When I rang up to speak with CS team i told them I had poor signal she said I'll ring you back in 5 mins to talk through some tech help! Never got a call back cause she couldn't get through lol still waiting on my call back aswell..

    Gosh mobile reception use pretty poor in @GunwharfQuays on @VodafoneUK . 4g i Adobe areas bit less than 1Mbps. Inside mostly 3g boy data. Some areas edge or 9 signal. Not good enough for 2020. @threeuk noticeably better but still not amazing

    @JSxully @ThreeUK This is why I left Three for Vodafone years ago. Using Three in major cities became a serious issue for me where Vodafone has never once caused me a signal problem. Plus I know ways to get the deals.

    @ThreeUKSupport Applied for a contract on a promo offer - was told by cust srvcs had to take ID into store, did all this and still no confirmation of my contract, if this application is stopped I expect you to refund my upfront and the early cancel fee from my current contract

    @Ch4d96 @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK seem to place higher in independent studies, and have much better indoor coverage, when i was with @ThreeUK i coudnt even get a signal in the St David shopping centre in Cardiff, very patch coverage with 3 in Wales, thats why i left and joined @VodafoneUK

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Are there any issues in the CM3 area that you are aware of? Have ok signal but 4g data is essentially dial-up speed, and get absolutely no 3g signal. 0.5Mbps down, literally 0Mbps up, it's totally unusable. The network status checker shows nothing...

    @ThreeUKSupport I never asked for one, I chose to terminate on app without code. Got sent one anyway. Just spent half an hour on app with an idiot who insists I asked for code and my passwords are wrong. And wont terminate. I ended up swearing at them and disconnecting. My sim is out phone now
