Once again within less than a month of getting the WiFi fixed (after 10 days) my @ThreeUK 5g hug has broken down. Once again, I’m told it’s not a network issue but my computer! So frustrating. @ThreeUKSupport

@ThreeUK I have had some issues with one of my contracts that are still ongoing after being assured they would be resolved by now. I am making a formal complaint but would appreciate a senior member of staff contacting me to discuss getting this resolved Asap!!
