    @markshaw @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK When I got my last iPhone the lady at O2 told me they don't lock their phones any more. Not sure if that's true or applies to all. You could get a SIM from a friend on another network and try it.

    @ThreeUKSupport I was referring to the sound quality rather than the music. It seems to be working now. Apparently running out of data before I upgraded was the issue. IMHO it should be obvious to check for these sorts of issues. This is the 2nd issue I've had with blocks.

    Why is the @ThreeUK signal in Stockport so bloody awful! It’s spotty as hell in the centre, almost non existent in Heaton Norris and it’s about as reliable as an election promise in the rest of the town.

    @ThreeUKSupport The main problem is no-one is contacting me at all to keep me informed & for a communications company I find that pretty ridiculous. The story changes day to day. I was recommended to you by a company partner and I will feed this back to them so we don’t recommend you again.

    @ThreeUKSupport mobile ph...i dont have a landline with wifi...long story my old landline cables dont support voice and data together...i wd have to pay for 2 phone lines Awful chat messaging yesterday...they suggested i used firefox browser...i have a screen print ..

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m happy with the plan but not the cost when clearly from the picture above and years of being a customer, I’m paying more then someone else for the same deal How is that fair???

    @ThreeUKSupport having trouble with phone calls on my iPhone 13 Pro. Call keeps breaking up and after a while connection drops. Is there any issues in PL20 6 ?

    @ThreeUKSupport Disgraceful. Still no response to my complaint. 1.5 hours on live chat and still unresolved. Over £140 taken from my account this month and no resolution. Disgusting !!!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Well the last three times I have phoned I’ve been told the 4G mast was down and they were fixing it by the end of the month. If I use 3G I can’t use anything that relies on data.. wifi calling won’t work if I’m home or work, and it’s 100% not my phone
