    NEVER START A CONTRACT WITH @ThreeUK! The handset I got 12 days ago had broken, the store won't accept it back and their #customerservices all contradicting themselves - one department is happy to help then the next won't help at all! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! #NoHelp #NeverAgain

    @ThreeUK I would cancel my contract tomorrow if they would let me. Held hostage by a greedy, profiteering corporation. Why is 3 charging its ‘VALUED??’ Customers to ransom and charging for roaming in Europe. Virgin doesn’t, O2 doesn’t so why does Three charge. Rip Off.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yeah I didn’t expect you to cancel it over here, I’m with another provider and my contract is expiring. I’m looking to switch to 3 5g and the email from my new provider can do the switch, but just wondered if that still applied when there’s no physical landline involved

    @ThreeUKSupport Works perfectly over wifi, just won’t connect on your cellular network. The connection can’t be established… it simply times out.

    @ThreeUK this is frustrating that the network around where I live is so bad . You have been promising about network works since four year but no improvement not heard anything since then .I am fed up as I cannot call anyone neither what’s app as you claim your 5G network best
