    Please be aware that three will renew your contract when yours one ended!!! They did that to me and said it was did online so they can’t do anything but had to stick with them for another 24m with the same contact!!!! Fix it or you will lose a loyal customer forever! @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUKSupport is 5 g not working as can’t watch anything due to non stop buffering got the 5g hub in my home won’t even do a speed test on phone on 5g so something wrong

    @ThreeUKSupport Not good enough. We have spoken to support already today, who PROMISED to get back to us with an update, 2 hours ago and 24 hours since I have been without a phone!

I pay monthly by direct debit. So unless you’ve randomly put a lock on my phone? I’m sure one of the 6 advisers would spotted
