Have been with @ThreeUK for less than a week, and have experienced nothing but problems. Customer service is useless, and now I've reached my credit limit (when I don't get service anywhere so have to use wifi calling) after only 5 days? Do not switch to Three.

@ThreeUKSupport So we have also tried browser & app & they just loop asking phone number , email, and then phone number,email .. Help desk told me to try browser, I explained we had, he said nothing more he could do?? Rang 444 and that doesn’t allow top up payment as phone is unlimited??
