Terrible customer service in @ThreeUK in Torquay branch. For months I’ve been overcharged on my bills due to an admin error, I brought my original contract into the store and not only did the manager refuse to help, but was incredibly rude, made jokes about me, and threatened me

NEVER START A CONTRACT WITH @ThreeUK! The handset I got 12 days ago had broken, the store won't accept it back and their #customerservices all contradicting themselves - one department is happy to help then the next won't help at all! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! #NoHelp #NeverAgain

@ThreeUKSupport I need to speak to you re my Three wifi dongle account. Your phone number won't connect (0333 3000 500). I don't have a Three mobile so can't get through on your normal helpline as it doesn't recognise an account. Please give me the right number for wifi support.
