    NEVER START A CONTRACT WITH @ThreeUK! The handset I got 12 days ago had broken, the store won't accept it back and their #customerservices all contradicting themselves - one department is happy to help then the next won't help at all! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! #NoHelp #NeverAgain

    @ThreeUKSupport I asked the customer service member “Is this line still open” he said “Yes till 8PM” I call 03333381035 like he told me to, the lines shut at 6PM. I’m genuinely disgusted that you are lying to me each time you say the refund is on the way and then make more excuses. Unacceptable

    @ThreeUKSupport … manufacturer they concur with me. Since my “contract”, which I may seriously have to reconsider if you fail to provide me with a satisfactory solution after over 15 years as a 3 customer, is with 3 it is you that need to provide a solution!
