@ThreeUK I know I’ve been a long time complainer about your network (nearly 12 months) but this week it really has been complete and utter rubbish. Signal but no actual service.

  • MTPlastering M Turner Plastering (@MTPlastering) reported from Kingskerswell, England

  • philippajmeek Philippa Juliet Meek (@philippajmeek) reported from Borough of Torbay, England

Terrible customer service in @ThreeUK in Torquay branch. For months I’ve been overcharged on my bills due to an admin error, I brought my original contract into the store and not only did the manager refuse to help, but was incredibly rude, made jokes about me, and threatened me

  • hylda_stewart Hylda Stewart (@hylda_stewart) reported from Moretonhampstead, England

@ThreeUKSupport We’ve been waiting a while now 😕 Used to 3 being a leader with stuff like this 😉 EE and Vodafone both support it now in the UK 😬

  • TheRobinson1982 Ben Robinson (@TheRobinson1982) reported from Borough of Torbay, England

NEVER START A CONTRACT WITH @ThreeUK! The handset I got 12 days ago had broken, the store won't accept it back and their #customerservices all contradicting themselves - one department is happy to help then the next won't help at all! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! #NoHelp #NeverAgain

  • sknarf Ian Franks (@sknarf) reported from Bickington, England

@BBCNaga @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Absolutely shocking service as I need this for work as a freelance worker. Totally feel left in the dark at the lack of customer service. Many years of service with 3 and feel completely let down!!! Terrible!!!!

  • kevshaw99 Kevin Shaw🌹Join a union💉💉💉😷 (@kevshaw99) reported

@ThreeUK what an appalling experience. I wanted to cancel (not move) my mobile broadband 3 number. I did it through the website. But incredibly, there's a magic 2nd step needed, which is not communicated, which is needed. And now they want me to pay for an extra month!

  • teammike Mike Ritchie (@teammike) reported

@ThreeUK I'm in the process of moving away from Three. I've provided my new provider with my PAC code (my number has already moved over). Is there anything else I need to do to cancel my contract with Three and make sure I don't get charged anymore?

  • Steph__22 stephanie carroll (@Steph__22) reported

@ThreeUKSupport are you having issues in HU8 9UH? I’ve lost connection for the 3rd time in the last hour on my home Wi-Fi

  • tarahanmer Tara (@tarahanmer) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Scott! The customer line I called told me it was my job to contact the store and find out what ID they used etc. I was simply doing what she told me to! I’d of loved not to have wasted hours of my day trying to contact them. So do I now not need to do that?

  • pepsigirl12341 pepsigirl1234 (@pepsigirl12341) reported

@ThreeUKSupport is there a problem with your network? Showing I have no signal and won’t let me log in to my 3 account.

  • iglamont Ian Lamont (@iglamont) reported

@ThreeUK After 15 years with your network I'm leaving for @EE due to your new roaming costs which work out around an extra £1000 to £1200 per year for me. I'm looking forward to my new #Pixel6 too. Adios.

  • martbrow Martin Brown (@martbrow) reported

@ThreeUK Hi - I’m having trouble getting a sim activated that I purchased on the 10th December. I have tried online chat and calling. Calling referred me to call the store that I made the purchase but they’re not picking up the phone.
