FAKE TEXT FROM THREE “3Update” claiming that “cannot take payment from your debit. Need to update details”. Clicked on it but then I deleted the text and checked my @ThreeUK app instead to be safe and can confirm there’s no issue with my account. @ThreeUKSupport please be aware!

@ThreeUKSupport Have been with @ThreeUK for years and always been very happy with service. However since renewing to a 24 month contract and 5G getting turned on, my service has been absolutely terrible. Terrible or no 3G/4G, calls cutting out or failing. 1/2

@ThreeUKSupport Yeah there weren't any issues. Just no inside signal. There was definitely no 3G & no VoLTE either. Just thought I'd mention it. Mayb a consideration for future network upgrades.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes I usually switch between when my 4G struggles. My calls have been dropping and not working properly too though in a variety of locations.

Imagine being a @ThreeUK customer with 2 contracts for years on end and being told to find another service provider because they can’t fix the masts in my area and then refuse to refund what I’ve paid off this mobile or even pay my upfront cost for my next phone 😡 #scabs

@NathanWyburnArt @Apple I’m having a similar issue and @ThreeUK won’t do anything about it. They told me to download some app which won’t help anyway as it’s unknown caller. I think next step is I’ll be forced to change my number 😐

So 2 weeks ago there was a 4G issue in my village with speeds in kbps range. It's been better but last few days now fine 50-70 Down, around 18 Up. @ThreeUKSupport It's not easy when living a completely mobile network operator life. No home fixed ISP. 1/2

@ThreeUK I have been a @ThreeUK customer since May 2005, that's over 15 years; I've had multiple cnts for me & members of my household for most of that. I called recently to upgrade 1 of 4 existing contracts, then I found that you don't care about loyal customers. Am considering leaving.

@ThreeUKSupport Hello Kymberlie, I'm guessing it's not good news if you're not posting a fix date on social media, I can't get on the the chat at the moment as it says 'Please try later' refreshing the page takes a good minute or so due to the poor connection, sometimes it fails to load at all.
