    @BBCNaga @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Absolutely shocking service as I need this for work as a freelance worker. Totally feel left in the dark at the lack of customer service. Many years of service with 3 and feel completely let down!!! Terrible!!!!

    NEVER START A CONTRACT WITH @ThreeUK! The handset I got 12 days ago had broken, the store won't accept it back and their #customerservices all contradicting themselves - one department is happy to help then the next won't help at all! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! #NoHelp #NeverAgain

    @ThreeUK 25+ years with Orange/Three, denied/declined upgrade on Monday. Bizarre. No reason given. Experian rating highest it can go. Customer service frankly useless.

    @MartinSLewis Do the networks that piggyback on the main four ever throttle customers' data usage? My data signal on @SMARTYMobileUK seems much worse than it ever was on @ThreeUK.

    @ThreeUKSupport is there a UK support person not using a script that will help with support? Trying to explain that i have a large number of business phones intermittently offline when your support scripts don't allow for that type of fault scenario is like pulling teeth!
