My phones not working so I'll risk tying up the emergency services operator to check if it'll make an emergency call, after all it doesn't matter if someone with a real emergency cant get the help they need. Mindless.

    @markshaw @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK When I got my last iPhone the lady at O2 told me they don't lock their phones any more. Not sure if that's true or applies to all. You could get a SIM from a friend on another network and try it.

    @ThreeUKSupport The account was cancelled in 2016 and transferred to me, I set up a new direct debit, but you continued taking from my father as well as me. It is impossible to speak with someone in billing and I need urgent resolution of this

    @ThreeUKSupport I was referring to the sound quality rather than the music. It seems to be working now. Apparently running out of data before I upgraded was the issue. IMHO it should be obvious to check for these sorts of issues. This is the 2nd issue I've had with blocks.

    @ThreeUKSupport, the company I work for is experiencing intermittent inbound call issues but only on Three (I'm a 3 customer though!). Our provider suggests the issue is on your side as other networks work (they're seeing 487 errors for you guys) - can I DM more info please?

    @Drone693 @FeyiCarter @ThreeUKSupport If a bill produced, the payment is going to be requested regardless of what they say. You'd need to cancel your DD. A refund will take 3-5 working days only if account wasn't supposed to have a payment taken and can only be requested once your bank confirms successful payment.

    @ThreeUKSupport my partner (a 3UK customer but not on Twitter) tried to call her grandmother in Greece, to be met with "You have now reached your monthly credit limit..." She is a pay monthly customer, has no spend limit set, and has never had this issue before. What is this?
