Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Birstall and nearby locations:

  • BensBigTrip Benjamin (@BensBigTrip) reported from Wyke, England

@ThreeUKSupport Cool, thanks for switching the apology with a smattering of patronisation. Quality service. Yeah faults happen, dealing with them well, and at our expense is where you have the problem. Worst provider I’ve had, and it is terrible for your reputation.

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

@ThreeUKSupport @ciaranphillips Don’t listen to them. By suggesting that the fault is a local one and that 3G is a ‘fix’ they are abusing your trust as a customer. You need to avoid any further dealings with these shambolic charlatans.

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

@ThreeUKSupport @natedog_1980 Oh look. Another localised issue with 4G. When are @ThreeUKSupport going to grow a pair and admit they have a National 4G issue you it’s abused customers. Time to stop being shambolic charlatans.

  • johnnormington john normington (@johnnormington) reported from Rothwell, England

Spent most of the day trying to sort out a continuation of our @ThreeUK mobile contract. Got extremely bad service in the Castleford store, walked out after the supervisor/manager tried to bully us into a worse contract. Complained to @ThreeUK. Still no better contract offered.

  • johnnormington john normington (@johnnormington) reported from Rothwell, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, On web chat, it was about poor and bully service in your Castleford store when we called in to see about a new contract. Your customer complaints dealt with it. Your colleague said someone would sort out a new deal. Thanks.

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

@ThreeUKSupport @aisha05920164 Three are a joke. They lie, break promises and do not care about their customers. I would advise anyone and everyone to avoid dealing with this set of shambolic charlatans. Do not believe when they tell you that turning off 4G is the answer to your problems. It’s just a lie.

  • thetapeworm The Tapeworm (@thetapeworm) reported from Gildersome, England

@ThreeUKSupport Your service status page has said there's an issue in the area for months, seems you aren't bothered about fixing it.

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

@formerlyEddie @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK As a customer of ten years I can highly I recommend leaving now. The nice lady in the Three store basically confirmed that until 5g is finished the service will be awful. That’s the middle of next year!!

  • MrAntony Antony (@MrAntony) reported from Leeds, England

Here’s hoping that in 2020 @ThreeUK sort out their terrible 4G in leeds. So so bad.

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport @paulwilliamsonx That was my issue for months. If they had told me there was an issue I could have worked with it.

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport @paulwilliamsonx Words can’t describe how much bad feeling I have towards the company.

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

@aisha05920164 @ThreeUKSupport Willing to bet they tell you it’s a local problem. Only short term and that 3G is the saviour!

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

@ThreeUKSupport @OnlyDancer Someone else being advised to switch to 3G Time to admit you have a problem and stop lying through your teeth. Shameless shambolic charlatans.

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

@Three_Is_Broken @paulwilliamsonx @ThreeUKSupport Sorry about your signal issues - but I’m afraid the current precipitation is the wrong kind of rain!

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

So @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK are in the habit of lying to customers it would appear. As a customer of 10 years I’d expect more from them.

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

@ThreeUKSupport So tell me. Why are you lying to customers that 4G outages are local problems, convincing people to turn off 4G and switch to 3G is a terrible solution - which you seem to be proud to have ‘fixed’ @ThreeUK Trule are a set of shambolic charlatans

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Wibsey, England

@AdrianAndreev @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Get yourself to an EE store. Nicest people ever. Called customer service with PAC and the guy gave me his direct email. Proper service.

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

    @ThreeUKSupport @paulwilliamsonx Another local issue

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

@andrewjohnys @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I’d be careful. They won’t think twice about screwing your credit rating up! But if you phone and shout loud enough they’ll either let you leave or give you huge credits. They know it’s broken - just won’t publicly admit it.

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK @ddyson3 We’d all have much more respect for you if you admitted there’s an issue publicly. Might even have made me keep my four accounts with you after 10 years of loyalty.

@ThreeUKSupport @JheySL2 Having exactly the same issue. Needs resolved asap as this is my home broadband and I need to be able to work from home

  • JamesAndo01 James Anderson (@JamesAndo01) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @JordanWhitt_ Disagree, reckon I could be sat in your headquarters and still wouldn’t get much signal

  • aetius2000 dan (@aetius2000) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I am the account holder. Is my best bet to cancel my Three contract and sign up for a new one? Does Three use online web chat? So far, I've called "333" from my mobile, but I'm getting contradictory information.

  • Grittiyjk Sharnie ✭ (@Grittiyjk) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Might be my last option before moving network tbh, closest store is an hour away and spending 2 months trying to close a contract deal with you just isn't acceptable. Rival network is offering me the same phone for no upfront cost and £10 a month cheaper.

  • dmcguire29 david mcguire (@dmcguire29) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Still ko further forward with my issue and now paying for something I haven't received. This is a joke

  • pinkdiamond71 karen bateup (@pinkdiamond71) reported

@ThreeUKSupport It only seems to be my partners number that I have issues with

  • ShugstaG Shugsta Greybeard (@ShugstaG) reported

@ThreeUKSupport When are the ongoing internet issues in SP4 going to be resolved. There has been no internet service for weeks now? I thought this was being fixed last week?

  • anderson_cheng Anderson Cheng (@anderson_cheng) reported

@ThreeUKSupport There isn't a three store around me. It takes me 35mins each way to get to the store. Just travel time I have wasted 2hours and 10mins, not counting the time spent in store and travel cost. Each time called customer service or live chat first to make sure I can get the sim.

  • CyprusNik 🍊Nikos 🇨🇾🇬🇷🇬🇧 (@CyprusNik) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi. I'm getting ridiculously slow internet, tried all the usual troubleshooting methods. Seems like my data being throttled despite me being on unlimited everything. Can you reset my data limits?

  • JamesJo32152672 James Johnson (@JamesJo32152672) reported

@ofcom @ThreeUK oh come on! Its been like this for a week now. Sort it out once and for all! Im going to stary demanding rebates on my £35 a month top ups. Im allready owed a weeks worth. An official complaint has now been sent to @Ofcom
