    @ThreeUKSupport I signed up for home broadband the router you sent stops anything loading, phones tv etc. Now bought a tp link router and the service keeps dropping is there an outage somewhere I’m in south Devin

    Terrible customer service in @ThreeUK in Torquay branch. For months I’ve been overcharged on my bills due to an admin error, I brought my original contract into the store and not only did the manager refuse to help, but was incredibly rude, made jokes about me, and threatened me

    NEVER START A CONTRACT WITH @ThreeUK! The handset I got 12 days ago had broken, the store won't accept it back and their #customerservices all contradicting themselves - one department is happy to help then the next won't help at all! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! #NoHelp #NeverAgain

    Hey @EE I’ve seen a number of people online getting unlimited data plan (with 1 benefit) for £16.25 (with student discount code). Really want to look at leaving @ThreeUK due to poor customer service and declining network. Any chance of getting this offer? I have a code too!

    @GetMeAManager @ThreeUK What you wash your bum with your hand? Can I hold it afterwards, virtually of course. Maybe we could video chat each other for the 10 minutes before the Internet cuts off again? Giving a company money to provide a service they cannot provide. Carry on Karen, sounds like good film

    @ThreeUK why is the 333, 444 numbers nor website not working in order to top up? Has happened over the past 4 months and then you patronise me when I complain amd you say that I am a valued customer when you have almost doubled what I pay over the past 5 years #threeuk #disgusted

    @Rubes18593 @ThreeUK Hello, I’ve had this problem before and I reset network settings this morning. Go to settings greater than general greater than reset greater than reset network settings. That fixed it for me on my A+. Have you got iOS 14.2 installed as well?

    @ThreeUKSupport - My contract with 3 ended on 27th. I’m about to request a PAC code to keep the same number as I’m leaving the network, but it’s saying I’ve got to wait another 30 days? So if I do upgrade, I’m still paying for my current phone for another 30 days??
