MisterDaz (@MisterDaz) reported from Ellesmere Port, England@ThreeUKSupport I phoned 333. Told your servers were down and to phone back. Best you check everything’s not broken before you ‘suggest’ using a different browser.

If Three want to speak to me, I suggest your customer service team tries again. Meanwhile my satisfaction and confidence in Three is dropping by the day.
-

millie x (@adorexalaska) reported from Garston, England@ThreeUK no it actually annoys me so much how I can only get Internet and signal in some parts of my house because I'm in a shitty zone with no signal, I can only get signal on one half of my bed if I have my phone In the living room my hotspot doesn't work
-
Michelle Heymans (@MichelleHeymans) reported from Widnes, England@ThreeUK is it really too much to expect to be able to make and receive phone calls or use my data when in a town centre. Bad enough I now struggle at home after several trouble free years with you. Online chat's a joke and call centre a farce. Only struggled since contract renew
-
Jack Hunter (@xjackhunterx) reported from Widnes, England@ThreeUKSupport I would rather somone call me, the Web chat cuts out just to signal issues

-
Ross is TheGuyWhoSaw (@theguywhosaw1) reported from Tarvin, England@ThreeUKSupport It's ok. The only way I could get any help was to log an official complaint. Turns out there WAS a transmitter fault, despite the website saying it was fine.
-
DONT DREAM IT. BE IT (@funkyjammy) reported from Garston, England@dugganmartin83 @ThreeUK 🙄 there’s always a minimum 14 days grace period where you can cancel, go elsewhere that’s a joke !
-
Michelle Heymans (@MichelleHeymans) reported from Widnes, England@ThreeUKSupport I am not techie at best of times, dont know my way around Twitter, tweets or DMs. I know I sent something a few days ago but dont know how or where to find it to see if you have responded yet as I've lost the plot with your live chat or call centre. Kirsty (@kwhitfield_xx) reported from Crewe, EnglandPlease don’t just send me that shit online test to do. The matter of the fact is it isn’t fit for purpose and I am paying to have to use my partners @ThreeUK data to connect our tv !!
-
Jack Hunter (@xjackhunterx) reported from Widnes, England@ThreeUKSupport Honour 8x.... I belive this phone just has poor signal capability
-
Ross is TheGuyWhoSaw (@theguywhosaw1) reported from Tarvin, England@RiCHi @BBCBenThompson @BBCBreakfast @ThreeUK Well BBC are reporting the network as down and you can't make a call which is a lie. You can. Data services may be down but that's fixable. They're making it bigger than it actually is.
3 (Three) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
FINGERSJOHN✌ (@jnafr) reportedBack in B43 Uk dreadful service @ThreeUKSupport
-
Rhys Llwyd (@rhysllwyd) reportedUnfortunatelly @ThreeUKSupport are similar in my town center (Caernarfon, North Wales). Phones shows there is 4G signal but often nothing loads. They’ve said in the past it’s a local temporary fault. But I’m sure it’s bandwidth/network capacity issues.
-
naomi (@ROSS_G3LL3R) reported@ThreeUK As a young woman travelling abroad not only is this very dangerous but also absolutely disgusting that you think it’s acceptable to treat customers this way just to make more money! Sort it out @ThreeUK
-
Tristan Lane (@Tristan27856485) reported@ThreeUK @VodafoneUK I thought the merger was meant to improve signal. Not make it blooming worse. Cambridge is meant to be “silicon fen” tricky with such terrible network
-
Whisperity (@whisperity) reported@IMAC2 @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Check if your provider supports VoWiFi, and enable it for your number if you haven't already. Go into airplane mode. Enable VoWiFi, and connect to a WiFi network. Wait a few minutes for your phone to authenticate over the Internet into your home company's core network.
-
Olly (@helloitsolly) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK @GoRoamless Does that mean if you were on holiday for 2 months and didn't use it, they would also cancel? Seems odd Either way, Roamless will be very useful to have if you continue to travel as it's esim, works everywhere, does text and does calls
-
My Hot Topics (@speaakwin) reportedWhy the f is the @ThreeUK 4g and 5g signal so bad? 8 feel like I'm living in the 90s here. I have 5g 3/4 signal, and it's taking 45 seconds to do a basic Google search. It's a joke. I'll be switching to Lebara I think. Been with you for 23 years. Literally since I was 15.
-
Paul Holman 💙 (@PaulHolman100) reported@OldLondonW14 @ThreeUK I've never had a problem with EE in London and elsewhere. The cheapest way to use that is via Lycramobile or Lebara, both of which are available as sim only for very low prices. Three have been dreadful everywhere.
-
Ateeb (@NawazAteeb) reported@ThreeUKSupport just when I think your network can’t get any worse, you find new ways to lower the bar. The UK’s worse network. Your marketing team sends emails showing how clueless you are
-
Ailon (@loneyai) reported.@ThreeUK your customer support is horrible. Won’t let me cancel a broadband contract. I am now considering switching my mobile provider as well.
