    NEVER START A CONTRACT WITH @ThreeUK! The handset I got 12 days ago had broken, the store won't accept it back and their #customerservices all contradicting themselves - one department is happy to help then the next won't help at all! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! #NoHelp #NeverAgain

    @ThreeUKSupport We’ve been waiting a while now 😕 Used to 3 being a leader with stuff like this 😉 EE and Vodafone both support it now in the UK 😬

    @ThreeUK been on live chat with you twice, for 1 hour each time, in the past two weeks asking for duplicate bills. They’ve both said 24 hours and neither time have they arrived. Useless service. I don’t have another hour spare to redo it. I will be leaving three as soon as I can

    @ConsumrRightsUK @ThreeUK I need some help: My 3 dongle hasn't worked and customer services lets me hang on the phone and hangs on me. I am effectively paying for nothing but they are threatening me if I don't pay. Surely a contract is worth nothing if the goods aren't working??

    @ThreeUKSupport What’s really “great” is when you suffer 2 power cuts locally and realise you’ve lost all mobile services too. Why has my network coverage vanished & why did your service let me down when I needed it the most?

    @ThreeUK what am I to do? My dongle hasn't worked since the summer and customer services lets me hang on the phone then puts the phone down on me. I refuse to carry on with a contract paying for a malfunctioning dongle and you expect me to keep paying for the next two years???

    @ThreeUK @three_broadband our #broadband has been down since last night. Multiple router restarts have done nothing to resolve the issue. I'm facing a day full of meetings and am not happy. #workingfromhome

    @ThreeUK disgusted by your recent service! Upgraded early due to my damaged phone, bought a phone case and screen protector from you on the 10th Jan. The phone/case was supposed to come on the 12th Jan but the case and NO PHONE! Called everyday since but nobody can help?!

    @S10Blade Sounds like same for me. Except I’ve no network coverage being found for @ThreeUK so I was reliant on router being on. Come tomorrow I won’t even have that so I hope to wake up to some clue why that’s failing on me too.

    @ThreeUKSupport We’ve managed to get a fix - after 4 days - via your support line. It’s been painful as right now everyone’s broadband connection is more important than ever. IMHO you should upskill your customer services staff and simply charge more. I for one would pay it.
