    Terrible customer service in @ThreeUK in Torquay branch. For months I’ve been overcharged on my bills due to an admin error, I brought my original contract into the store and not only did the manager refuse to help, but was incredibly rude, made jokes about me, and threatened me

    NEVER START A CONTRACT WITH @ThreeUK! The handset I got 12 days ago had broken, the store won't accept it back and their #customerservices all contradicting themselves - one department is happy to help then the next won't help at all! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! #NoHelp #NeverAgain

    @ThreeUKSupport I signed up for home broadband the router you sent stops anything loading, phones tv etc. Now bought a tp link router and the service keeps dropping is there an outage somewhere I’m in south Devin

    @BBCNaga @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Absolutely shocking service as I need this for work as a freelance worker. Totally feel left in the dark at the lack of customer service. Many years of service with 3 and feel completely let down!!! Terrible!!!!

    @ThreeUK hi there, i recently closed my broadband account & got a final bill to be taken by DD on or around the 20th. That hasnt happened and my online account has been disabled. I wanted to make sure this gets paid though ;) can you help?

    @ThreeUKSupport It works very rarely. I tried switching to 3G and restarting my phone but it doesn't work. I'm so fed up and disappointed.

    Just sorted my upgrade with @ThreeUK and received the best customer service as usual!! I work myself up so much for stuff like this because of previous bad experience (diff provider) and I’m always so happy with Three! Yay for fab customer service 🎉🎉

    @ThreeUKSupport A user on XDA suggested using the LTEH Monitor to patch into the router. I have and I have managed to lock the router onto band 20. It isn't capable of band 3 down and band 20 up, although the B535 can support this. I will pop on to chat after 5.

    @ThreeUKSupport I did at beginning of the year and they said it’s an over subscribed mast. I got a text last week to say doing repairs on it and now my signal is even worse. Used to get 2 bar at a push now I get 1 bar and no service and if not wifi calling it’s pretty much unable to make a call

    @ThreeUK Please can you help me to get in touch with your UK head office? I was assured that my contract had been cancelled a few months ago, but I'm now receiving emails saying I owe a large amount of money. Your customer service team haven't been very helpful at all so far.

    @ThreeUKSupport I switched to Three last year. I recently changed my phone because I was having network issues but its still the same so I don't think there is nothing to do with the phone. My flatmate also having the same issues not in one postcode.
