There can’t be any reasonable upstream cost explanation – it’s ugly capitalist profiteering, pure & simple.

Told by their advisor that this was fine & best solution. Temp set up as we moved house & had to wait for broadband install. Never had a contract with them.

We were not made aware that we would be in an ongoing contract with you l. And being repeatedly rung now by Three call centre people is disgraceful. No one listens.
