NEVER START A CONTRACT WITH @ThreeUK! The handset I got 12 days ago had broken, the store won't accept it back and their #customerservices all contradicting themselves - one department is happy to help then the next won't help at all! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! #NoHelp #NeverAgain

@ThreeUKSupport I signed up for home broadband the router you sent stops anything loading, phones tv etc. Now bought a tp link router and the service keeps dropping is there an outage somewhere I’m in south Devin

@sergestott @ThreeUKSupport Yea I agree , they are trying to use the AI Agents to much that they didnt take time to train them before. The AI asks me for the code they sent to my phone knowing that I dont have signal..

@iD_Mobile_UK @surf_survivor @ThreeUK Three are compensating their customers so why are ID not ? I think it’s time to leave ID and go with another provider if you can’t even compensate for over 16 hours of no service.
