NEVER START A CONTRACT WITH @ThreeUK! The handset I got 12 days ago had broken, the store won't accept it back and their #customerservices all contradicting themselves - one department is happy to help then the next won't help at all! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! #NoHelp #NeverAgain

@impartialtoqeer @ThreeUK Be very careful if you are using 3 There’s an online scam scheme going on these days the scammers get hold of the numbers first then they sneak in to your bank account and steal money Never reply or give attention to texts u receive about ur bills .

@ThreeUKSupport I have not received a paper bill but I have received and made multiple phone calls to tey and resolve the issue. I don't want to waste anymore time on it. I paid the bill for the December. I want the account closed and balance brought to zero as it should be. Can you please help

@ThreeUK Still experiencing issues since last weeks outages with mifi pod. Can't get on the internet unless I put its sim in my iPhone. My work sim (on EE) works fine in the mifi pod, so I'm baffled why my sim says 'connected no internet'. Mum is having same issue with her mifi.

Awful customer service @ThreeUK. Now being harassed by phone twice a day, every day! An agent missold me 3 new sim only contracts on 1/11/20. The sims never worked & after 9 hrs speaking to 5 agents I cancelled the contracts on 7/11/20, £0 owed. What 'debt' are you now chasing?
