    NEVER START A CONTRACT WITH @ThreeUK! The handset I got 12 days ago had broken, the store won't accept it back and their #customerservices all contradicting themselves - one department is happy to help then the next won't help at all! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! #NoHelp #NeverAgain

    @ThreeUK whatever agency you are using to do your unsolicited sales calls is doing you no favours. Never before had someone outright refuse to remove me from their call list. I guess he was honest, at least...

    @MikeBubbins @ThreeUK Sky use O2 network and it’s shocking! Especially in newport, cwmbran and pontypool. It’s like playing 4G roulette. It says 4G but never works 🙈

    @ThreeUK You know what you don't need super fast 5G internet for? Basic Google searches that provide text based answers. You don't need 5G speeds for anything other than downloading huge files quickly. For anything else it's just overkill & unnecessary, especially with the signal problems

    I’ve been with @ThreeUK for several years now, but can anybody recommend a network that doesn’t have the same phone coverage as two polystyrene cups with some string, and whose internet connection is slightly better than one that can best be described as late twentieth century?

    Can @ThreeUK sort out their website. It isn't user friendly. How did I pick a phone, down payment, length of contract, add ons( what does that even mean?)and end up with £99.
