I give a postcode, you confirm there are issues, recommend I use wifi or drop to 3G (not the 4G service I pay for). It would be better to let people know when it will be fixed.

They did that to me and said it was did online so they can’t do anything but had to stick with them for another 24m with the same contact!!!! Keith (@Keith5978673925) reported@ThreeUK When will you be fixing the tower in Aberdeen? It has been down for maintenance for seven weeks, and maximum download speeds of 2 Mbps simply do not work. The tower spends more time down for maintenance each year than it does actually providing a service.
