NEVER START A CONTRACT WITH @ThreeUK! The handset I got 12 days ago had broken, the store won't accept it back and their #customerservices all contradicting themselves - one department is happy to help then the next won't help at all! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! #NoHelp #NeverAgain

@ThreeUKSupport Just ran speedtest. Ping is 331!! You can see why I'm saying it's unusable for work use. With a ping of 331, it's clear there's problems with 4G in EH6 (and I'm sure elsewhere at peak times) so please stop saying there's no problem.

@ThreeUKSupport ok I've had about as much as I can take with your poor data connection in Kilmarnock. 3g poor, 4g worse. Constant disconnects. Please set up a live chat as I now need to consider leaving.

@ThreeUKSupport That does not resolve the issue. The problem is too many people are using the internet at peak times on my mast. Can you not increase capacity in EH6 at peak times? It's fine during the day, then crashes when people get home from work, which is when I work :/
