Mike Marcus 🏴🇪🇺 (@mikemarcus) reported from Ashford-in-the-Water, England

@ThreeUKSupport Three gives great mobile service but your customer service absolutely sucks

  • jondickinson
Jon (@jondickinson) reported from New Mills, England

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks, however the reason I’ve messaged on here is I tried calling 4 times yesterday & the call went silent your side & I had to hang up. I went on the chat & they told me the home broadband team didn’t use it so I had to call. Round in circles, but I’ll try again.

  • mikemarcus
Mike Marcus 🏴🇪🇺 (@mikemarcus) reported from Ashford-in-the-Water, England

@ThreeUKSupport It’s quite simple really. I want to speak to a human on the phone who is able to understand, and find a solution to my billing issue without accidentally hanging up. Can you help with that or not?

  • TanvirHamid1982
Tanvir Hamid 🇧🇩🇪🇺🔴⚪️⚫️🐝🇾🇪🇵🇸 (@TanvirHamid1982) reported from Bramhall, England

@ThreeUKSupport I am going to cancel the direct debit for this device & instead pay manually by debit card the correct amount.

  • thewickingman
Ian Thurman (@thewickingman) reported from Youlgreave, England

.@ThreeUK I've had an iPhone 14 from you, delivered in error to my property. I used your online chat facility to try and help you out. I was promised your customer support team would be in touch with me. They haven't. I assume you aren't interested in a phone worth £800?

  • markmccaughrean
Mark McCaughrean (@markmccaughrean) reported from Hope, England

@katebevan @JRJHealey @ThreeUK I’ve been staring at that for a while & can’t see it as anything other than wilful gouging. £6/GB would be pretty bad in my book, but the same amount for 1/1000th?! There can’t be any reasonable upstream cost explanation – it’s ugly capitalist profiteering, pure & simple.

  • thomasjowendy
Jo Thomas (@thomasjowendy) reported from Cheadle Hulme, England

@ThreeUKSupport your signal is terrible. I never have full bars and wished I had stayed with Vodaphone. It’s never been good since I moved over. Centra Manchester is dead, not good enough Three.

  • WhyWouldWe
X-Ray Katt (@WhyWouldWe) reported from Stockport, England

The 4G and signal bar means literally noting anymore. Cue @ThreeUKSupport apologising & asking me where I am, but this is happening everywhere. It’s not my phone either, I recently upgraded & have the same problem. 4G Icon and 3 bars of signal & I’m getting rubbish connection.

  • Scarlet0Pimp
Liam B (@Scarlet0Pimp) reported from Stockport, England

  • drchrisoleary
Dr Chris O’Leary (@drchrisoleary) reported from Macclesfield, England

@ThreeUKSupport My mobile Wi-Fi keeps dropping. Last Monday it was off all morning. I regularly gave evenings where it drips every 30 minutes or so. My mobile phone is on Sky, but I never have connection problems with it. Only my mobile broadband with Three

  • GodHesHard2
Matt Goddard (@GodHesHard2) reported from Stockport, England

@ThreeUK worst customer service ever. 22 minutes to answer a simple question. Repeatedly asked the same question by their rep only for them to tell me to calm down! Unbelievable

  • hellsbellsEU
Helen #FBPE #peoplesvote (@hellsbellsEU) reported from Stockport, England

@SuzanneEvans1 @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK are the worst company I have ever dealt with, it will do whatever it can to make money and will likely use this as a convenient reason. I recommend you switch ASAP

  • Poetech3
Poe{t}ech (@Poetech3) reported from Bollington, England

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK (Fraser) you are calling us. Not us calling you. And no one is listening to us. Really bad customer service. Again.

  • Poetech3
Poe{t}ech (@Poetech3) reported from Bollington, England

@ThreeUKSupport No contract. Advised by Three to pay outright for a dongle and a 1-month, one-off fee for 1-month wifi use. Told by their advisor that this was fine & best solution. Temp set up as we moved house & had to wait for broadband install. Never had a contract with them.

  • shaykelly2000
    ✈ ShayFlyingcrew🐝 (@shaykelly2000) reported from Stockport, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hi mark, all sorted now, I went on live chat, the problem was a cap on 600 minutes from many years ago, it had never been removed, I have unlimited but the 600 cap came into force. Been removed and received excellent customer service. 🙌🏼🙏 stay safe 💙

  • madmac2003
Darren Wright (@madmac2003) reported from Chapel-en-le-Frith, England

@ThreeUKSupport Different numbers. All from Tunisia the other day. Died down again since. But they start randomly.

  • m1665t3r
Adam Middleton (@m1665t3r) reported from Macclesfield, England

@ThreeUK is something happening with the network ? I have a host of numbers ringing me which I cannot answer and if I call back they said they havent rang, even my partners phone is calling mine and I have it in my hand switched off she is on @EE? How is this possible ?

  • Poetech3
Poe{t}ech (@Poetech3) reported from Bollington, England

@Ofcom how do we complain about how hard it is to cancel an order you never made to @ThreeUK ? We needed temp wifi solution after house move - bought dongle + 1 month use and now they won’t stop calling us and asking for cancellation fees. Disgraceful behaviour.

  • Poetech3
Poe{t}ech (@Poetech3) reported from Bollington, England

@ThreeUKSupport Understand. However, we do this dance, then someone rings me. I explain again. And ask to cancel the account. Again. As we were told - by you at point of sale - that we’re fine to use the hub for one month only. Which was all we needed. Threatening letters a new development : (

  • fundcruncher
    White Apathy (@fundcruncher) reported

@ThreeUK I can no longer listen to voice mail unless I record a stupid message? Are you on crack? Fk off. Give me access to my voice message or I'm changing provider. Not negotiable. Fkn tyrants.

  • NeddyOrNot
    Neddy (@NeddyOrNot) reported

It should be illegal how phone companies handle cancellations once your minimum term ends. If the contract's over, I should be able to cancel it online in 30 seconds, not spend an hour jumping through hoops just to stop paying them. I'm talking about @ThreeUK here, but let's be honest, they're all at it. Why is this still considered acceptable?

  • PavettRoy
    roy pavett (@PavettRoy) reported

@ThreeUK bloody awful customer service from Three. I have an account in my name but phone is used by my daughter. I have given consent for them to ALWAYS speak to my daughter regarding account SIX times (4 this morning)....and STILL they keep asking for my permission....

  • Teachertweet87
    H (@Teachertweet87) reported

@ThreeUKSupport hi I’m having repeated issues with my data roaming. Talked to live support but no solutions - how do I get help? Abroad for 4 more weeks and need a solution

  • k_n_gk1970
    graham k roberts (@k_n_gk1970) reported

@ThreeUK dont bother with this company, if you have a device plan, if you set up agreements, you pay the agreement an dthe this months device plan online in one go, you still fail the agreement somehow and still owe last months bill, clown company, i was with them since 2008 gonna leave

  • 80iishh

.@ThreeUK third time now I haven’t received these emergency alerts. You going to sort your network out soon?

  • BARFJAMiN
    enter shakira𓅮 (@BARFJAMiN) reported

congrats to @threeuk for finally working out how to send an emergency alert, ten minutes after every other network, then sending it again two minutes later to be sure. it’s a start, lads. might be funny to hear of nuclear apocalypse ten minutes after i’ve already been vaporised

  • keanie14
    David McKean (@keanie14) reported

@threeuk your service does not actually function; I’m abroad, have used my fair usage, increased my spend cap, bought a roaming pass but it’s not working. I’ve called but can’t speak to anyone and you don’t have the option to deal with my request on the ‘call’.

  • wiganath1932
    DP9012 (@wiganath1932) reported

@ThreeUK I have purchased a 60GB auto renew pack from you and am still being told that my balance is £0. This happened to me last month I am a rolling contract PAYG customer and last month you took £35 off me when I only wanted to top up £10. Can somebody please help? #three
