 1 day i try to make calls @ThreeUK network is down the whole day so i hope this inconvenience is reflected on my next bill @ThreeUKSupport and why wasnt customers messaged or emailed when you have no issue telling me when my bill is due
