    Joy of having high speed Internet to work from home but the service is down with @virginmedia, thankfully I have tethering with my @ThreeUK mobile contact. Else I'd be facing a hour drive to the office. Any news as to why its down Virgin, other that the 6pm estimated fix?

    @ThreeUKSupport looks like a fail on the alert system test. Four phones in the house on Three, none of them got the alert. The one phone in the house on another network DID get it. All iPhones, all same setup…

    yet again @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport proving that their internet isn't fit for service - in the last few hours, it disconnects every few minutes and only reconnects when i get up to manually reset it. don't suggest talking to your support team, none of that helped. i am switching.

    @ThreeUKSupport and we are now on day 4 of no signal on phones or home broadband. working from home is now proving impossible can you please advise when this mast work will be sorted br2 6eh area this is just not on now 😡😡 this also happened a week ago too sort it out three 😡
