    @ThreeUKSupport Tried to upgrade 3 times now, failed to receive the phone each time, due to either technical difficulties or fault of the agents each time. I have been in touch with God knows how many different agents today and no one can sort the problems, they just create more.

    @ThreeUKSupport My wife spoke to the debt collector who is looking in to it and a member of the complaints department from three contacted her yesterday and also confirmed she shouldn’t be being charged it! This should never of got this far, get your acts together!!
