@ThreeUKSupport I was referring to the sound quality rather than the music. It seems to be working now. Apparently running out of data before I upgraded was the issue. IMHO it should be obvious to check for these sorts of issues. This is the 2nd issue I've had with blocks.

@markshaw @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK When I got my last iPhone the lady at O2 told me they don't lock their phones any more. Not sure if that's true or applies to all. You could get a SIM from a friend on another network and try it.

@ThreeUK @UKHonor The 4g round my area is really bad, been a customer for years and never had a problem but this year my prices have gone up but the 4g connection has gone down massively. Will be switching in a months time to another phone company as its been like this for months now

@ThreeUK I picked up a free SIM in Exeter last week for a Ukrainian lady I have sponsored. I thought this allowed her to unlimited data allowing her to use the internet whilst out & above & contact her family in Ukraine. After 6 days it’s stopped working, please help/clarify
